The location is excellent, in the centre, right at Cala saint miguel. The room was quite ok, but the mattress were a catastrophe, way to soft and my wife's was was worn through, collapsing in the middle. The shower on the other hand was perfect, strong, hot water flow. But the room service was anarchic, one day ( out of 4 nights) we had no hand towels, the first day no extra towel for the floor/ feet. The last day we did get only one bathing towel. But the receptionist made this up with 2 glasses of cava for us. All in all the price/ service rate was not ok for an average price of 285 € per night ( new years eve was 405 alone)

Fantastic location right in the centre of Palma city. Close to shops, restraunts, bus station and train to Soller. Walkable to all major sites, Cathedral, avenue Born, Rambles, port, open top bus stops. All staff are very friendly and helpful, small boutique style hotel stylish with nice courtyard and small roofterrace pool which we didn't use as closed in March. Good on-site restraunt, great staff, lovely food. Rooms are comfortable clean, lovely touches, and refillable water bottles in fridge can be filled in the bar area. Lovely towels and dressing gowns good quality soap shampoo conditioner provided. Comfortable beds and pillows. Felt completely safe at all times, even walking back late at night through small streets.

As hotel is right in centre of Palma, surrounded by small streets there was noise in the evenings also early mornings which is to be expected, street cleaner, shops opening, people starting the day. . Noise didn't really bother us at all as added to the city centre experience. We were in lower level room facing out to street, higher rooms may be quieter.

Brilliant location close to station, cathedral and bus routes. The place has a good vibe with great buffet style breakfast in nice surroundings and nice courtyard for sitting out. Chilled fresh and sparkling water was readily available foc. Stayed in Feb so can't comment on the pool.

Not the property, but minor house keeping issues were milk and coffee etc were not well topped up over the stay. In February the towels didn't dry well in the bathroom. Don't need a fresh one every day but need towel rail to spread out and allow to dry. The decaf coffee experience was not good at breakfast and not obvious in rooms.

Ideally situated for the restaurants and attractions. Excellent breakfast. Very good sized bedrooms Lovely courtyard to sit in and relax. Very tasty brunch on our last day, which was excellent value. Lovely rooftop plunge pool ( you had to book it for an hour long session)

As two female friends, we found the graffiti strewn, narrow walkways to the hotel very disconcerting. At times we actually felt frightened walking up the alleyway after our evening out, and this really needs to be addressed. Maybe a private entrance, or a member of staff at the entrance?

Loved the hotel really friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to help with car rentals and it was my birthday while I was there and they were so lovely. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Clean room comfy bed. Was located central easy walking distance to everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing was that you had to reserve the sunbeds but we were so busy for the days that we were there we couldn’t reserve them as we just didn’t know what time we would be back in the hotel so missed out on using them.

The property was beautifully decorated, a tranquil hidden gem in the busy city. Food was really good, we tried the breakfast and lunch. Room was really nice for a standard, spacious and well equipped. Few people moaning that you had to book a pool slot, but given the size and location of the property I saw the ‘pool’ as an added bonus. Not exactly a ‘pool’ but great to have the option to cool down and relax for an hour or so. Location was great, 5 mins to bus stop we got the bus to and from the airport it’s only 25/20 mins and 5 euro. Also got the bus to the beach and had a great day out. We were able to walk to the Cathedral within 15/20 mins, literally tucked away from shops at so the end of hotel entrance.

Nothing but I do think for the price we paid breakfast should be included, I thought it was the fact it wasn’t was due to booking.com not making it clear so not the hotels fault. As it was so nice I’d recommend choosing breakfast option if booking

As a boutique hotel it was charming. The decor was lovely with comfortable lounge and a nice outdoor courtyard area. The staff were all friendly and all the interactions felt personalised. From the welcome drink and check in in the courtyard to helping with luggage to room. They also had no problems with storing our luggage when we arrived quite a few hours early, and happily booked us a taxi when we were going to order an Uber stating it was cheaper (which it was). I felt the service was a key stand out for me. The room itself was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The location was close to old town with lots of restaurants close by. Walking distance to major attractions. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and super helpful staff, giving recommendations and any other requests. The location is okay and close to some sights and shops. The room is spacious and has a homey touch. We were allowed to leave our bags in reception as our flight had arrived before check in time which was super helpful. Breakfast was pretty average bits of cheese and meats with fruit and yogurt.

The property is around a 26 minute walk to the beach which on a hot day can be much. There are public transport options nearby that reduce this time down to 12-15 minutes. The pool and sun lounge area are relevantly small and doesn’t fit much people, you have to book the sun beds in advice for an hour. The room design is a bit strange as there appears to be a massive glass wall behind the shower that looks into the corner of the room and anybody in the room can see into the toilet. Which was a bit strange to me.

Beautiful hidden gem in the old town of Palma, great bedrooms and a small pool on the roof. Friendly and welcoming staff who kept our bags for us so we could explore the city before our room was ready. Barman was helpful when asked about other cocktail bars to go to.

Only negatives I have with hotel were the bar shuts at 730pm so no pre dinner drinks or night cap available. Shame, as the music at breakfast and through the day was great and could be a funky bar at night. Plus couldn't seem to eat there apart from breakfast contrary to other reports. Could do with more subtle lighting in bedroom (either one bedside light or major bright light! but that is a tiny criticism)
