This is an ideal hotel for staying right in the centre of Palma old town. It is secure, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location is marvellous - steps away from all the attractions of the old town and surrounded by historic buildings. There is also a pleasant bar/bistro on the upper floors, so you can get breakfast and/or drinks/snacks on site, if you wish. They were also very flexible about storing our luggage and this was in a locked room, not just sitting around the Reception area as in some hotels.

Because it is an inner city hotel, it does not have any outdoor space. So no garden nor pool. However for a city visit, this was fine for us. And as mentioned, there is a pleasant rooftop bar.

The room was spacious! Since we are three adults, my husband, my son and myself we got the split level room with four beds. So comfortable so lovely so very clean. I made the mistake of not including breakfast with my room when I booked it. Big mistake. We wound up eating at the hotel and the food was delicious. There’s an amazing coffee machine that can make you from an espresso to a cappuccino. There was an assortment of meats and cheeses fresh eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, all types of bread. The list goes on. I really enjoyed it. Sadly we left before the sky bar opened upstairs for lunch. But we got a beautiful panoramic view nonetheless when we went upstairs. The location is amazing. If there’s only one caveat, it’s if you rent a car, there is no parking and it’s on a busy street so you’ll have to find a way to bring your luggage on the sidewalk to the hotel. But we managed. Excellent place I hope to return again.

As I stated, the hotel is on a busy street and there is no parking so to drop off your luggage if you rented a car is a bit challenging. But there is a 24 hour parking structure two blocks down. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I liked the location a lot. Every front desk staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a nice view. I could tell the hotel valued conserving energy as the lights went off when we left our room, and also, the hall lights had sensors.The cleaning staff did a great job! We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. I liked that we got 2 bottles of still and 2 bottles of sparkling waters each day in our mini frig at no extra cost. I appreciated the hotel calling a taxi for me two times, and it came in 2 minutes. I also loved the locked rooms we could keep luggage in after we checked out, and until our later flight so we could still enjoy the city.

The walls seemed thin as we could hear water draining from other rooms and toilets flushing. We had a white noise machine, so we slept fine.

We had a great overall experience staying at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their professionalism really made a difference. The location is also excellent — close to beautiful parts of the city and just a short walk from several bus stops, which made getting around very convenient.

Noise - the walls are too thin that you can hear anything in the hallways. One major downside that impacted our stay was the poor sound insulation. The walls were extremely thin, and we could hear even the slightest noise from the hallway — it often felt like someone was inside our room. For a four-star hotel, this was quite surprising and disappointing, especially considering that a hotel should offer peace and rest. Unfortunately, it significantly disrupted our sleep during the night.

The hotel is situated in a fabulous part of town, right in the centre and next to the old town. It is also only a few minutes from the bus stop for the airport bus. It is very clean and the receptionists are very friendly, informative and helpful. The rooftop bar is small but has excellent views.

The room rates are high and would have been better if they had included breakfast in all of them as it would have made us feel as though we were getting value for our money. Also there were no little extras and the shampoo, soap and conditioner were all screwed onto the wall (to prevent the client from stealing it?) which is unusual for such an expensive hotel. Anyone can visit the Sky Bar so it is not exclusive to hotel guests.

We have stayed many times at this hotel. It is in an excellent location, with a great breakfast and comfortable clean rooms. The reception staff are helpful and polite. The staff at breakfast and housekeeping were super efficient and helpful.

The staff at the Sky restaurant lets this hotel down which is a real shame as the food from the kitchen was delicious and tasty. The staff are rude and unfriendly. They started shutting the whole place down 45 minutes before the bar was to close. Clearing lights etc away instead of serving people. The atmosphere was very off putting and everyone left when the bar still could have been making money and people enjoying the wonderful rooftop location. It does not equate to a 4 star hotel experience.

Loved that they offer single rooms - wish more hotels did. Loved that there was shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. Loved the location. Loved the complimentary water in the fridge daily, such a small thing but so appreciated. Very clean, lovely staff. Oh and nice fluffy towels too.

The corridors being tiled meant they were noisy, all the noise travels and I think my room being end of corridor absorbed a lot of the noise. People coming back early hours of the morning etc. But earplugs could solve this. I just didn’t have any.

We particularly liked the central location and the rooftop terrace with wonderful views over Palma. We decided to stay for a drink and had a meal there which was very good. Communication with the hotel was good who let us know when our rooms became available with a WhatsApp message (a little earlier than our 3.00 pm check in.) Prior to that we also liked the facilities for left luggage, the sitting room and toilet.

Tea and coffee provided in the room but only one sachet of each and this could have been a little more generous!

I liked the location, the ease of check-in, the luggage storage service, the beautiful sky bar/restaurant, the ability to make tea in the room, the cold water bottles in the mini bar, the very comfortable shower, and the nice cosmetic products.

I was hoping to have a room with a nice view, especially when I got a room on the 6th floor, but my room not only did not have a nice view, but almost no windows. It was a small room with a single bed, I assume one of the rare ones in this hotel, unfortunate for me.

A centrally located hotel with very polite and friendly staff. The room is well equipped, practically furnished, with a mini fridge, a mini-bar and mineral water etc.. The bathroom is very nice, well equipped, the shower is very pleasant to use. Breakfast is fresh, plentiful and varied. The room window overlooked the inner courtyard, but this was not a problem. The air conditioning is a bit noisy but very efficient, which was nice in the summer heat.

As I am a poor sleeper it was problem for me, that the soundproofing of the door was not sufficient, so I could hear the noise from the corridor and the restaurant on the 8th floor (open until midnight). For stomach sleepers the bed is a bit soft.
