The room was gorgeous and so thoughtfully comfortable--the bed and pillows were wonderful, the layout spacious and homey, the bathroom was awesome...especially the bathtub and the towel warmer.

I didn't realize how touristy the area was and would have preferred a different area that was a little less busy. That said, the hotel itself was fantastic!

The location couldn’t be better! The soundproofing was good. Comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. The Prosecco was lovely. Aircon worked really well. Bathtub was fantastic.

The lobby, felt like we were at the wrong place when we arrived. Didn’t feel safe that there’s no protection from the street, and that no one is manning the door in the evenings making it possible for anyone to enter the building. Could do more with amenities (e.g. slippers, bath gown) to really feel lux. Stocked minibar would also help feel less like an apartment and more like a boutique hotel.

Centrally located in Palma old town with very comfortable well appointed rooms. The reception and bar staff were all very pleasant and helpful with good communication before and during our short stay.

Although it was to be expected in a city centre location it was noisy during the night and early morning - from the hotel, bar and outside seating/bar and from the bus stop just outside our window. On the second night we closed the shutters and all windows and the air con drowned out the noise allowing us to get a much better nights sleep.

The location of this hotel was superb - right in the heart of the city. However, the hotel was quiet and extremely comfortable.

The staff were unresponsive to communications. I arrived after the official opening hours and trying to obtain information on how to access this property was frustrating. Staff would not answer the phone - they would only respond to whattsapp messages - days after they were sent. In person, the person managing reception wasn't very helpful. His attitude was not what I would call hospitable.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The location is convenient but very busy! It’s close to the old town which was perfect for us. Complimentary Prosecco was a nice touch.

There wasn’t ever anyone around for check-in/to collect luggage so you had to ask bar staff which did take a little while longer than we would’ve liked but it’s not really a big problem. The bed sheets on the bed had a damp smell as though they’d been put on whilst still a little wet which wasn’t very pleasant and there was a stain on one of the towels. We only stayed 2 nights so didn’t say anything but would’ve done had we been staying for longer.

The hotel’s location is just perfect, the apartement is spacious, beds are comfortable, and there were even 3 A/C in the flat which was really necessary during the heatwave.

Unfortunately, not every apartement has a view like on the pictures. More windows of our apartements opened to close firewalls, and the terrace was located in a tiny inneryard, overlooking to other apartements. Two bigger glassdoors opening to tiny balconies looked over a narrow street, to enable entering some sunshine into the apartement.

the bathroom situation. the shower would not drain completely and i asked for assistance with it and nothing was done. i even had someone come ask if i was having issues cause room underneath was having water leaking into room. told them i informed them shower was draining slowly and nothing was done about it. Air conditioning was not working properly so it was warm in room, I also addressed that issue to staff.

Amazing large apartment, very well equipped, beautifully clean and very comfortable in perfect bang central location.

Toilet waste separated with a screen wall (no door) which was a bit tricky when 5 of us were in the apartment. Didn't bother me but did bother my teenage daughter. It definitely wouldn't put us off staying again though

The location could not be better! It’s central, yet not too busy like in other parts of Palma city centre. Below is a lovely bar and café with very reasonable prices compared to other places. The room was clean, huge with sound-proof windows, extra large bed, lots of storage space and a great, also very sizeable, bathroom. The aircon worked extremely well, quiet and effective. Overall decor also very nice and comfortable. I think overall good value for money.

We had to close the bathroom window on the first night as it was letting in some smells from the kitchen. Didn’t notice anything after that. Nothing terrible at all, though.

This place is wonderful. Firstly, the staff were so friendly, they even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine! Large spacious room overlooking the plaza. Even though there was cafe and plaza just outside, the windows were double plated making the room soundproofed. I did enjoy sitting on the balcony in late afternoon enjoying a glass a wine and soaking in the cool vibe. Huge bed, bathroom with bathtub. The location was amazing too, minutes from everything in old town Palma. If and when I return to Palma this will be my place of choice. In additional to the hotel, they have a cafe on the first floor that is part of the outdoor cafe on the plaza. Food is good, but I did not use their breakfast plan as I prefer to always eat breakfast randomly. But I saw the menu and it looked good. I did sample their food in the outdoor cafe, it was quite good. I hope this place does not get too popular, it will be harder to get a reservation here. Simply, I really like this hotel!

Very little, except there were pigeons roosting in the adjacent building near our side window, bird poop and all. But it really did not bother me much, this is Europe after all. You really can't fault this hotel for that.
