The location was very central and little noise from the streets during evening/night. Short walk (6-8 min) to busstop for airport and other trains/tram. Big flats with all you need. The roof terrace was perfect with nice view. The flat was very tidy and clean. The information before arrival was informative and good. Easy to get in contact with the staff via mail. I will definitely book this accomodation again when coming back

The only thing we missed was hooks to hang towels on in one of the bathroom. One bathroom was good equipped with that. The other one did not have any.

Location was absolutely fabulous, apartment was on the top floor (lots of stairs with no lift so not ideal for everyone), very spacious and super comfortable beds. Roof terrace was great to have with sunbeds and tables/chairs - a lovely little space in the middle of the city for a bit of sunbathing after a day of sightseeing! Couldn't fault anything about it - we had such a fab time.

Slight hiccup with the door code on arrival which wasn't working but within 5 mins of me calling, someone was on site with a key which we used until the door code issue was fixed - excellent customer service!

Absolutely loved our stay at Can Rubí. We stayed in Apartment 1 which was great for a family of 4. Great central location in Palma Old Town, walkable to everything - 8 mins to the cathedral, 8 mins to the Banys Arabs, 17 mins to the beach. Lovely comfy beds and pillows. Any questions were answered promptly.

There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom but the front door, and being a central location it could be a bit noisy. Neither of which impacted on our stay.

The roof terrace was a novelty. Messages from Maria were very clear and gave all the information we needed. Beds were comfortable, full size sofa bed in living room. Good location for walking around Palma and within walking distance of main bus station.

There was a coffee machine which was a bonus but we couldn't get it to work properly. At certain times of day there seemed to be a strong smell...sewage/rubbish, not sure. We were on 2nd floor and could manage our luggage, however it wouldn't be easy if you were on higher floor, with lots of luggage as there is no lift.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean. Well-equipped. Beds extremely comfortable. Great little roof-top terrace. Fabulous location!

Transfer from airport was late, then broke speed limit on motorway making it a very nerve-wrackingvdrive, then didnt bring us to our hall door (which was the deal) he said because he couldnt drive the van up our road. As a result we waked around for about half an hour using Google Maps & also asking people before we found it. Having paid €34, we were not happy.

Can Rubi apartments are in an excellent location in the centre of Palma. The apartment (for 4 people) was very comfortable and very well equipped. Communication with reception team was excellent throughout our stay. Sara and all the team were really excellent and replied immediately to any queries.

Climbing 3 flights of stairs seemed daunting at first but we quickly adjusted. The steps were relatively easy to climb even for us in our late 60s.

Fantastic apartment in the middle of Palma de Mallorca. The place is clean, modern, has a kitchen (with a Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave etc), quiet airco and the location is superb. You are right in the middle of Palma de Mallorca shopping street and the nearby "Food and Wine" restaurant serves excellent dinner. For icecream you have to go to RivaReno of which there are even 3 in Palma. The hosts can also arrange parking in a nearby garage (€13,50 per day) and then provide you with a QR code for entrance and exit.

We loved everything about it. No complaints. Well, oke one minor thing: I find it super annoying when a fan is turned on when I switch on the light in the bathroom and then stays on for 5 more minutes after I switch off the light. Many hotels have that. Just don't. Location of this apartment can't be beaten. If you're looking for a place in the centre of Palma de Mallorca then pcik this one and look no further.

The location was perfect for our 2 night stay and accessing the accommodation was very easy with key codes. The accommodation was very comfortable. The added bonus was the facility to leave our luggage at a nearby hotel run by the same company. This allowed us enjoy another full day in Palma before moving on to our next destination and the tram were very helpful with our travel queries.

There was quite a bit of street noise during the night because of where the apartment was situated so centrally but that was to be expected.

Everything was as described and in working order. The property is in a great central location, clean, safe, and free from outside noise. While there is no elevator, we found it quite manageable to carry our luggage upstairs.

We stayed for 10 days and found ourselves needing to clean in the apartment and do laundry during our visit. It would be very helpful if the property provided basic cleaning supplies and extra garbage bags. When on holiday, purchasing a full set of home cleaning products for one-time use is quite inconvenient.

This property is in an excellent location. Can easily be reached by public transport and a little walk. We chose to travel by taxi due to our flight delay but used the bus on the way home. Lots of quirky streets and buildings nearby/ shops and Plaza Major for restaurants. We arrived end of September and would imagine in summer lots more of the restaurants would be open. Apartment was spacious enough for three female adults. They were both impressed with my choice. Kitchen well equipped for breakfast. Apartment very clean and quiet.

4 flights of stairs was tough going especially with suitcases. But it kept us fit 🙂 however if you have mobility issues this place probably isn't suitable unless you get a first floor apartment
