The breakfast was excellent. Great selection of food, both hot and cold. Location was fabulous, right in the centre of Palma with a two minute walk to the bus and train station. Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean and beds were very comfy. It was also very quiet as at the back of the hotel. Did not hear any Road noise, as mentioned in other reviews.

The carpets were old and stained in the corridors and the decor was dark. This did not spoil our stay however if the doctor was lighter and brighter with a new flooring the hotel would look amazing. Dining area and reception are lovely.

We only stayed one night, room was clean and tidy with good air con. Main reason for booking was proximity to Soller Tren as we use the old train to travel up the island to Port de Soller Breakfast selection was good and the staff member was very organised Reception staff member was also very helpful thank you

We had an excellent stay at the Palacio Avenida Hotel in Palma. One of the standout features is its superb location in the city center, Palma's main bus and train station near by. Our room is incredibly well-insulated from noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. A very comfortable room very clean and very spacious bathroom, Breakfast was very good Its central location, exploring all of Palma was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the best of what the city has to offer.

Room lighting and electrical switches were so bad

Perfect location for my trip. Steps away from the airport bus, the sightseeing bus and the Historic Train to Soller. Walking was easy to the city centre and to the Cathedral. Was able to stow my backpack after checkout to take in more sightseeing before my flight out in the evening. I always appreciate a 24 hour front desk. The WiFi was very good. Good reading lamp next to the bed.

Do not like the deep bathtubs, would much have preferred a walk in shower. Check-in was extremely slow. There is no kettle or coffee in the room. Breakfast was available for a cost, however I just went out for coffee and breakfast. There are plenty of places nearby.

The hotel was very well located and I felt extremely safe. The room was very clean and the bed was super confortable.

There wasn’t room service after a certain time in the afternoon.

The first point it’s going on the location - central and from this point you are fast on the highway in any directions you want( we rent a 350 cc scooter ,so for us it was really practical) Second point it’s going about the friendly People who are trying to make us more possible the staying without anything to disturb us !🫶 Really nice from them( my opinion and I feel it like that) Respect and thank you because it’s not really a easy job to work with different kind of people and cultures ( i know it from self experience- same job , only other country 😊) 3 rd point it’s going about the cleaning process- I was really positive surprised that they put a big accent on that ! 4 rd point it’s about the small terrace on second floor ( there we had the room) and because I’m a smoker for me it was perfect when my husband or me self bought/ had a coffee; Thank you for our lovely 10 day’s staying and if we have again the chance in Palma de Mallorca to be we will come to say at least Hello 👋

I’m not going to say that I didn’t like something, it was more like a feeling that can be better handled: First night we have the room on 3 floor and after that the rest of our stay it was on second floor, 1203 room - the pressure from the water it was ok but the changing of the temperature of the water was a little bit disturbing when sometimes was fast changing from warm to too hot and then to too cold in some sensitive areas where you feel it a little annoying after 1 /2 times - the same situation happens - but can be better ! 😉- I’m sure of that - Like I write up - I don’t say it like a critique but like something what can be better 😋( I work in the same department- Hotel & Restaurant )

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. The beds were huge and so comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is very convenient for walking in to the city centre and is well connected. The only thing that could be improved would be to offer filtered water throughout the day, as the tap water was strongly chlorinated.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the main bus terminal which is ideal for getting around the island. It is also very central to the main areas of Palma and is a sort walk from restaurant, bars and shops. Hotel staff were very friendly and we were able to drop our luggage at the hotel as we arrived early before the booking time. I forgot to book breakfast online, but was able to do this direct with the hotel. The breakfast was basic but there was enough choice and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and a good size. Bed was comfy. There was a bath and a shower and all were very clean. Would recommend the hotel if you are on a city break and want to get around the island for days out.

Fantastic location. Meters from the A1 bus stop directly to/from the Airport and also the beautiful train/Tram to Soller. It is in the heart of the city within reach of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. A short easy walk to the Old Town and the harbour. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

It’s a great hotel. Nest and compact. Maybe nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room but not essential.
