The hotel was in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and many tourist attractions. The reception staff were very helpful. We requested a kettle and within minutes it arrived with cups and tea and coffee. Breakfast was ok but the small breakfast room filled up quickly and at certain times people had to queue for a table. The room and all public areas were very clean and well maintained. The public bus from Palma airport stopped just outside the hotel and just around the corner were 3 buses to the central bus station where to connections to all other areas of the island could be found. Bus fares were very reasonable.

On one occasion we were told the kitchen opened at 8pm and we went down shortly after to find it had closed at 8pm for a private party. Very disappointed. We would have preferred a shower to a bath but dud not realise we had to ask

Perfection location in relation to Downtown Palma ( close to P. Born, P. Maritimo, Santa Catalina,, Plaça Olivar, etc…You can catch the Airport bus upon arrival and it will deliver you in front of the hotel : pure bliss My junior suite was tastefully decorated, lots of space, bathroom with both bath & shower, plenty of space in the closets Nice helpful staff who arranged with Hotel Blanc the use of their spa and pool

Pricey Small reception, no swimming pool

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. We had a balcony room, as requested and as it faced the front of the hotel, on the main road, it was not quiet, but we loved sitting on it watching the antics outside and it is a vibrant, busy city, so maybe not expect quiet. The staff were excellent and the room attendant left a birthday postcard and a couple of little soaps when she noticed it was my husbands birthday, later the hotel sent a bottle of chilled sparkling rose in celebration, such a lovely gesture and much appreciated, we will definitely stay in this hotel in the future

Cant think of anything, which is unusual

Location. Close to bus stops. There’s a bus stop directly to airport literally steps away from the front door of the hotel. It’s within walking distance to passage del born and the cathedral. Room is large. We booked a quadruple room, with 4 twin beds.

Poor WiFi (2 out of 10 rating). Front desk said that there were too many people in the room logging in at the same time, but that’s not true. I woke up in the middle of the night and to get myself back to sleep I browsed the internet. The connection is just as poor whether there’s only one person logging in vs 4 people.

Location of this Hotel is excellent very central with lots of bars restaurants and shops all around Yet its still quiet and peaceful The Hotel Bar is used by lots of locals to add to the atmosphere, especially at the weekend. Nice touch to leave a few drinks in the Mini Bar free of charge. WiFi was also good. I had no reason to need the staff but on checking in and out they were great

Shower was hot and cold so lots of shocks while having a shower ( I was on the 9th floor) Decor is a bit dark and a bit tired but nothing to put you off using this Hotel

The service from the staff on reception were exceptional. I was amazed by the way they constantly greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome. It felt as though we were staying with family or friends! As a Muslim guest, we spent Eid at the hotel and I wore my traditional Islamic clothing. I was greeted with smiles by guests and staff, even offered pictures to be taken! Truly exceptional in a great spot and I will certainly be back as soon as I can.

Nothing to say here because everything was excellent. Even the beds were so comfortable! I must say though, the art is a little questionable but then I guess it us contemporary art!

Triple room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free drinks offered in the mini bar were a welcome surprise! Good location to walk to all the main sites and cool areas.

Parking on the street is a bit challenging but the hotel does offer parking at another hotel carpark. We were woken up at 7:00am by banging or construction. It sounded like it was from the floor above us or the building next door. Very annoying!

The location is great. Bus stop is in the front of the hotel so you can quick go to the airport. The breakfast is really good and tasty. Rooms are clean. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. When I went back to Palma, I booked a room again in this place.

The stuff should check a little more the reservation option in case of beds. I ordered 2 separate, but we get a king-size bed. It's not a problem, but it's worth improving.

Great location, nice staff, good breakfast.

The air conditioning unit was very loud, impossible to sleep with it on. The hotel is very noisy, soundproof is needed. The guests from next room can be easily heard when talking. We stayed at 4th floor and each night was somebody yelling late in the night on the hallway . In the last night we saw a bug on the bathroom door. Hopefully none came with us in the luggage.

Fabulous hotel in a great position to enjoy all of Palma. .Airport bus starts and stops outside. The reception staff were all so friendly and helpful and our room on the 2nd floor was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable with a small balcony to sit outside. The decor of the hotel was very unusual with black walls and floors and interesting art work. We didn't have breakfast but did eat tasty tapas on the outside terrace with patio heaters. A wonderful stay in Palma to enjoy the festive lights. Thank you very much.
