This hotel is in Palma's "Old Town" (historic district) with very easy walking access to the main waterfront, historic sites, and shopping. On the same street, within a block, is a "restaurant row" with many excellent establishments. We loved the "boutique" feel of this hotel and found the staff to be uniformly friendly and knowledgable. The breakfast is excellent. Our room was right-sized for our needs, modern, clean and well-maintained. Very high marks.

The city of Palma is, unfortunately, negatively impacted by a lot graffiti of the non-artistic type. It's everywhere, with scant evidence that local officials care to remove it. This is NOT a fault of this hotel, nor of this location, but you will see the graffiti as to arrive here. This problem made us feel for the hospitality providers in Palma - especially this hotel.

We liked this hotel very much. Located in a narrow street in the old town, we were close to a number of restaurants and shops, as well as the centre of Palma with it sights and shopping. Our room was of 'Comfort' standard and certainly felt that way, being clean and quiet with good sleeping quality. The breakfast offer was very good with much local produce available and helpful staff. Reception staff were easy to deal with and professional. The terrace with swimming pool were a little quirky but very useful after a long day touring.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! It was exactly what I needed after a difficult journey and in such a great location of Palma. All of the staff members were lovely and very helpful during my stay. The breakfast was delicious and so nice to have it included in the price (which was good value!). I will definitely be recommending the hotel to my friends and hope to come back in the future.

Maybe the duvet cover could have been a little bit bigger for my bed (I was in a single room) but it was fine for one night!

Super cute boutique hotel with authentic vibe in the heart of Palma old town. Very small guest number and cute pool perfect for cooling off. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I have had on holiday! Fresh orange juice as you arrive and a very good selection of meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and yoghurt and pastries. The breakfast alone made the hotel a great stay.

Honestly nothing, it was a great hotel. The only thing to be mindful of is that it’s in the old town and driving/parking is restricted to residents only. You will need to park elsewhere, which is not an issue but something to factor in.

The reception staff was excellent - very helpful and accommodating giving us wonderful eating suggestions, calling us a cab, finding out whether our room was cleaned already so we could go up directly when we arrived a bit early. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. And the room itself was perfect - I especially appreciated the bathroom - spacious, well appointed, and with the right accessories.

There is some street noise at night but that is to be expected staying in the center of a tourist heavy area in an older building.

This is a great hotel in the center, with small swimming pool on the roof. The staff is very very nice. Rooms have a bathtub in the bedroom/living room which is amazing! Bathrooms are very modern and spascious. TVs and frigde were working fine. There was quite a lot of room overall. We also had a balcony on the narrow street. The last but not least - the breakfast, absolutely delicious. There was a big variety of food, both sweet or salty options, warm and cold ones too. Fresh fruit and pastries, great coffee!

The area around the bath tub gets wet easily - not very well designed. There was mold and fungus behind the bathtub as it gets wet regularily. Also, during the night the water started to drop from the tap in the bedroom which woke us up. It was quite disturbing but then it stopped. Our room on the 1st flood had no sunlight, also the balcony had no sunlight because of narrow streets arround. It seems the place it's not worth it's price if you travel outside the season and you are unable to use the swimming pool

The location was perfect - right slap bang in the Old Town and minutes from all the action and hustle-bustle (and yet really peaceful too). Breakfast was delicious and plentiful - plus different every day. Pool was much needed given the heat and a lovely shady spot to relax after a day exploring the city. We opted for the smallest room which was just right - lovely view of the lanes below, big bathroom with fab shower, great air con and exceptionally clean. A truly excellent place to say that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Once I realized in daylight that the hotel was in a terrific location, I loved it. The staff was so attentive and helpful. I liked the unusual decor and art. The breakfast spread was yummy. The room was very clean. The hotel was really a find and I'd love to stay there again.

My room was stuffy. Opening the window caused cold air on my head. There was a slight mildew smell in the room. I had to cover up the bottom corner of the bed frame so I wouldn't keep hurting my leg.

I loved everything about this property and wished I had booked it for a few more nights I only had 2 nights here and all was great, the room was comfortable and close to the pool and breakfast and nice restaurants . Breakfast was lovely and staff were exceptional. The rooftop pool was small but so nice perfect for a nice chilled afternoon. The guy who works on reception in the evening was outstanding and so helpful I can’t remember his name but he helped me find my way back to the hotel

Perfect location for everything - could even walk to the bus station, which we used a lot to visit numerous wonderful Mallorca villages. The building has a lot of character. All staff was professional, helpful and exceptionally nice, especially the two different Elena’s at the front desk and also Beatrice expertly handling front-end breakfast for all customers (coffee & cleanup etc). And breakfast selection was very good. Quite a clean hotel, housekeeping superb. Bed and pillows comfortable. Overall, we made the perfect choice.
