We have stayed many times at this hotel. It is in an excellent location, with a great breakfast and comfortable clean rooms. The reception staff are helpful and polite. The staff at breakfast and housekeeping were super efficient and helpful.

The staff at the Sky restaurant lets this hotel down which is a real shame as the food from the kitchen was delicious and tasty. The staff are rude and unfriendly. They started shutting the whole place down 45 minutes before the bar was to close. Clearing lights etc away instead of serving people. The atmosphere was very off putting and everyone left when the bar still could have been making money and people enjoying the wonderful rooftop location. It does not equate to a 4 star hotel experience.

Loved that they offer single rooms - wish more hotels did. Loved that there was shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. Loved the location. Loved the complimentary water in the fridge daily, such a small thing but so appreciated. Very clean, lovely staff. Oh and nice fluffy towels too.

The corridors being tiled meant they were noisy, all the noise travels and I think my room being end of corridor absorbed a lot of the noise. People coming back early hours of the morning etc. But earplugs could solve this. I just didn’t have any.

The location was wonderful,right in the centre,so close to all the fabulous shops and lovely places to eat. The views from the terrace and sky bar were to die for and the hotel itself was a pleasure to return home to after a day of shopping and eating!! Sadly we never made it to the beach,not enough time and too much to do,but we are already planning a return trip,until then....

A centrally located hotel with very polite and friendly staff. The room is well equipped, practically furnished, with a mini fridge, a mini-bar and mineral water etc.. The bathroom is very nice, well equipped, the shower is very pleasant to use. Breakfast is fresh, plentiful and varied. The room window overlooked the inner courtyard, but this was not a problem. The air conditioning is a bit noisy but very efficient, which was nice in the summer heat.

As I am a poor sleeper it was problem for me, that the soundproofing of the door was not sufficient, so I could hear the noise from the corridor and the restaurant on the 8th floor (open until midnight). For stomach sleepers the bed is a bit soft.

I liked the location, the ease of check-in, the luggage storage service, the beautiful sky bar/restaurant, the ability to make tea in the room, the cold water bottles in the mini bar, the very comfortable shower, and the nice cosmetic products.

I was hoping to have a room with a nice view, especially when I got a room on the 6th floor, but my room not only did not have a nice view, but almost no windows. It was a small room with a single bed, I assume one of the rare ones in this hotel, unfortunate for me.

The location was great, the rooms was lovely and spacious with all the facilities available such as a mini fridge, kettle, shower and even a little balcony which was nice. At breakfast there was a good choice of foods but we did find that the hot foods wasn’t hot but there was a microwave to heat it up.

The roof top view was lovely, however we ordered a steak each that didn’t come cooked as we had requested and when taken back, the meat was over heated and my steak was no longer a medium rare. The steak itself was chewy, and the meal was overpriced for what we received so we didn’t go again. Its a shame as everything else was lovely in the hotel.

The location! Everything was within easy access from the hotel. Perfect for all members of the family with different interests. Our son celebrated his birthday during our stay and the hotel receptionist (a lovely lady) arranged a surprise box of chocolates, balloons and card and a keepsake which was a really sweet gesture. Thank you very much! All the staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Much appreciated while on a relaxing break.

We had requested a room with a view/balcony but didn’t get offered one.

Fantastic location in old town Palma, also very near to transport for the airport and beyond e.g. Sollér, Joan Miro Foundation and nearby beaches. You could walk to everywhere you'd want to see in under 20 mins and there were lots of lovely restaurant options close by. It's a lovely hotel and very stylish, modern. Warm welcome from the staff. I was in a single room, but it was still pretty spacious and had everything I needed for a stop over night in the city. Feels very new, clean and modern- bathroom was excellent. Exclusive key access to luggage room and toilets after check out which was very helpful as I could freshen up before leaving for the airport. Would definitely stay there again!

Nothing really. The bedroom didn't have a window, but I knew that on booking. Other than that the room was excellent. Hotel is located on a main commercial street which is less charming, but really not an issue for me, but if you're looking for a hotel on a quiet street with old-town charm it might not be for you.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel during off peak season (end of November). The room was big, clean and had everything needed. Location is absolutely perfect - in the middle of the shopping street, with quick walk to the promenade (15 min) or the main Cathedral (10 min). Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and there is a sky bar in the hotel which is great to watch sunset.

Rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. I could hear lift announcements ("doors closing") from my room... It was not a big issue as I was there during low season however I don't think it would be pleasant experience if the hotel was full. Bed was too soft to my taste.
