Very nice design, cozy, and equipped with all essentials. The location is perfect, and the staff was helpful

It was extremely noisy and loud because of the bar downstairs. I had no idea that there was a bar belonging to the hotel, otherwise, I would never have booked this hotel. We stayed for only one night with an early flight the next day and couldn’t get enough sleep and rest because the bar was open until midnight, followed by loud noise from packing up tables and chairs. Due to the lack of ventilation, closing the balcony door was really difficult, and sleeping with open doors amid such noise was unbearable. My complaint is mostly about the lack of prior information about the existence of such a noisy bar. I felt trapped and out of options when I discovered it in the evening. It’s not fair not to mention this in the hotel description.

Our stay was absolutely spectacular! I would 100% do it again, and my friend feels exactly the same! Everything was so well-designed and organized, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. The self check-in made everything super easy and convenient. Being able to store our things for free in the lockers was a huge plus, and having access to a bathroom when we returned was such a thoughtful detail. The room itself was beautifully decorated, and having a balcony made it even more special. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed. Honestly, every single detail was spot on. Tooooooootally a 10! 🥰

The room was clean, nicely presented. The staff was friendly. They send you updates from whatsapp, which ive found very useful. The air con flow was easy to adjust. I liked that the lobby turns into a bar in the evenings. We were on the 3rd floor and didnt hear any noise from the bar!

The fan filter looked nasty.. It must have been months that they have not cleaned it. Just wow. Although we havent heard any noise from the bar, the doors and adjacent walls must be very thin as we heard everything the girls were talking about in the changing room and corridors. Also, wifi barely worked in the room. Not sure it was about the signal but it was very intermittent that we had to buy data.

Great location, super friendly staff, access via PIN code, roof top terrace, locker room, guest shower room, great for a city break. The loft room has 2 separate beds so great if traveling with a friend, (one area is up a sleep set of ladder steps so not great for those of a certain age with dodgy knees or hips!). No noise from the downstairs bar unlike some previous reviews. Industrial themed so fairly minimal but very comfy beds, great shower and clean rooms. Would defo return.

The guest shower room was extremely hot (admittedly the outside temp was over 30 so everywhere was hot!), the bar under the hotel wasn't open for drinks until the evening, but you could chill out in the sofa area and cool down.

We stayed at Brick Palma for one night with my husband and our 6-year-old, and it was a truly enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a great location — perfect for exploring the city on foot without the need for transportation. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very charming, creatively designed and beautifully finished. It’s quiet, comfortable, and full of character. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would happily come back and definitely recommend Brick Palma to anyone visiting the area!

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always checking in to make sure that you're comfortable. The location is fantastic - only a few minute walk from the old town which was perfect for us - loads of lovely bars and food spots nearby, you're spoiled for choice! The downstairs reception area turns into a bar in the evening which was busy and has a lovely vibe - we were on the top floor and couldn't hear any of the noise from the bar which was great as we got the best of both worlds! There is also a rooftop which looks onto a lovely sunset in the evenings. The rooms are incredibly clean and the entire hotel smells glorious. Fab facilities and a lovely shower in the room - rooms are always super spacious which was a great plus. Overall, this place was honestly perfect, amazing value for money, & I will definitely be returning!

Location, cleanliness, design, comfort, bar downstairs.

Sound isolation isn't the best and no free parking at the hotel as we thought. The available parking spots that you need to pay for were booked out when we were visiting, but the hosts gave us really detailed tips on where to park on the street (a few min from the hotel) so it was ok. Two beds in the family loft are on a pretty high gallery with steep stairs.

The property was well located, within central Palma and easy access of all the sights. It was clean, comfortable, and very modern. The hospitality was outstanding and we felt looked after from the minute we arrived until we left. I couldn’t fault the service. The roof terrace is a stunning little space to sit and watch the sunset whilst enjoying a bite to eat and a drink. We were only here one night but would have happily stayed longer if possible.

Everything was wonderful. The staff greeted us on arrival and kept in contact with us via WhatsApp. They were incredibly helpful, and set us up with an ice bucket and wine opener for the bottle we picked up at a nearby winery. The location is perfect for exploring Palma’s Old Town. It’s an easy walk to most restaurants and sites. Parking is convenient - the hotel has reserved spaces in the attached garage (literally next door to the entrance of the hotel). It’s in the old town, but close enough to the primary roads so driving to the hotel isn’t too intimidating. The rooms themselves are nice, modern; stylish, and large. We wish we had more time.

We liked the staff who were friendly and helpful in relation to the area and providing maps etc. Alexis and Alberto were lovely young men who spoke English well. Our room was available before checking in time which helped us. Clean and shower well equipped. Luggage room is useful. Terrace was good if we had wanted to sit in the sun. Small hotel but near bars and restaurants.

Basic acommodation but quite adequate for one night. Two chairs in the room would be better . Barman on holiday so no bar available. Quite hidden away but directions were good.
