My wife and I stayed at Can Alomar for a three night break. It was perfect! The whole experience was faultless. From check-in to check-out, and everything in between; breakfast, pool service, dinner, facilities, was superb. I had not stayed in Palma before, so booking the hotel was a bit of luck. It is situated right in the middle of a fantastic area - lots of shops, old town streets containing restaurants/bars/tapas/coffee. I gave sleep quality 4 stars as a road sweeper woke me most mornings around 6am. The bedroom itself was very good.

Beautiful elegant historic former private residence that was perfectly located right off the the Paseo de Born, minutes from the Cathedral, the Royal Palace and fantastic art galleries and restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful- especially Daniel Ramis who gave us the most helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The rooftop pool and terrace was also a nice touch - so peaceful and relaxing, especially for a centrally located hotel. We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

The location of the hotel was simply perfect for a city break! The staff were amazing and no ask was too big. They helped with resturant bookings and the glasses of wine on arrival on the beautiful terrace were such a lovely touch. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

I would have liked some more natural light and mirrors in the bedroom. It was hard to see what I actually looked like before leaving the room lol

Breakfast was amazing and sitting outside on the patio was beautiful. The breakfast staff were warm and friendly. Location was in busy section of town easy to see all hot spots.

Room was a bit dark but ample. They didn’t have valet parking and having to head to busy public parking after traveling to get to hotel was not convenient. Pool was tiny, not really for swimming.

Location is excellent for sight seeing, and shopping. The hotel recommends some excellent nearby restaurants, of which staff are incredibly helpful in booking on your behalf. The hotel itself has a superb restaurant. The plunge pool and sun terrace is a welcomed retreat. Staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive.

Absolutely nothing. We love it .

Breakfast was good but would have like Greek yogurt and fresh berries if possible with granola. But great serving time until 11.00. Very quiet room on second floor and easy to get to. Best Cosmopolitans in Mallorca I had all week! We left a phone and glasses in a taxi and staff were able to help retrieve them very quickly! Excellent! Also Great recommendation for nearby coffee shop.

Whilst trying to relax on the rooftop terrace in the afternoon the amount of staff particularly maintenance, coming and going was not relaxing.

The hotel was amazing. Very plush and stylish. It was spotless. The staff were so very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Always checking in. We felt they genuinely wanted you to have the best time. We did. The rooms were so spacious as were the bathrooms. Very boutique vibe. We will definitely stay again

What an amazing hotel! Front the moment we arrived - even before we stepped out of the taxi, the delightful Andreea (Deputy Manger) greeted us by name and welcomed us to this exceptional hotel. We are upgraded to a stunning suite, beautifully decorated and generous in size. We arrived in time for lunch and had a delicious meal in the restaurant making the most of our welcome glass of cava. The food was very impressive. In fact our whole stay was impressive. The location could not be beaten, right in the middle of everything meaning we didn't take a taxi anywhere during our stay in Palma, everything was a short walk away. All the members of staff were cheerful, helpful and a total delight. A special shout out needs to go to Andreea who was always around to say hello and make sure everything was just right. We looked at several other hotels, some of which were full, and all I can say I'm glad they were so we got to enjoy our stay at Can Alomar. We did walk past the others, and whilst they too were very beautiful, the location of Can Alomar, the staff, roof top bar, sun deck and restaurant made this place very very special. Highly recommended.

Nothing - except having to leave!

It was outstanding in every regard. From the arrival to departure there was nothing more I could have asked for. The level of attention and care was incredible and the staff were honestly amazing. I was met by the Manager and shown around the hotel. I would absolutely stay at here again on my next trip.

Our welcome was excellent, we were lucky to be able to check in early and after a quick coffee on the terrace nestled in the trees overlooking looking passage born we were straight into the centre of the old town. HCA is ideally located handy for the shops, bars, restaurants and the marina, even the beach is only 20 mins away. We had a lovely room, incredibly comfortable bed, clean and very quiet. The upstairs pool and lounge area is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle on the streets. Lovely to be able to catch the buskers tunes downstairs whilst stealing a few rays on the roof! A wonderful place to stay, the crowning factor are the staff - they are all friendly, welcoming and keen to make sure that every part of your stay is perfect……It was, thank you!
