The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly (although I didn‘t have much contact outside of checking in and out since I didn‘t book with breakfast. The location is not bad at all, it‘s nicely located in Santa Catalina, the city center (cathedral etc.) is within a 15 minute walk, also the bus to the airport is only around a 10 minute walk away. The room was clean and nice, all necessary amenities were included.

My windows faced the street in front of the hotel and was very noisy. You can‘t keep the window open (and I am usually not very sensitive to street noise) and can even hear the traffic clearly through closed windows. Also I wish the hotel didn‘t advertise balconies - they seem very flimsy in lack of a better term and are so narrow you couldn’t even fit a chair or anything on there. Sure, you can open the doors and take a tiny step outside but I wouldn‘t qualify them as a balcony at all. Not recommended if you are hoping to catch some sun while lying on a balcony.

Each member of the staff was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet - the first night it kept making a dripping noise. When we went to the reception in the morning to inform them, they were incredibly helpful and quick - the repairman was in the room quicker than we took to come back up from the reception! Also, the housekeeping did an incredible job every day and the bathroom was beautiful.

Just some minor details - the minibar was not restocked every day and there was a chunk of a bathroom tile broken off in the shower.

Location, breakfast, beauty, at bar and restaurant, employees were very nice.

Difficult communication before stay. While at spot, In 10 day we were never able to talk to the manager (supposed to be at the hotel 1 hour a day). At reception, only one girl was attentions. Others, never. Parking under payment; must make reservation, but they did’t warned us before. Just few spots.

the hotel is located close to the city center as well as the waterfront. the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. the rooms are comfortable and super clean and the whole facility has a clean/neat feel to it. a big plus was the modern and function bathroom with a powerful and crystal clean shower. the gym is small but well equipped for the size

the bed was clean and comfy but was on wheels/springs instead of more sturdy frame. the breakfast area was welcoming but perhaps a bit understaffed

Close to airport, old town, city centre. Lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were clean and staff extremely friendly, particular shout out to Cristina with all her recommendations. .

Only gripe out of 3 nights, sheets were only changed once although room was cleaned everyday.

The hotel was in a good location, close to Santa Catalina which has the best restaurants in Palma! We booked a triple room. We had a cute little balcony, and the double bed was comfortable. It was pretty basic/ standard but no complaints. 12pm checkout is great.

The pull-out sofa bed was small and thin - it was okay for just a short stay. A mirror over the desk would be a good addition. The bathroom door was glass with gaps around the edge. Not great for privacy!!

Location was great and the staff was excellent and addressed all our needs.

Shower plumbing wasn’t draining but was addressed immediately. Variety of buffet breakfast could be improved. Also lack of parking at hotel although there was a public parking a short walk away which worked out well.

The people working at the hotel are excellent: friendly, professional and knowledgeable about Palma. The location of the hotel is also great.

Although the hotel is quite new, the furnishings already seem a little dated with some small items in poor condition which I find a little odd at this price point.

Everything...... Room, Breakfast and Location were Excellent. The Staff was very helpful and we certainly loved Palma. I had visited in 1971 as a College student in the US and certainly the change has been GREAT !!!

Nothing that we could say !!! We liked and enjoyed every moment of our visit.

The room was way too hot and the heading could not be controlled through the temperatura dial. Hot breakfast was very poor quality, saudages and bacon were awful, very little choice (no hot eggs) and what there was, was cold.
