We were incredibly happy with the apartment. There's a ton of space for two people. You have all of the amenities you might want. And the location is exceptional. A big plus point was how easy and nice the communication with the host was. We had booked a taxi to pick us up on the morning we left through the host as we had been instructed. But then at around 10 pm, we figured out that we had made a mistake and had accidentally ordered it way too late. Without much hope, we contacted the host again (not even expecting a response that late) and they were on it immediately and organised an earlier ride. Truly amazing!

There's honestly not much for me to put in this category. If anything I would have loved to have some sort of explanation or label on the coffee pods for which is what flavour because I was kind of just guessing😅😂

Good location. Access to a washing machine (and prompt attention to our calls for help with getting washing out of the washing machine due to our lack of familiarity with how it worked!)

It would be useful to have access to the manufacturer's instruction manual for the washing maching machine and dish washer left in a drawer (generally in multiple languages, so would be helpful for variety of guests to the property).

We loved the style and location of the apartments, so central for the old town and all the historic buildings/tapas restaurants. Staff were very responsive to messages, and they organised a taxi to the airport, which was just perfect

We were in Suite 9, with a large terrace, with fabulous views over rooftops. However, there was no shade, which due to high temperatures, made it only useable early morning or later at night. Also, there was a noisy generator housed in a building off the terrace, which was a little frustrating - this may have been linked to aircon for all the apartments, so may be unavoidable in the hot weather.

I had an excellent stay. The apartment was very clean and had most everything I needed. To access the apartment, you use a door code and card, so you do not need to fuss with different keys. I had an issue with my card and couldn’t get in, but they messaged me before I could even call - it was very quick to fix! I was able to communicate quickly for a few different things and received fast responses. The location was good, it was easy to walk everywhere. The two terraces were the main reason I booked - the view was amazing! I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location in the old town close to shops, bars and restaurants, just round the corner from Placa de Cort. Clean and comfortable duplex apartment situated on the ground floor just off the internal courtyard. The small kitchen was open to dining and living area but had everything we needed to cook a hearty breakfast each morning. Upstairs the bedroom was spacious and had a useful dressing area outside the bathroom. The rainfall shower in the bathroom was lovely and powerful. Bed was comfortable. There is an automated check-in area as you enter the courtyard from the street. The machine wouldn't scan/read my passport but I was able to enter the details manually, so no problem. There are also storage lockers available to use which was very handy as we had a late flight home. All in all a great place to stay in the heart of the old town.

Temperamental extractor fan in the bathroom didn't have it's own switch and only came on a handful of times so it took a while for the steam to clear. Also we couldn't see how to turn the extractor fan on over the stovetop so cooking smells lingered a while - no big issues though!

Excellent location. Fabulous rooftop terrace with view over the rooftops including the Cathedral. Modern bathroom but didn't like the basin outside of the bathroom in the bedroom area. Staff were very quick to reply to messages and very helpful.

Bed very soft. No coffee table on Roof Terrace so no where to put drink on! Although it is lovely and streamlined having all the appliances behind cupboard doors they are quite an inconvenience and the kitchen space could have been designed in a much better way allowing for more worktop space. Extra pillows would have been good. One of the sockets in the bedroom next to the bed is coming off the wall.

You can see that the space is planned out and gorgeously designed. Super convenient location if you don’t drive & very responsive staff for any situation you may have. We had a wonderful time, felt safe & cared for in a new city! Thank you for having us.

Rooms aren’t maintained daily, request for clean towels and turn down service however completely expected as it is an apartment.

It was such nice Apartment, i loved the architecture and decor of the rooms, it was a really aesthetic furniture. The bathroom was really big and had a great shower! It was only 5 minutes from the main shopping street and about 15 minutes to the beach, unmatched location! Also such a nice concept of not having any contact while checking in or out/ we had questions and asked them over chat and got quick awning.

The kitchen was a bit outdated and the bed was really loud when you moved. Nothing big but some few things that you should have in mind with the price in my opinion

Location was very good; just inside the city and most of the city attractions were at walkable distance. I will give extra point `+` for support staff; it was very easy to reach out and she was very helpful to sort out our issues quickly. We faced issues in the room and she was kind to change the room. Apartment has all required stuff and great for family with kids. Overall check-in experience was easy.

Brilliant stay in the heart of Palma Old Town. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious with great amenities.The bed was super comfortable, although on the one side I think a spring had broken, but this did not detract from a wonderful stay. The location made it super easy to travel throughout the city. Would highly recommend staying here.
