The room we had was BEAUTIFUL! The bed was really comfortable, and the room was incredibly spacious with a great view and open private terrace. Bathroom was massive and room is very clean. The communal pool area is very cute, its very nice to have a swim when other guests aren't there - feels very private. The hotel is really conveniently located in Palma, super easy to walk anywhere. Staff were helpful, we were there for our anniversary and they offered us a free glass of champagne each. We didn't end up having it but it was a very nice touch/attention to detail.

Biggest downside was that the room isn't soundproof, so it is very loud while trying to sleep - you can hear noises from the hallway and from outside the hotel, so bring earplugs! Another note is the AC is an older model, so it was a bit harder to control.

Great location in a sympathetically renovated old building the heart of the Old Town 5 minutes or so from the Cathedral and main attractions. Very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful staff made a big difference to my stay. There was a great selection at the self service cold buffet breakfast. A small plunge pool and loungers with umbrellas in a small inner courtyard on the first floor with towels provided - would have been perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing if I had a swimsuit with me!. Palma is an expensive location to stay and Palau Sa Font is reasonably good value for money and so if I return to Palma I would probably stay there again

For me (a petite female) the bed was much too firm but the mattress and pillows were good quality and would probably be fine for most people. Breakfast is 0800 to 1100 but I would have preferred breakfast to start at 0700 or 0730 to allow for an earlier start.

This was my first time in Mallorca (from Australia) and I couldn’t have been more impressed and happy with my stay. The hotel had stunning decor and facilities and the location was amazing! The buffet breakfast in the morning was really handy as well! The staff that worked during my stay made me feel super welcome! The kind receptionists helped me navigate my way around the island and he provided me with great recommendations for restaurants/ activities ect! The breakfast staff were also lovely and attended to my gluten free needs perfectly!

This hotel is in Palma's "Old Town" (historic district) with very easy walking access to the main waterfront, historic sites, and shopping. On the same street, within a block, is a "restaurant row" with many excellent establishments. We loved the "boutique" feel of this hotel and found the staff to be uniformly friendly and knowledgable. The breakfast is excellent. Our room was right-sized for our needs, modern, clean and well-maintained. Very high marks.

The city of Palma is, unfortunately, negatively impacted by a lot graffiti of the non-artistic type. It's everywhere, with scant evidence that local officials care to remove it. This is NOT a fault of this hotel, nor of this location, but you will see the graffiti as to arrive here. This problem made us feel for the hospitality providers in Palma - especially this hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Their personal experiences of the island were really useful in separating tourist hype from what they've done that's good. For example, most of what I had read prior to visiting touted the beaches in the east as the best. But staff were able to point me more towards the west, given what I personally prioritised in a beach, as well as being able to kill more than one bird with a stone since I also wanted to visit some of the mountain villages. The place also just had more character than most of the hotels around.

We liked this hotel very much. Located in a narrow street in the old town, we were close to a number of restaurants and shops, as well as the centre of Palma with it sights and shopping. Our room was of 'Comfort' standard and certainly felt that way, being clean and quiet with good sleeping quality. The breakfast offer was very good with much local produce available and helpful staff. Reception staff were easy to deal with and professional. The terrace with swimming pool were a little quirky but very useful after a long day touring.

My favourite things about this hotel are definitely the central location( at the quieter end of a busy old town street) and the 2 outdoor spaces. I was in a single room, it had plenty of space, was minimal and clean. I would recommend overall. Breakfast was good too. It felt safe as a solo traveller.

Found air con system to be a bit loud (think it was that anyway - a fan that would come on and off) nothing major overall. Would love if free range eggs were used at breakfast.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! It was exactly what I needed after a difficult journey and in such a great location of Palma. All of the staff members were lovely and very helpful during my stay. The breakfast was delicious and so nice to have it included in the price (which was good value!). I will definitely be recommending the hotel to my friends and hope to come back in the future.

Maybe the duvet cover could have been a little bit bigger for my bed (I was in a single room) but it was fine for one night!

Super cute boutique hotel with authentic vibe in the heart of Palma old town. Very small guest number and cute pool perfect for cooling off. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I have had on holiday! Fresh orange juice as you arrive and a very good selection of meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and yoghurt and pastries. The breakfast alone made the hotel a great stay.

Honestly nothing, it was a great hotel. The only thing to be mindful of is that it’s in the old town and driving/parking is restricted to residents only. You will need to park elsewhere, which is not an issue but something to factor in.

The reception staff was excellent - very helpful and accommodating giving us wonderful eating suggestions, calling us a cab, finding out whether our room was cleaned already so we could go up directly when we arrived a bit early. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. And the room itself was perfect - I especially appreciated the bathroom - spacious, well appointed, and with the right accessories.

There is some street noise at night but that is to be expected staying in the center of a tourist heavy area in an older building.
