The apart have a kitchen and Everything’s is available in the kitchen ( fork, spoon, mug etc), the location is very perfect in the center of palma. We find many nice restaurant around just walked a bit. The pool is open until late.

The shower is smell bad, even they have a small fan for exhaust the air. The pool it’s too small for adult but for my kid it’s ok.

From the welcome (glass of cava) and the fact I could get to my room straight away, to the room itself, the location. The room was spacious, well thought out and comfortable. This was a lovely place to stay in Palma

Great location in old town centre. Lovely staff on reception. Gorgeous welcoming lobby. Greeted with welcome drink. Serviced apartments are beautiful & very well appointed. Kitchen, washing machine etc. Ours fir a family was on three levels - felt roomy and comfortable with teen daughter happily on a super comfy double sofa bed.

Liked it all! Pool isn’t a pool. It’s a tiny plunge type tub and though the roof top seating and lighting is lovely it’s a very small space fur all guests up there. No written instructions on how anything works in the property.

Location could hardly be better. Right in the middle of the old town , a few minutes walk from here he awesome cathedral. Just ten minutes from the bus and train station. Room was very comfortable and we slept well. The roof top terrace was lovely (although quite small) and we enjoyed taking up a glass of wine to finish off the evening

Bathroom is bit small but OK. Breakfast is a bit chaotic with food and utensils in various places . Food was fine but not spectacular

The location was perfect for us, we were right in the middle of the 'action', and could get around on foot without any issue, and the buses, assuming you don't want to drive, but want to explore further, were easy to find and cheap to use.

Nothing of note, maybe a bit of assistance on the first day with breakfast, as I managed to overlook a lot of what was available as it was spread out in the bar breakfast area, but maybe I just need to open my eyes a bit more!

Room was beautifully clean and well equipped. The roof terrace with small plunge pool was great. Breakfast a little too expensive for us to have it every day as the choice is limited. The location is well placed in the Old Town to explore Palma on foot.

For breakfast the only hot food was scrambled egg and we would prefer more choice of hot food eg bacon, sausages, grilled tomatoes etc. The location can be a little noisy during the evenings as the suites overlook a square which has a bar/ restaurant with outside tables. Also there is a bottle bank in the square which is was quite noisy when being filled and emptied.

We liked the place very much! Decoration was beautiful, all the staff were very friendly, room was nice and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable! The location is in walking distance of old town centre with all restaurants and highlights. The hotel offers a (paid) parking space in a public garage nearby, very convenient.

We booked the suite because on the photos it showed a separate second table in the kitchen, which we needed for work. It turned out that was only available in the larger family suite. The staff was so kind though to put an extra table in our room.

It was a good location for me, the single level rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well supplied. The staff was wonderful: Alfredo and Katja.

There are two room types, single Level and clever little apartments on 3 levels. booking.com confirmation said I had reserved a wheelchair accessible room, so imagine my surprise when I showed up and the only rooms left were the 3 level rooms…I am very 65 with a bad ankle, so that was not going to work for me. The next day, they found me a lovely corner one level room. The issue appeared to be a Booking.com issue, which the staff did their best to fix. So the first night was difficult, but the new room was great… however, the air conditioning did not work in the entire hotel….They did provide a fan which generally kept it temperate.

The staff were great and the room was very stylish and very well equipped with a kitchen including oven, hob, large fridge freezer and washer/dryer, a small dining table, a 'downstairs' cloakroom, and a comfortable lounge area with sofa and chairs. The sleeping area and bathroom were upstairs.

Our room was in the top of the building and there was very restricted headroom in the bathroom to the point where I had to crouch down to get in the shower or use the wash basin.
