Our room had so much character, and a great terrace where we enjoyed wine, bread and cheese a couple times. The cleaning staff was very efficient at cleaning our room so it was sparkling when we came back every day. The breakfast staff was wonderful too, right down to packing a sandwich for our early departure to the airport. Location was perfect.

The room felt a bit too warm although we turned the thermostat down to 18. We had to keep opening a couple windows, even at night, to stay comfortable. That made the bells sound louder, but it was a minor inconvenience. Also, the evening of our arrival there was no hot water, but that was fixed by the next day.

The staff were fantastic especially the receptionist called Melonie she couldn’t do enough for us . The breakfast was really nice, you could have whatever you wanted off the a la carte breakfast menu , and sit in or out for it . Our room looked out onto the street and had a balcony, this was fabulous and when the doors closed you couldn’t hear a thing which was surprising to say how busy it was . We would definitely recommend here for a beautiful stay and central location. Loved the beautiful decor of the hotel too really good standard !

The breakfast was excellent, I'd recommend the Shakshuka. The room was clean and large for 2 people. The location was very good and the old Olive tree brought lots of tourist and school trips to it. There's lots of restaurants around and a nearby (expensive) supermarket. The sun terrace on the 3rd floor was good although we didn't go in to the cold plunge pool.

The bed moved away from the wall with not much pressure. It needs an addition to stop it. Would have preferred a larger balcony, you could stand at it but not sit out there,

Everything was great; the room, the location, the food, and the staff. Natalie at the front desk was very helpful.

The only nit picky issue was that the clock in the town square (where this hotel is located) chimes very loudly every hour on the hour all through the night and day. It also chimes 15 minutes before and after the hour. So as beautiful as this hotel was and as perfect and lovely as the room was, I might not stay again bc I'm a light sleeper. I felt exhausted due to the bells chiming all through the night. If you bring ear plugs and Ambien, you might be okay.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The design of the hotel was fun. The location was excellent except when there were cruise ships in port. Breakfast was tasty. We appreciated being able to sit outside and being able to order what we wanted off the menu. I was also happy that we could order healthy items.

We were given a suite that had two floors with a circular staircase between them. We are in our seventies and if we weren’t in shape it would have been a big problem as there wasn’t another room available. Since we were only there two nights we put up with it. The stairway also provided ample opportunities to hit your head. I felt like we should have known about this situation before we checked in. The other problem is the location when cruise ships are in town. It’s such a beautiful and central location that it was packed. We were able to avoid the area as much as possible while the masses were in town.

The room was just as pictured, it was a great size and beautifully decorated, the staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was overlooking the square so we were able to people watch and see the musicians that come and go… though that comes with the disadvantage of it being quite noisy till quite late, and it’s also across from the church/town hall which has a bell every hour so maybe ask for a room facing the other way of noise is an issue for you, You cannot park at the property but there is parking an easy 300m down the road. The location is exceptional!! We had lunch at restaurant which was lovely, and if you have Breaky included they serve it a la carte and it’s fantastic

Great breakfast. Great location although the clock across the road is particularly loud. Staff as so lovely. Super comfy bed. Bathroom great size and shower great.

The room was dated in parts with broken wardrobe handles and chips in the furniture. Breakfast portion size smaller than when paying even tho this is included in the price of the stay. More mirrors in the room needed. No air con because it’s winter but still should be an option for guests

Wow! As 60 something worldwide travellers this blew us away. Think chic, Parisian, delightful decor with wonderfully friendly staff. We stayed four nights for our anniversary and they kindly upgraded us BUT this hotel is wonderful whichever room you have. Don’t stay anywhere else in Palma Old Town, this is the hidden jewel. Unlimited hot/cold breakfast to die for and means we didn’t need lunch.

Wanted to stay longer but we couldn’t! Minor gripes? Rooms on the square hear city cleaning/bins in the morning (but no noisy bars or music at all) and rooms have everything except kettle for ‘UK’ tea first thing, but get hot water at breakfast for tea you brought from home!!

Loved the Plaça suite, which was very clean and attractively furnished with art books and objets. The bed was comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The Molton Brown bath products were luxurious and generously provided....plenty of towels, and extra if requested. Breakfast was very good with lots of options, served till noon. The reception staff were excellent, suggesting suitable trips for winter, booking restaurants, taxis etc.

We liked everything, actually. The hand shower attachment could have done with a cradle on the wall but that's a detail!

Rooms were wonderful, very spacious by European standards. Beautifully finished and appointed. Wonderful tile in the bathrooms. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great restaurant on site. Beautiful outdoor space with 600-year old olive tree in the courtyard in front of the hotel. Great location.

Only two things. City Hall’s clock (across the street from rooms in front of building) rings every 15 minutes, including throughout the night. And the corresponding number of times to each hour. Hotel is also difficult to access as it’s in a pedestrian area.
