The hotel is exceptionally charming, having been beautifully renovated from an old palace. While the rooms are quite small, their stunning decor and unique design truly stand out. The price might feel a bit steep due to the size, but the attentive and friendly staff more than make up for it, ensuring a memorable stay.

The water provided in the room appeared to have been filled from the tap, which is not potable. It seems likely that a maid may have used tap water for convenience, or perhaps it wasn’t properly checked after the previous guests. I was extremely upset about this, as I ended up drinking a full glass of water with a strong taste of chlorine.

Wonderful old palace. Most facilities very nice. Good breakfast. Nice rooms and furniture.

Value for money. Too expensive for very small rooms without a real window. Confusion with the booking of the massage (wrong information). Water bottled filled up with tap water. Breakfast items (eg pancakes) need to be payed extra.

I was nervous booking this hotel because there were no reviews, but decided to take a chance! It was definitely worth it. The hotel was amazing, the location superb, the food was amazing. The cocktail bar had a great vibe. The staff were exceptional. We asked them to book restaurants on our behalf, their recommendations were excellent. We had massages, again fantastic!!! Nothing to fault.

We had a superior double and I would not like to book a standard - if it even exists - because the rooms are small. The bathrooms are poorly lit and something had died in our’s so we asked to be moved. The hotel was full so they found us a hotel room nearby and alternatively offered a generous discount which as we were only staying one night we accepted rather than move. They could not have been nicer and more understanding about the situation. Pedro the reception manager was graceful and accommodating. Food great and very good wine list. Location perfect, quiet back streets but a short walk to the shopping streets and sights.

Very accommodating from the moment the transfer collected us at Palma airport. All staff are kind, thoughtful and well trained, especially for new hotel. They understand when guests want space, peace and quiet in certain scenarios, and a chat/laugh during others. The room was clean and modern, though a tad smaller than we thought. There are so many beautiful communal areas in the hotel it’s unlikely you’ll spend much time in the room anyway. Byredo toiletries a nice touch. Fluffy soft towels. Housekeeping almost perfect. Aesthetic of hotel ties in perfectly with the old town location. The renovation of this site is mind blowing (staff offer a historic tour). Shops and restaurants a 3 minute walk away though no tourists walk past the hotel. Quiet, cosy and safe at night. The courtyard will be your favourite place at dusk. Background music throughout courtyard, terrace and roof terrace both soft and appealing to all ages/types. Special mention to Javier, Ines, Nicholas, Catherine, and all restaurant, front desk and housekeeping members.

I’m just picking at straws here… Room size on small size but in reality it’s an old town location. Housekeeping warrants improvement - cleaning of dirty cups and used milk jugs etc. Nothing would stop us recommending or staying again - only concern is high season…. Would space might be limited in courtyard, on roof terrace / sun loungers?

It was our 2nd stay at Nobis. We love that hotel, as it combines the charm and magnificence of an Old Palace renovated with all the modern comfort. The interior design is stunning, with beautiful materials, refined details while keeping a sober luxury style. The staff is perfect, at all levels with a fast respond to our needs. Great breakfast as well.

Clients just have to know that the area is restricted and not allowed to personal cars . You have to park nearby and end your route by feet. Taxis are allowed of course.

Aesthetic was 10000/10. Amazing property, welcoming was lovely, overall - this was quite the stay! They even gifted us a bottle of champagne and plate of fruit upon our arrival as it was our honeymoon! Very thoughtful and sweet!

The only reason I rated an 8/10 overall was because the AC would shut off during the night, or appear on but wasn’t working. So we’d become super hot at times and couldn’t get it to go any colder. You shouldn’t be hot at all in an exceptional stay is all. The other reason I rated an 8/10 was the breakfast is included, but felt like you were a nuisance even being at the restaurant in the morning. There was no one welcoming you, taking your order if not at the buffet, or explaining to you what could be made that wasn’t offered at the buffet (latte’s, eggs, etc.). We just felt it was disorganized and unwelcoming.

Absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of Palma old town. From the minute we arrived to check out, the staff were so welcoming and really went above and beyond, we even got a historic tour of the building. The breakfast is delicious. Decor is beautiful. There are loads of places to relax, have a drink, sunbathe etc. The hotel feels really private and peaceful.

We had a couple of teething issues with our room (AC not working, shower blocked) but the hotel did do their best to rectify quickly.

Such a beautiful place, only opened in November and was 5 years in the making. Every detail is authentic blending Mallorcan heritage in this beautiful 12th century house with modern contemporary and artistic decor and a chilled but classy atmosphere . True 5 star hospitality and made to feel special from the moment we arrived, including a tour of this magnificent historic building. Bruno our host on arrival was wonderful, friendly and took care of all our needs during our stay. Our room was stylish and spacious, and in addition to open courtyard for coffees/drinks, sunbathing and pool it has a beautiful rooftop terrace with outstanding views of old town and the Cathedral. All the staff were very welcoming. It’s only 5 minutes walk from Ramblas and we had fun getting lost in the tiny old street’s getting back after some beers at Oliver Market which is only 15 mins walk from Nobis. It was perfect and such a special treat.

The central location of the hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a disappointing experience in the main restaurant for dinner. The room was small and slightly too quirky for our taste.

We had dinner in the main restaurant and 2 of the group had the fish dish which was not well cooked, the sauce was very thin and it had quite an unpleasant taste.
