Well maintained property. Adequate towels. Paper tissue and kitchen rolls that you don't generally see. Dishwashing detergent and soap for the machine. Tea and coffee. Welcome drinks in the fridge and water. Towels for the beach. Large flat with 3 toilets - was more than enough for 4 of us. Good comfortable beds. Individualy AC controls in all rooms.

Hopefully the construction will get over in 2 months so there will be less noise. We were out in the day, so it did not really bother us except on Saturday morning - but I think that stopped at noon. Mallorca had mentioned the constructions, so it was not a surprise.

First of all, the location is excellent, within walking distance to most places. The apartment was beautifully clean and smelt delightful. The kitchen was fitted with all you needed for cooking, although we didn't cook. The food in Palma was excellent. Great shower, great pillows. Lockers for left luggage which was very helpful. Look no further for a wonderful apartment in the centre of the city.

The only thing was some building/renovation going on opposite but it didn't bother us. It might at the beginning of the day if people stay in the summer and the windows are open , but we spent all day out anyway. I wouldn't let that put anyone off. There was nothing else not to like. I would stay here again like a shot.

The apartment was quiet, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, providing a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

Please explain better how to reach the property with the car / restricted zone of the city by car.

We were met at the apartment by the lovely Cati who checked us in, showed us around the and set up apartment access on our phones, which was incredibly useful. The apartment was just great, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was modern, clean and exceptionally well equipped including dishwasher and a coffee machine! The location was also amazing - in the centre of everything, with lots of restaurants and bars and also bakeries for breakfast. It's just a short walk to the Cathedral and an easy walk to the station for the old train to Pollensa. We HIGHLY recommend this apartment and will stay when we visit Palma again. Thank you Cati.

This property is fantastic. Centre of the historical old town, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Bus stops nearby and buses really easy and cheap to explore other parts of the city. It was about 20mins walk to the nearest beach, a bit further to be near the toilets/showers etc at the other end of the beach. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which had 2 rooms with 2 twin beds and a single room as well as a sofa bed. The beds and pillows were all extremely comfortable. We had 3 bathrooms, with plenty of towels, they supply shampoo and hand soap. The whole apartment is extremely spacious & very well equipped, the kitchen had everything you'd need, there was a dishwasher & washing machine. Lots of wardrobe space as well. We were sent the access codes for the building and the apartment which worked really well. We were very grateful for the large lockers where we could leave our luggage on the final day after check out. I found communication with the hosts to be very good.

There was some noise from being in such a central location but it wasn't too bad.

Very good location of the apartment. You are in the center, exit from the house to a pedestrian street. The staff is very tactful and quickly answers all questions. The use of an electronic key code eliminates the possibility of losing the card or keys, everything is very convenient. Our apartments were ready in advance. It is really nice and clean apartment. I would recommend this accommodation to my friends, and I hope that we will come back here again.

I liked everything, but the soundproofing in the house is very bad. But this does not apply to the apartments. It's just that the house is designed this way. However, we visited Palma for the Easter holidays and talking about silence is not very tactless at all, because central streets of Palma are not a small village. It was for the holiday that we came as a whole family.

the tiled floors do allow noise to transfer through the floor (more than the walls which were not a issue). if you are unlucky and have a noisy person above you then it could impact your stay. we only had one evening like this and after informing the letting team, the new people were informed and all was quiet again.

The apartment was well equipped with green us supplies of essentials, very clean with adequate space for the four of us. The location is superb, very close to the main places to visit, many restaurants/bars and lots of shops. All of which were within easy walking distance. The electronic checkin and locks on the doors was very efficient and easy to navigate.

The only minor irritation was the toaster only toasting one side of the bread!

We stayed here in October 2023 (my review is late; my apologies!). I was happy to have found this place available! It suited our needs of 3 bedroom and each guest had their own bathroom. Having an ample space of shared kitchen and living space was definitely a plus. We were able to enjoy and relax together after a day of long walks. The Mallorca Suites is right in the heart of Palma and the shops, amazing restaurants, and port views are very accessible by foot. The place is clean and well stocked with necessities! Would definitely book again!
