The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. It had a great kitchen with all the equipment you'd want and the living room sofa and bed were comfortable. The location was excellent, really central to everything Palma has to offer. We were able to walk everywhere and did not need to hire a car or use taxis at all during our week long stay. The hosts, were also exceptional and provided very quick responses to any questions we had - they even let us have a late checkout as we were not travelling back home until the evening. I would definitely stay again and recommend this apartment.

Cleanliness and location

The sofa bed is broken

In a great area only a few minutes walk into the centre of palma, lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Clean and comfortable if wanting somewhere as a base.

Stairs are quite steep getting to the property as apartment was on the third floor so not ideal if you have a lot of bags or are unsteady on your feet but this is mentioned in the description so we were aware of this and was not an issue for us.

It could use a fan on the patio.

Kitchen facilities excellent, bed comfortable, great respite from hot weather, quiet yet central location with excellent Mallorca bars and restaurants close by, 10 mins easy walk to clean, well kept beach. Area was clean and safe, really get to immerse yourself in local life. Close to all areas and attractions if Palma.

Seating area outside was always in shade. Starting to need a freshen up paint wise inside.

the property was in a great location. the information to access the property was good.

the cleanliness could of been of a better standard the kitchen sink and cloth were both stained, there was a layer of dust on the cooker hood. the bathroom was clean but the shower cubical had a lot of limescale around it. we were there for over 2 weeks, so a change of bedding would have been good, but we managed to wash it and put it back on the bed. you need to made aware that you can hear your neighbours above at all times of the day.

The location was fantastic - so near to everything including the bus/train station, cathedral, beach, port, shops. And yet it was quiet and felt very safe. There was a good buzz about the neighbourhood.

Maybe the walls were a little thin as I could hear someone snoring one night! The fridge could have been better cleaned.

Location of the property, access to the beach was 12 to 15 mins walking distance. Access to city center was also around 15 mins walk as well as to all cafe and restaurants.

The property is good and is not extreme modern. Kids sofa bed was not comfortable at all. May be a more rigid bed for new sofa cum bed is more desirable.

The unit was clean and charming. It was easy to get in and out. It also has a little courtyard on the back, which is used by the unit only. The facilities in the unit were in very good condition. The hot water supply was plenty, with good water pressure. The location is convenient.

The apartment was very close to the old town and the bus station for getting around

Not being used to living in an apartment, we did find we could hear noise from the flat above and no doubt the people below could hear us.
