Fantastic location, a few minutes' walk from the centre, five minutes from the bus stop to the airport. Peaceful area. Just around the corner, a great choice of places to eat. The room was clean, comfortable, and practically furnished. It's not too big, but for one person, it's okay, but with two for a longer stay, it can be a bit cramped. Coffee, tea, and water are great additions (the only thing missing for me was a teaspoon; there are stir sticks). Bathroom okay. Convenient check-in and check-out. I had a problem with my card at check-in, and the staff helped me in no time. Great contact with the staff by phone and via WhatsApp. Luggage storage is excellent. I would be happy to stay there again.

For me, everything was ok.

Immaculately clean, compact and comfortable rooms, really conveniently located for both the city sights and transport hub. Staff we met both in person and online were really friendly and helpful. Communication was great, and they made the rooms ready early for us which was brilliant, although they also have secure luggage lockers available too so you can use them if you arrive early/leave late. Bottles of water in the fridge as well. A brilliant budget option for the city.

Self check in extra details is a bit tedious - be good to do that in advance and then just scan the passport and pay the tourist tax. But that is a really minor niggle!

The location is perfect, close to airport bus and bus station, 15min walk to the cathedral, all the shops and local restaurants are around. The room was spacious for 3 people, it has a fridge, kettle and air conditioner. Also, it was quite easy check in and check out, and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The lockers are available upon checkout free of charge, which is a major plus!

Not entirely property's fault, but it was very noisy. Thin walls and staying on the first floor just on top of some bar/restaurant was probably not the very best idea for light sleepers. Also, we could have appreciated more cleaning service, especially the bathroom. Anyway, it did not ruin our stay in any way.

1. Excellent location, very close to the bus/railway station. 2. The facilities are new and very clean, and the luggage storage is very convenient. 3. The self-service check-in process is easy and fast. 4. Communication with customer service via WhatsApp is very smooth, and the feedback is very fast. 5. There are tea, coffee and bottled water for free as welcome gifts. 6. The windows in the room are well soundproofed, which can block most of the noise from the road outside.

The selfcheck-in was very easy and we received all the important information before we arrived. Check-in was at 3pm and we arrived at 11am. We asked if the check-in could be before 3pm and they then prioritized our room to clean, so that we could move in faster. While we had to wait we could place our luggage in the lockers that the hostel provides and use the bathroom and shower. The rooms are really pretty and clean and have everything you need. The communication via Whatsapp was perfect and they replied at all times very fast and were very helpful. Our flight got cancelled and because we didn't have a room anymore to stay in we asked them if there is any possibility that a room is still available, they then proceeded to check for us if somewhere in the other hostels there are rooms available. So overall we would absolutely recommend the Hostel Regina and if we are coming back to Palma we will for sure book again here!

Communication before and during my stay was excellent. I arrived early and my room was prioritised for cleaning so I got to check in earlier than expected which was great. Self check-in was a breeze due to very clear instructions. Only a 5 minute walk from the main bus station which was so handy. Luggage storage available before and after stay which was much appreciated. Overall, it is such a convenient property and located in a nice, central, safe area which is of utmost importance as a solo female traveller. The room is quite basic but the design is much nicer than I expected! A/C worked very well. Really clean. Nice to have a full length mirror. Having a bottle of water in the fridge is a lovely touch. Comfortable bed. Excellent, powerful shower.

It was great to have such a nice, big fridge in the room but it can get noisy sometimes and woke me during the night so I had to plug it out. Only a small issue but it would be great to have a bin in the room, not just a bathroom bin. It feels strange putting empty bottles/food packaging into a bathroom bin. The rooms themselves seem to be soundproof but you can hear noise very clearly from passers-by in the corridors. TV had no English channels and wasn’t enabled to link to your phone.

Great location - ideal for exploring the city. Great staff/contact/communication. Made great recommendations and remained in close contact. The property was just as described. Very easy check in. Clean and comfortable room. Suited all our needs! Very pleased and we would return.

Not much! Only that we had to come home so soon! Perhaps the tea and coffee options could have been better - milk etc. Being from the UK - big tea drinkers. However the fridge was a really good asset to the room. Which may have outweighed it. So close to shops/restaurants/cafes/market that all needs were met.

My friends and I stayed in a 3 beds room with a private bathroom. The room was modern and nicely decorated, clean with air conditioning and a mini fridge. The bathroom was also new and clean. It was a very enjoyable stay, the hostel is in the centre with a walking distance to many nice bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they even prepared our room earlier to accommodate us as soon as possible after our flight.

Our room was facing a very busy and loud street so sleeping with an open window was a bit of a nuisance but it’s something you have to accept if you want to be located in the city centre

Spacious room with ample space to open both our luggage pieces and there was still room to move around. Walkable to the city centre and the Mallorca cathedral while not being too near to the centre so noise level was not an issue. Close to the train to Soller which was a plus because we had planned to go to Soller for a day trip. Additionally, the self check-in is a plus as we had arrived at the property early in the morning so being able to check in on our own at the odd hour was great!

The shower area was in the bathtub but it was raised so getting into and out of the shower can be an issue for children or the elderly. With the space in the bathroom, would be good if an additional shower area away from the bathtub is included. We also hung out the “please make up the room” door hanger but the towels were not changed and the room wasn’t really cleaned up. Even the bed wasn’t really made up.

Super clean and neat rooms, towels are very fresh, showers are nice to use, little fridge In the room, great location, also very close to the bus stop (easy to get to and from the airport), depending which room you get can be very quiet at night. Very easy way to self check in, convenient system, very responsive staff. Especial thank you for cleaning team, we had our rooms cleaned couple times and it was spotless!! They deserve extra credit!

Not all rooms are quiet, we had asked to change the rooms due to constructions outside and workers starting work on scaffolds at 8am, the room was very loud, we could hear every person walking by and talking outside in the hallway. However, after getting our room changed (the one with the garden view) there was absolutely no noise! We also found that room gets very steamy and has no air circulation (we didn’t use air con because it’s not hot yet, nor had our window open because of mosquitos). So very steamy room with no oxygen, quite difficult to explain. We paid 130 per night and it’s quite high price for Spain and its properties, but it’s still cheapest option if you want to stay inside of the city
