Ramon Llull House was wonderful. Our apt was spacious, two bathrooms, with a terrace which was sunny late afternoon for a drink. Parts of the old stone walls were exposed inside which added to the attractiveness. Location in the old town allowed us to walk everywhere. And there was parking in the building, we used the rental car for trips out of Palma. Puri, the concierge was really exceptional. She even rescued us when the gps sent us into a narrow dead end at the cathedral. We used the kitchen for breakfast every day. There are two convenient food stores only minutes away. Being in a restricted historic location made it very quiet especially at night. We are delighted to recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in the two bedroom flat, which had the little terrace up front. The only downside of the downstairs bedroom was the poor natural lighting and ventilation (had a weird smell at first). We stayed in late february, so due to natural stone walls, the heating system was a must (working alright). The kitchen was well equiped, the location was quiet and nearby all the main historical attractions in the old city, very close to the beatiful promenada down the Paseo Maritimo. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this location next time.

Unbeatable location, very clean apartment, has everything that you would need for an enjoyable holiday. Also Puri (staff) is super nice and helpful. We could leave our bags in a safe place before check-in and after check out so we could enjoy our time while waiting for our flight. The place is located in the heart of the city with everything (sights, restaurants, shops and beach) being in walking distance. I would highly recommend it to anyone who visits Palma!

Extremely friendly and helpful host. Communication was always swift and easy via WhatsApp. They came to the apartment for the check-in in the evening and also provided some great tips and recommendations. The apartment is perfectly located (only 10 to 20 min by foot to any of the most important sights, the beach or major bus and train station) and still super quiet. It also only takes about 20 min in total to get from the airport to the apartment, and a supermarket that is also open on Sunday is very close by. If you need it very dark for sleeping, I'd recommend bringing a sleeping mask as the curtains don't keep the light out completely.

I absolutely loved the place. If there was anything to improve, I'd mention the following: The kitchen could be a bit better equipped (another pot and pan would be nice). I am not sure if the washing machine would be working if you needed it as it looks older and it currently serves as "shelf" for cups and glasses.

Very good location to explore Palma, but on a very quiet street. Supermarket and cafe just next door. Very unique property and perfect for a family travelling with kids that want their own space. The check in and check out was perfect and communication from the reception was great.

Our stay was perfect. It was not an issue for us, but people with mobility issues should check if they can manage - this is an historic property with stairs. The photographs are very accurate of the accommodation, so check before you travel if you have concerns.

The lady at the reception did request the tourism fee to be paid in cash, and she didnt mention it was cash only prior. She made a big fuzz of having to take out the POS/datafono to take the card. Quite sketchy.

Hostess Puri was amazing, very helpful and always ready to help. Location was fantastic. Bed very comfortable.

Guests in room downstairs (patio) were smoking and the smell came to our room. Apart from this just a few minor issues: Have to be careful going upstairs to the bathroom (sharp edges), freezer needs defrosting, dishwashing up liquid dispenser broken.

The location was excellent, parking was a bonus. Cellar/cave type bedroom ensuite has steep steps up to bathroom and is difficult to use at night, with no hand rail. A dehumidifier was required in the room as there were no windows Kitchen items were poor for an apartment.

Absolutely superb ! I’ve stayed in palma on a few occasions and this is the best by far. Brilliant location, quiet at night. Very spacious, clean, the most comfy bed ! Loved it and would highly recommend. Gem of a find thank you very much for the stay and service too

Excellent accommodation for a group of friends. The location was perfect - situated on a quiet street yet just a short walk from bustling restaurants and sightseeing spots in Palms. I would definitely book to stay here again in the future.
