The location was very central and little noise from the streets during evening/night. Short walk (6-8 min) to busstop for airport and other trains/tram. Big flats with all you need. The roof terrace was perfect with nice view. The flat was very tidy and clean. The information before arrival was informative and good. Easy to get in contact with the staff via mail. I will definitely book this accomodation again when coming back

The only thing we missed was hooks to hang towels on in one of the bathroom. One bathroom was good equipped with that. The other one did not have any.

The roof terrace was a novelty. Messages from Maria were very clear and gave all the information we needed. Beds were comfortable, full size sofa bed in living room. Good location for walking around Palma and within walking distance of main bus station.

There was a coffee machine which was a bonus but we couldn't get it to work properly. At certain times of day there seemed to be a strong smell...sewage/rubbish, not sure. We were on 2nd floor and could manage our luggage, however it wouldn't be easy if you were on higher floor, with lots of luggage as there is no lift.

Absolutely loved our stay at Can Rubí. We stayed in Apartment 1 which was great for a family of 4. Great central location in Palma Old Town, walkable to everything - 8 mins to the cathedral, 8 mins to the Banys Arabs, 17 mins to the beach. Lovely comfy beds and pillows. Any questions were answered promptly.

There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom but the front door, and being a central location it could be a bit noisy. Neither of which impacted on our stay.

Fantastic apartment in the middle of Palma de Mallorca. The place is clean, modern, has a kitchen (with a Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave etc), quiet airco and the location is superb. You are right in the middle of Palma de Mallorca shopping street and the nearby "Food and Wine" restaurant serves excellent dinner. For icecream you have to go to RivaReno of which there are even 3 in Palma. The hosts can also arrange parking in a nearby garage (€13,50 per day) and then provide you with a QR code for entrance and exit.

We loved everything about it. No complaints. Well, oke one minor thing: I find it super annoying when a fan is turned on when I switch on the light in the bathroom and then stays on for 5 more minutes after I switch off the light. Many hotels have that. Just don't. Location of this apartment can't be beaten. If you're looking for a place in the centre of Palma de Mallorca then pcik this one and look no further.

Everything was as described and in working order. The property is in a great central location, clean, safe, and free from outside noise. While there is no elevator, we found it quite manageable to carry our luggage upstairs.

We stayed for 10 days and found ourselves needing to clean in the apartment and do laundry during our visit. It would be very helpful if the property provided basic cleaning supplies and extra garbage bags. When on holiday, purchasing a full set of home cleaning products for one-time use is quite inconvenient.

This property is in an excellent location. Can easily be reached by public transport and a little walk. We chose to travel by taxi due to our flight delay but used the bus on the way home. Lots of quirky streets and buildings nearby/ shops and Plaza Major for restaurants. We arrived end of September and would imagine in summer lots more of the restaurants would be open. Apartment was spacious enough for three female adults. They were both impressed with my choice. Kitchen well equipped for breakfast. Apartment very clean and quiet.

4 flights of stairs was tough going especially with suitcases. But it kept us fit 🙂 however if you have mobility issues this place probably isn't suitable unless you get a first floor apartment

Very nice, well-equipped apartment in central location; easy to walk to sites like palace and cathedral, restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds, plush towels, and a bonus water station in the entry to fill up our water bottles with cold water when heading out. We rented a car to be able to explore the island and they also reserved parking in a nearby ramp for us, which made that so convenient. Our son, unfortunately, ended up in the hospital for three nights, so we had to miss our flight and needed to extend our stay. The Can Rubí team was so accommodating and we are so grateful for the ease to move to another apartment in the same building for a couple more nights. I can’t say enough at how great the communication and kindness was.

We liked everything.

Great location. No keys - just entry code at front door and second code to the apartment (which is great when you travel with a group of friends, you don’t need to worry who keeps the keys). 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, nice living room, fully equipped kitchen. About 1,5 km to the beach. Located in the middle of old town. Lot of shops, groceries, restaurants around.

Strange smell (the worse when you enter apartment; dampness?).

The central location in Palma. The cooking facilities were good. The only thing missing was a small saucepan. The roof top facility was very good.

The apartment is quite darrk, being on the second floor with only a narrow alley between it and the five storey buildings opposite. Tables and chairs on the roof so you can eat and drink there, but 55 steps to get up there and carry the food and drink etc. It was quite expensive but that seems the same elsewhere.

Excellent and convenient location - walking distance to beach, supermarket, and bus stops. Generally clean except for few issues (please see "What didn't you like?" below). Speedy response from Can Rubi Team.

There was a smell in the apartment and the microwave oven was dirty on our arrival. There were no instructions on the use of the kitchen appliances, bathroom electric towel drying rack and the washing machine. There was no housekeeping service - no change of bed sheets, towels and emptying of bins during our 5-night stay.
