The flat was really big and nice for 2 people. It seemed to be renovated years ago but well-maintained!

I think there is a school across the street. It gets really loud in the entire morning on a week day. One does not hear it much in the bedroom but if anyone is going to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, use ear plugs. In general sound proof is not so good. One can hear almost everything from the street, upstairs and the stair case. We had someone upstairs walking around the flat with high heels. It was very loud. It didn’t bother me much but I see this can be annoying.

The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. It had a great kitchen with all the equipment you'd want and the living room sofa and bed were comfortable. The location was excellent, really central to everything Palma has to offer. We were able to walk everywhere and did not need to hire a car or use taxis at all during our week long stay. The hosts, were also exceptional and provided very quick responses to any questions we had - they even let us have a late checkout as we were not travelling back home until the evening. I would definitely stay again and recommend this apartment.

Nothing

The apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city centre and also 10-12 min walk to the beach. There are nice caffès and restaurants around, a couple of supermarkets in the walking distance. The kitchen is very well equipped and it was easy to cook at home. All the appliances are in great condition.

The one thing that wasn’t comfortable- there were no electricity sockets at the kitchen for the teapot and the toaster. But we could plug them in at the living room.

We were in the old city itself and could walk to all the sights..It was also quiet at night and we always felt safe. The Cathedral and beach were only minutes away. Most importantly Gina from the office was very helpful on What's App and was always quick to respond to our queries.This made checking in a breeze. My only comment is the steep flight of stairs which may be an issue with luggage. Totally recommended!👍

Cleanliness and location

The sofa bed is broken

In a great area only a few minutes walk into the centre of palma, lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Clean and comfortable if wanting somewhere as a base.

Stairs are quite steep getting to the property as apartment was on the third floor so not ideal if you have a lot of bags or are unsteady on your feet but this is mentioned in the description so we were aware of this and was not an issue for us.

It could use a fan on the patio.

Kitchen facilities excellent, bed comfortable, great respite from hot weather, quiet yet central location with excellent Mallorca bars and restaurants close by, 10 mins easy walk to clean, well kept beach. Area was clean and safe, really get to immerse yourself in local life. Close to all areas and attractions if Palma.

Seating area outside was always in shade. Starting to need a freshen up paint wise inside.

Property was nicely done out with largish bedroom. About 12 mins walk to the cathedral in a quiet location.

Can’t do anything about the steep stairs but for anyone with mobility issues or young kids I don’t think the property would have been suitable. Fairly expensive but I think that’s just Mallorca prices!

The location was fantastic - so near to everything including the bus/train station, cathedral, beach, port, shops. And yet it was quiet and felt very safe. There was a good buzz about the neighbourhood.

Maybe the walls were a little thin as I could hear someone snoring one night! The fridge could have been better cleaned.
