The huge room, large and comfortable bed. amazing view from the breakfast restaurant. the breakfast was really delicious. we did not have a sea view, our window has street view, but the street is small and quiet (during the night no noises). 8 min of walking to the center.

the hotel is really small. if you like vibrant hotel atmosphere, its not that place.here was quiet boutique atmosphere. when we leaved the hotel, we asked to call the taxi for us and we gave the address where we needed to go. and we persistently asked the reception to explain the taxi drivers where we need to go. also we showed to the taxi driver our address of our next destination (in English). But the taxi got us to the other places, the driver shouted at us in really rude way, and he told the receptionist didn’t explain anything. the end of the holiday was really stressful for us. the hotel should more take care of the request of the guest and cooperate with normal taxi companies.

This is such an excellent hotel. Located a stone's throw away from a beautiful cathedral where you can see Antoni Gaudi's magic decorations. With a view of the Mediterranean See from a spacious room, one can watch sunsets and relax on a gorgeous balcony. An ancient old city is a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a sauna and jacuzzi on the premises and a small restaurant up on the rooftop of the building from where there is a beautiful view of the sea. The staff makes sure your every wish is fulfilled. Exceptional.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the cathedral and the city center and also to a big sand beach near by. The room was excellent very tidy and clean the view was perfect and actually the room was better than the pictures shown and above expectations. The staff was very polite always smilling, and it is very difficult to see someone to not be happy with the services of this hotel and the staff. Everything was excellent, the food at the restaurant the room service all above expectations. The best place to stay in Mallorca. A big thanks to the staff of the hotel for the hospitality always doing their best and so well mannered making the vacation even better for us. Definitely recommend this place.

Very good recommendations for dinner restaurants, we used 7 recommendations during our stay, best was The Merchants which your friendly Polish employee recommended. Room nr 2, close to spa which we used after rounds of golf, suited us perfecly and also overall liked the room, we used the balcony also for relaxing after golf-spa. Your eggs benedict should be marketed more, once we tried it was hard to not choose again.

One means of improvement would be for me to get a copy of confirmed booking at restaurant, in two restaurants they didn´t recognise our bookings made by yourselves. Fortunately we had a handwritten note from your reception that we could show them. In one of these restaurants we were placed at bar for eating, that was of course not what we had expected.

Although the room was very spacious it was very dark I Know that it’s modern to have low lightning but should be on dimmers so that one can have the option There were no curtains in the room so that meant you had to have shutters down as you had no privacy due to the Windows opposite & very close everybody could see into the room I asked if windows were tinted & was told this was not the case !

Customer service/all the staff in this hotel is/are absolutely amazing. Location is 10/10, close to all attractions yet quiet at night. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Gorgeous views from rooftop restaurant. Great breakfast with outstanding service. Nice little spa with heated stone beds, which I never tried before and loved them. I'd stay here again, a bit pricey though.

The lack of door between bedroom and bathroom space. There are doors between bathroom foyer and toilet and shower but not between bedroom and bathroom foyer.

The staff were amazing, very welcoming. The bed is very comfortable and the room is stylish. Also the location was great, easy to walk around.

The soundproof was unfortunately very poor. Could hear every single thing outside which was really bothering us. The floor makes big sounds as well. The breakfast was okay, wish they had more fruit selection.

This cute boutique hotel is very accessible from Palma airport by car, and the city center is easily reachable by foot (about 15 minutes). Rooms and lobby are curated with some artworks. F&B (lunch, breakfast) was of good quality, and the lovely and efficient staff is going out of their way to welcome and help you.

Overall the hotel building was pretty small (only 15 rooms in total) and rooms aren't wide either. Despite being well-connected, the area where the hotel is located looks some kind of Palma surburbia, it is quiet/residential, yet a bit empty and certainly lacks some flair (no shops nor restaurants nearby). Given the neighborhood, it feels even a bit unsafe to be walking in this area at night. We wouldn't stay more than 2 nights in this location.

Lovely room, balcony & view. Good parking facilities. Nice breakfast. Excellent staff. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. A great location just out of center along the bay but 10 minutes walk to the cathedral, restaurants and all the good things that Palma has to offer.

Area in front of the hotel is rather scruffy and dirty.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Calatrava in Mallorca! The entire experience was wonderful, but what truly stood out was the morning breakfast with the most breathtaking view such a peaceful and beautiful way to start the day.

The only minor downside was the car parking situation, which was a bit tight.
