We loved the location, the decor and the roof terrace. The staff were really friendly.

The pool was a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures. It would have been helpful to have a book with info on what to do in the area to read whilst waiting for our room to be ready (we were early).

Greeted with glass of Cava on arrival as well as bottle waiting in room chilled for our wedding anniversary. So peaceful and breakfast was amazing!

Pool is not heated and tiny - definitely designed for cooling down on a summers evening rather than a cloudy mid March

A bit pricey.

It is rare that I am so euphoric about a hotel in particular as I have worked as a hotel tester for many years, however, this hotel is so personable. It’s clean relaxed and definable boutique. The team were able to resolve all our small requests at a speed I have not seen from many leading hotels.

If there was one thing that could be improved it is only the amount of table top space in the room for a long stay. We were there for a week and did accumulate a lot of stuff, so if shopping is not your thing don’t worry there is enough for you.

Location, quality of the property and rooms, very quiet, amenities (free water, refrigerator bar items), most timely hotel room cleaning I’ve ever experienced, hotel staff service was superb.

I didn’t pay for the hotel breakfast when booking but I did walk through the breakfast room to look at the offerings. The hotel breakfast food and dining space wasn’t as appealing as other boutique hotels, including the hotel where I stayed in Barcelona prior to traveling to Mallorca. The communal facilities at the property were beautiful (bright, pristine and beautifully decorated) but they didn’t feel like spaces where I wanted to hang out for any length of time.

Location was excellent! 10 mins walk to restaurants and shops. Everywhere was walkable…and in the ‘old town’ so all very pretty. Staff were so friendly and helpful - Celeste particularly lovely! Rooftop plunge pool and beds is small but still really good and the best stunning panoramic views!!! Loved this Boutique type hotel!

My daughter and I liked everything! If I was to pick one little negative - the sun loungers on the rooftop really could do with some cushioning. They were pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t stop us using them, but some Padding would have been nicer.

We loved everything about our stay from the welcome drink on arrival to the minute we left everything was wonderful. Super comfy bed, complimentary mini bar, fantastic breakfasts, glorious roof fop views. The staff were fantastic, so attentive and helpful with tips, even treating my husband to a birthday bottle of bubbles on the house on our last night. Really lovely quiet location close to so many fantastic restaurants and bars, everything was easily walkable. We absolutely loved staying here and recommended it for anyone visiting Palma.

If you are expecting a large swimming pool you might be a bit disappointed as it’s more of sit and enjoy the view mini pool.

Fresh, clean, comfortable and great location.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Basilica to celebrate our anniversary and my partner’s birthday. I truly couldn’t have picked a better hotel. We arrived on Thursday morning and were too early for check-in but we were still greeted warmly with a drink on arrival and access to the pool until we could see our room. The location is nestled in a narrow street in the old town of Palma and is in walking distance to explore around the shops, the cathedral, palace and restaurants (La Paloma was our favourite). We had breakfast at the hotel each day which was an array of fruit, sweet puddings, hot food, pancakes and pastries. The rooftop terrace is a great part of the hotel with views over the city. We enjoyed cocktails up there in the evening and cooling down in the pool during the daytime too. We would like to thank all the lovely people who work at Hotel Basilica, everyone is incredibly polite and did everything to make our stay a memorable one. We can’t wait to visit again one day!

Hotel Basilica was one of the best hotels we have stayed at during our overseas trip. All of the staff were so friendly, helpful, professional and genuine. They could not have been more lovely. The hotel itself has such a lovely intimate and stylish vibe. Gorgeous rooms, views, pool, cocktails, breakfast, location..the list goes on and on.

Nothing, anything that was a query or a wee issue was quickly sorted so swiftly you cannot fault this hotel. I would totally recommend Hotel Basilica and if we stay in Palma again I would stay there. So lovely, it was a highlight of our stay in Palma
