The communication on arrival was excellent and i was met and shown around the apartment. The apartment was superb with full kitchen facilities including coffee machine and everything you need should you wish to cook. A comfortable sofa and a small dining table was provided. The large double bed was extremely comfortable and there was a large shower and bathroom ensuite. The apartment was cleaned and the beds made each day. There was also a communal roof top area with loungers should you wish to relax outdoors. The apartments are part of a 1st class hotel next door and you can also use their swimming pool and spa facilities should you wish (Although i believe these to be small and booking of the spa facilities required). I opted to take breakfast which was served in the adjoining hotel which was fantastic. A self serving buffet of fruit, bread, cereal, cheeses and ham along with the usual croissants and pastries. Then a separate menu of eggs and omelettes was available to order. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast exceptional and well worth it. The location is also ideal with plenty of restaurants, cafe's and bars. You are very close to the cathedral and the shopping area is no more than 10 mins walk away. First class place to stay at the best end of the town, would highly recommend.

The location is amazing, right in the historic centre of Palma, close to all good restaurants but at the same time in a quiet area. The photos reflect the reality. Unlike to other aparthotels, this one offers house slippers and bathrobes which I appreciated. Cleaning is done daily and water bottles are also offered daily.

The rooms don’t have balcony or clothes racks, so in case you go to the beach, there’s no place to leave wet towels and swimming suits to dry. The breakfast is rather poor and unimpressive, definitely not worth 18€ per person. The walls in the apartment could use some repainting.

We had a wonderful one week stay at the Samaritana Suites. The location is very central, the suite was perfect for two people, spacious, well equipped and very clean. The views from the roof top terrace were perfect for a drink at sunset. The staff went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one, a special shout-out to the staff on reception and the room cleaning staff. So many good restaurants to choose from, many within a 5 minute walk. Can highly recommend and cannot think of anything that could be improved on!

Wonderful apartment - comfortable and quiet. Location is perfect - if you already know where to go :) But the main asset of Samaritana Suites is the staff - from reception desk through breakfast area to cleaning ladies - all absolutely professional and engaged. They have reminded me that when you work with people, it is all about people. Surely there are places with more diversified breakfast or more obvious location but honestly it did not matter since you would remember emotions and not another slice of ham.

Kind request - please re-consider the timing of WhatsApp messages which are sent before and after guest's stay. In my case they arrived around 2-3am, what was quite disturbing in particular on the night before my arrival. I woke up and thought that my flight has been cancelled, but it was "only" a warm welcome from Samaritana Suites.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very spacious and clean. Towels were changed and the room was tidied up every day. The bathroom was also quite large. The location is perfect — right in the city center. Plus, the 24-hour reception was a big plus.

There was no place to hang wet towels or swimsuits after the beach, and the shampoo in the shower wasn’t very good. Just small details, nothing major.

Excellent Location. Samaritana Suites is a beautifully renovated destination in the centre of Palma. We were given a wonderful welcome by Marcos who provided us with a complimentary drink on our arrival. the quality of the fit-out is excellent. Fabulous ensuite Bathroom with top quality toiletries provided. Roof terrace with loungers and wonderful views of the city a Bonus!

Not a lot to dislike. Our Suite had an upstairs living area with Bedroom down stairs - this suited us fine.

Location is very nice and quiet, airco worked reasonably well, clean, reasonably well stocked kitchen, very nice aparthotel. Staff welcoming us was very friendly. Coffee, tea and water are replenished every day (many apart hotels don't do this and only give you one coffee capsule even if you stay for more than a week...) and same with dishwasher tablets - this was much appreciated and made our stay very nice.

Great location, walking distance to everything and a spacious apartment which is connected to the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming particularly Eliana and the breakfast head waiter - he was fab at his job. The open kitchen also meant the chefs were on view who also were so friendly!

The location of Samaritana Suites was perfect for our stay in Mallorca. The layout and size of our suite made it a perfect landing and it was great to have air con to cool off! It was centrally located and there were many great bars and restaurants nearby. We also really enjoyed that we were able to use the rooftop pool facility at the hotel next door which had a great view and drinks and food were served.

Its location was superb, residential, quiet area & very central for getting about, sightseeing, shopping, bars, restaurants all close by! The Studio Apartment had everything & more that we needed to make our holiday fabulous! The Staff could not have been more accommodating & went above & beyond for Us!
