Pretty fair option to stay in the quiet but still very central location. Facilities are a bit dated but clean and cover all the needs for a short stay. I rather liked the option with code access to the hotel and room. Place has a lot of character and charm. It is rather on a basic side of the comfort. I would stay there again if back in Palma. However if you have a very heavy luggage and not too keen on stairs - probably that wouldn’t be your preferred choice of accommodation.

My bed was a bit wonky and sound proofing in a room is basically non-existent. However that was outbalanced by good location and properties charm.

A nice quiet & comfortable room in a great location. For a private room in Palma it seemed excellent value.

Great location, in the heart of Old Town, minutes from La Rambla, Plazas etc. I would definitely stay here again. Access was all self-serve and very easy. Comfy beds. The luggage storage is a big plus. It's great to be able to leave you bags somewhere safe, but not be bothering staff to retrieve them!

Nothing personally! A bottle of water in the fridge would have been a nice add, but no complaints. I imagine some might struggle with the steps, but there's plenty of warning about them in advance.

The room was Comfortable and clean. We Liked night tables on both sides of bed , the desk, refrigerator, air conditioning and the clean bathroom. We got what we expected. Access to luggage storage is great even though we didn’t use it. Loved help with getting a cab to the airport and the location.

Didn’t know anyone would enter our room when we left for the day and there was no hanger for knob to request privacy. If the power goes out can you get out the front door?

Cute room in a very quite area, very central. I felt very safe. It has great air conditioning and shower.

It was a bit noisy the first night. People arriving late at night were unconsidered and made lots of noise. Door and walls are not sound proof so next day I used ear plugs and problem solved.

The location was amazing for breakfast. There’s a little café. They had great food English breakfast. The staff that I met was she was very friendly very nice and helpful

The only thing I didn’t like the room was located in an alley structure for the window who is near a beauty salon. The ladies that worked in salon were quite loud. Woke up to them yelling or just talking loudly.

Location is really good, some very nice restaurants and bars around. Felt a bit more real and less touristy (in Mallorca terms). It’s simple but the price was good for what it was. Contact with the property was very fast and nice.

We stayed in the last room on the top floor so we didn’t hear anything but I think if you are in the rooms on the first floor, it might be noisy.

the room has everything you need for a short stay and the quality/price ratio is correct. free individual lockers to use after check-out so you can explore the city without backpack/suitcase. the steps to access the building/room and check-in are well explained by the owner via whatsapp beforehand. location is great, close to restaurants, shops, sites to visit, bus stop to go to the airport

very dark, gloomy room, definitely not as bright as in the pictures but ok if you're there only to sleep and take a shower. be aware that there is no lift which was not a problem for me but could be for other people especially if you stay at the 3rd floor (the last one) like me

Great room, we even had our own little access to a rooftop terrace, location is also absolutely perfect and close to a lot of nice cafes, bars etc. so you can walk everywhere. Also amazing airconditioning even though it was 40 degrees outside! Check in also super easy. All in all 1000% recommended!!

The only thing was that in the shower it could be labelled what is shampoo or soap and also some conditioner would be nice but that’s not such a big deal, overall the place is super great!

it’s located in the middle of town, beautiful place to stay and the surroundings as well. One can easily walk everywhere in the city and also to the seaside. Many restaurants and bars around.

The internet connection in the last floor wasn’t got at all. only this should have more attention from the proprietor. Better internet connection in all rooms.
