Genuine 5 star service from staff. The hotel is an oasis of traditional Majorcan ''town house'' tranquility in the centre of Palma. Roof terrace with small, (but bigger than Cappuccino) pool is fantastic and within ''touching distance'' (not literally) of the cathedral. The roof terrace is closed to non-residents during the day which means it does not get too busy. We never failed to get a sunbed or table. It is open to non-residents in the evening. The ''instagramers'' did their posing and pictures which is predictable-it is a fabulous and magical location. But, at 11.00 pm they were made to leave and the staff offered the hotel residents another round of drinks. I may not be glamorous and Instagramable, but I felt special and ''looked after'' We didn't have breakfast (I am sure it is good) but took the short walk to The Cappuccino. Best of both worlds-enjoy the over-visited and over-busy Cappuccino watching the World go by, then back to St Francis for an oasis of calm luxury. Dinner at the restaurant is fantastic (service and taste) I did comment that some of the dishes were not always that visually appealing but very still very tasty. We are talking high end cuisine here and not ''chips for the Brits''

I hate this new ''trendy trend'' of not fitting bathroom doors in hotels, and St Francis does this too. There is a glass door for the toilet. But it makes a terrible noise when it is opened and closed (not great at night) Shall we also say, it also doesn't provide much sound insulation. A sympathetic partner would be a benefit. Or perhaps I am just being British-make your own decision.

Wonderful hotel where you are made to feel special the moment you arrive. The staff were attentive and professional and helpful and the hotel is just beautiful! Perfect location for easy access to walk to all attractions in Palma and shops and restaurants. The rooms are large and beds were comfortable and all amenities available. Highly recommended.

They ran out of pool towels one afternoon and instead of the staff at the pool making a plan, we had to go to reception ourselves to get a clean towel.

The location is phenominal, and the views from the rooftop pool deck are unparalleled! To get to the hotel do NOT use googlemaps, use WAZE or you will be asked to turn onto streets that say "no entry". Valet service as great, as was every single person at the hotel. Leo who was attending to us during breakfast in the garden, and at the pool area bar was absolutely professional, personable and has excellent customer service skills- and this made our experience enjoying the pool deck so much better. We stayed 6 nights, and everything was Five star!!!!! Thank you

Tell your guests not to use google maps- we were frustrated for an hour arriving. This would have helped a lot.

The hotel is amazing. Beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Tastefully decorated, elegant. Great rooms, very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Overal, this hotel is a gem and i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish hotel in the heart of Palma.

The gym is very small, it doesn't practically fit more than 1 guest at a time. There is only 1 bathroom in the lobby/restaurant (1 ladies, 1 men) and unfortunately I was not always kept clean.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. From the lobby, to the staff, decorations, vibes, cleanliness, service, food, bar, robes, rooms, pool, views... absolutely everything. The staff were there to greet us when we arrived. They parked our car and brought it to the door. Always had a smile on their face. The entire hotel was very beautiful. Did not want to leave.

I loved everything. I have no negative comments or suggestions for improvement. I have never stayed at a place more perfect. Felt like I was living the boujee life. Every time I went out, all I wanted to do was rush back just to be at this hotel.b

Everything looked very nice. The staff was also really nice.

It's just the little things that simply dispersed the "magic", that just didn't say 5stars especially compared to other comparable Hotels in Palma: unmarked slight ramp in the middle of the lobby on which i tripped twice, knob towel hangers in the toilet "room" instead of the bathroom(the only wet towel hangers in the whole space!), noisy airconditioning always rumbling, light switches that didn't do anything or worked by a strange logic (e.g. button turns off light but doesn't turn it back on), breakfast mostly sweet stuff (no vegetables besides a cut tomato at the buffet), plastic plants (even in common spaces). I could go on... power socket by the door was rickety (baseboards also) Overall, it was nice, but... so many cummulated tiny annoyances.

Loved the hotel—they were fabulous to us. The only downside was that our room could not be reached by elevator. We had to go down stairs and up stairs to reach our room. Otherwise the hotel was lovely—great and helpful staff, clean facilities and a good central location!

We rearranged our room booking with the hotel and were charged correctly by the hotel but we were also charged by booking.com which I cannot figure out how to get a refund. The hotel charges are accurate on my credit card but I shouldn’t have also been charged by Booking.com

Central location, architectural, with the view of the Basilica, peaceful neighborhood . The employees positive and attentive to details. The little tour of the hotel offered by a gentleman at our arrival, inspired us😍. Excellent extra mile. The room perfect set up and cozy. Comfortable beds 😌The dessert offered as a surprise made our evening special. Everything around was elegant , perfect atmosphere.Thank you for making our staying special.

breakfast was lovely, pool was small but nice, bed was lovely and big, building was beautiful, all staff were amazing

room too small, didn't receive fresh drinking water each day, mini bar not restocked each day, no umbrellas by the sunbeds, not enough food selection in the roof top bar

Staff . Room . Rooftop . Clean . Great atmosphere . Relaxing . Slight accident with spillage on bar by a staff member .. and team were brilliant at sorting it and cleaning clothes within a few hours

Bedroom a tad noisy as overlooking restaurant courtyard . Maybe chocolates in bed at night would have Bern nice ? Guest relations very slow to answer e mails re friends birthday . It took 4 e mails before I received a response .
