The apart have a kitchen and Everything’s is available in the kitchen ( fork, spoon, mug etc), the location is very perfect in the center of palma. We find many nice restaurant around just walked a bit. The pool is open until late.

The shower is smell bad, even they have a small fan for exhaust the air. The pool it’s too small for adult but for my kid it’s ok.

The Palma Suites in Mallorca are a blend of the old and modern World. The moment you open the day, you are greeted with beautiful old World charm. Now we have all heard the expression ‘first impressions count the most,” and the Palma Suites management have taken this to heart. This was the first time we have ever been offered a free alcoholic beverage during check-in. Then when we opened the apartment door, a free bottle of local red wine, a bottle of olives and a bag crisps welcomed our visit. We are already thinking 4-star and we haven’t even looked around yet. The apartments are ultra-modern. Ours had a mezzanine bedroom and ensuite bathroom, so potentially hazardous stairs for the less mobile, but the apartments may not all be the same. The integral kitchen and living area, whilst small, seemed to work well. There was a breakfast bar with stools rather than a dining room table and chairs but again they were very functional. Three easy chairs and table, TV, safe and plenty of wardrobe space for coats, hats, bags etc. The kitchen had a large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, cooktop and oven, but no microwave. Sufficient crockery and cutlery for about 3 days for a couple and enough pots and pans to prepare most meals. Comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe space for your clothes. The bathroom, again whilst small, was functional, with a relatively large shower and plenty of towels and toiletries. Our suite also had a washing machine but not all apartments have one. There are free washing machines and dryers on Level 2 for guest use. The Suites also have an impressive gym for the fitness fanatic and a small, cool-yourself pool and a pleasant sunbathing or relaxing area on the rooftop. The Suites are located in a small, quiet square, but not far from the mass attractions of the old town, with its endless restaurants, bars, cafes and gift shops. The A1 bus to the airport also stops within an easy walk of the Suites.

Hard to fault.

From the welcome (glass of cava) and the fact I could get to my room straight away, to the room itself, the location. The room was spacious, well thought out and comfortable. This was a lovely place to stay in Palma

Everything was perfect. Location in the center, amazing apartment, great pool on the terrace, pleasant staff. Micaela was so nice, thank you once again. Hope we will come back 🙂.

Excellent check in with lovely staff at every contact point. Cava on arrival. The room (2 adults, 1 teenager) was a great size although not necessary providing privacy. Our daughter slept on a very comfortable large sofa bed in the lounge area and the main bedroom was an open plan mezzanine off this. It didn’t bother us though! Fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, large fridge and freezer, lovely comfortable beds and plenty of clean towels and gorgeous toiletries. We would definitely recommend and will be back.

Nothing we disliked.

Great location in old town centre. Lovely staff on reception. Gorgeous welcoming lobby. Greeted with welcome drink. Serviced apartments are beautiful & very well appointed. Kitchen, washing machine etc. Ours fir a family was on three levels - felt roomy and comfortable with teen daughter happily on a super comfy double sofa bed.

Liked it all! Pool isn’t a pool. It’s a tiny plunge type tub and though the roof top seating and lighting is lovely it’s a very small space fur all guests up there. No written instructions on how anything works in the property.

I spent 10 nights at Palma Suites and would definitely stay again. The staff were so lovely and helpful, the room was pretty spacious and was very convenient to have everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was also perfect! Close to the city centre, shops and cafes.

The beds weren’t very comfortable, there was only a thin mattress. The water would also sometimes switch from hot to cold while showering which was a little annoying but otherwise was happy with the hotel!

Location could hardly be better. Right in the middle of the old town , a few minutes walk from here he awesome cathedral. Just ten minutes from the bus and train station. Room was very comfortable and we slept well. The roof top terrace was lovely (although quite small) and we enjoyed taking up a glass of wine to finish off the evening

Bathroom is bit small but OK. Breakfast is a bit chaotic with food and utensils in various places . Food was fine but not spectacular

From the minute we checked in until we checked out we loved our stay. The team who work there are all wonderful, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was great and we loved having a kitchen and living area, as we were there for a week - plenty of space for two adults sharing. The roof top was fabulous - great place to relax after walking around for most of the day and you can take drinks up from the bar.

The location was perfect for us, we were right in the middle of the 'action', and could get around on foot without any issue, and the buses, assuming you don't want to drive, but want to explore further, were easy to find and cheap to use.

Nothing of note, maybe a bit of assistance on the first day with breakfast, as I managed to overlook a lot of what was available as it was spread out in the bar breakfast area, but maybe I just need to open my eyes a bit more!
