The room was big enough to lay out our luggage and still walk around and sit on the couch. The bed is comfortable. We did not like the automatic light that came on when you used the bathroom in the middle of the night as the shower wall is glass and lit up the bedroom side. Location was fantastic!

The balcony needs some furniture. I had to drag out the desk chair everyday to have a seat to enjoy my coffee. On our last day the elevator for the car to get to the underground parking was out of order. It’s very lucky our car was not stuck down there, we would have potential missed our flight! We were directed to a public parking lot a couple streets away. It was not a bad walk and only 5 euros for the night.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ars Magna! The hotel is located in a lively, charming street close to the historic center – for us, the perfect location. Our room was very nice: we had booked the cheapest option, but it was surprisingly spacious and even had a small balcony at the back. The bathroom was large and spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the modern digital lighting was very convenient. The large flatscreen TV allowed us to stream all apps easily, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was good: not a huge variety, but tasty and fresh. Eggs and bacon are available on request. The café/restaurant attached to the hotel is also very nice – the perfect spot to enjoy a drink in the evening before going to bed. The ladies at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful; nothing was ever too much trouble. And then the absolute highlight: the rooftop! We spent time there every day. The spacious rooftop terrace has plenty of seating, seven sunbeds, and a pool that is definitely big enough to cool off (8m x 4m). Such a relaxing place! In short: we will definitely come back here and will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Great location-just outside the tourist area but only 20 mins walk to the old town and 10 mins walk to the train station . The hotel is on a traffic restricted pedestrian street populated by bars and restaurants--so great choice every evening-having a drink and people watching. The room was very modern and clean with effective double glazing and-essentially air conditioning!-and easy to use. The fridge was also a welcome facility! Breakfast was plentiful with the usual fruits, hams and cheeses but also with the opportunity to experience some local specialities along with the availability of 'English breakfast' or eggs as you like them----just found we ate less and less as the week went on. Finally a mention specifically to the 2 ladies usually on reception--Alexandra and Petra--so pleasant and helpful -providing advice on places to eat/visit and booking restaurants for us. Couldn't have been better!!

Very little to dislike although the hotel shuttle service from the airport (55 Euros) was a little expensive--better to just book a local taxi at half the price.

The hotel is great. For like 3 days getaway it is great. There are no closets or wardrobes but still enough shelves to put your stuff on. Shower cabin is separate from toilet and sink is in front of the 2 . A bit strange setup but still completely okay for a couple. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. A lady at the reception was extremely nice - she recommended some restaurants for us, and they were all on the spot good. Location is like short walk from old town with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. At first I was a bit hesitant if a few mins away from the center is fine but perfectly good, as it is not mandatory to be in the old town/center all the time - so a good mix of proximity to all you need. Very clean and tidy.

As most Spanish hotels walls are quite thin and you hear the noises but it was not a problem as at night it was quite and had no problem sleeping Chairs at the terrace would have been great in order to take my morning tea there

A fantastic place . modern very clean everything you need hotel . what they also have is an adjoining resturant that is called +natural. selling an abundance of healthy food and out of this world salads. great if your all tapased out. the street it's on is quant with busy bars . we had a front veiw balcony with no noise from people below. aircon heating and sensor lighting system in the room were great . breakfast was plenty , smoked salmon and the rest of a full continental. plus order hot options . staff were helpful and friendly . take their advise if you like cocktails and go to ABACA. the indoor market is 6 min walk same as the bus stops ( we got the A1 from airport stopped end of our road 2 min walk to hotel . old train same . I will 100% recommend this hotel to my children and friends .

Pool and pool area is not great. Good Breakfast food but attendant not very professional or helpful although the room was kind of empty. Greeted me and asked for room number, however 1) Didn't come to offer eggs which had to be ordered 2) I had to get my eggs myself from the kitchen after realizing she wasn't going to bring them 3) When I approached to to get a coffee, she dismantled the coffee machine in front of me. (10:35, but she didn't have to be rude)

The room was very nice, we got one with a balcony, and even though the pedestrian street below was very lively, our room was very quiet at night. The bed was super comfortable. Great breakfast, and the staff very nice and helpful. The location is excellent, there are many restaurants nearby and you can walk to the historic part of the city in 10-15 minutes.

The only thing I can think that could be better is that the shower door let the water out, so the bathroom floor was wet after a shower. I don't know if it was a design problem or if it's missing a shower curb. Beside that, the shower itself was very good.

We liked the hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable room, great little rooftop space with small pool. Location was good, and extremely handy for the airport bus and the Sóller train.

It is a small thing but we really disliked the bathroom lighting (it’s a weird hotel trend at the moment)- it was a pain that there was a sensor in the toilet which meant the light came on and woke up the other person due to lack of a main bathroom door. A light switch is so much better.

Lovely staff, really clean and well presented. Huge comfortable bed and modern room with fabulous shower and nice smellies. Fresh towels each day, reasonably priced minibar and fresh bottle of water in the room. Great location with a 10 min direct walk to the old town. Good canteen style restaurant and bar downstairs with freshly made range of tasty food. Buffet and hot breakfast for €12 with excellent choices.
