Beautiful, large, clean room. Great building. Well located.

The amenities were not great - the spa was closed (which we knew in advance) but there are no areas to hang about or her than the small reception with uncomfortable seating. Breakfast was not included despite the astronomical price of the room. We paid €51 for 3 (€17 each) and the breakfast was pretty dreadful and the guy was stressed and hurrying us so much despite us having 45mins till closing - it was off putting. Only hard boiled egg Benedict I’ve ever seen. Waiter blamed the chef but didn’t offer to replace it as he wanted to close up.

The room was lovely and spacious. The shower was powerful and the bathroom was roomy. The location was really good. 5 minutes walk from The Cathedral. The staff were really helpful nothing was too much trouble. Especially Caterina in reception.

The bar was open air on the roof so in the first week of March it was not open. A small indoor bar would have good.

The hotel is conveniently located within the Old Town of Palma. It had all of the facilities you would want to have whether traveling for business or leisure. The staff are very hospital and available to help / assist when needed, and at the same time allow you to get on with your stay in a way that makes you feel at home.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Roof terrace and helpful bar man who bought our drinks up. Effective AC. Quality TV - with English language channels. Good selection (hot & cold) for breakfast buffet. Lady who checked us out, stored our luggage and helpfully ordered a taxi to airport.

Room keycards incorrectly programmed for 2 nights stay. Matter remedied at reception though.

The breakfast was excellent, better than I had expected. They made eggs and coffee fresh to order, and we got to eat up on the rooftop terrace with the beautiful views! The hot tub in the spa is open 9-9 and great for a soak after walking the town (which the location of the hotel is perfect for). I also love the way the lobby was decorated and that staff were at the front desk 24 hours a day. They are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Lovely little hotel in the mittle of the old town of Palma. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking from the hotel was very convenient although the entrance to it was very tight, so make sure you have a smaller car. All together we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Really liked the roof terrace which had great views of the city and was open until late. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. .

The wardrobe door design in the bedrooms was awful and resulted in a number of head bumps among the group! The spa was very small and facilities such as the sauna weren’t available for use during our stay.

Stunning property - stylish and comfortable room with amazing views. Appreciated the cava, fruit and macaroons on arrival. Roof terrace was delightful - quiet spot for a drink with sea views overlooking a convent with cathedral beyond. Very convenient location in quieter part of the Old Town. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Liked everything. Minor gripes only - coffee machine hadn’t been emptied from previous occupants and cover not put on duvet just laid on top. Both easily remedied.

We visited for our 3rd time and love the ambiance of the hotel. The building is beautiful and rooms are comfortable and well serviced.

We had a bathroom adapted for a disabled guest, not requested or needed. The WC was uncomfortable to use.

The reception and breakfast staff was excellent and did their best to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The restaurant recommendation of Can Pien down the street gave us a meal of a life time with super quality 👌 Loved the location!
