What a nice little hotel in an exceptionally good location. This hotel is just a few steps away from Palma Old Town in one direction, and a few steps away from Paseo Born and Modernisme architectural delights in another direction. I can't imagine being more centrally located for both ancient and new sights. Our rooms were simple and modest but had everything we needed -- comfortable beds, chairs, tables, and open closets. Good lighting, and sheer curtains plus blinds. The bathrooms were ultra-modern and squeaky clean. Plumbing worked well, and the waterfall hot showers were glorious! Lots of fresh-smelling towels and lovely bedding. The safe worked without difficulty. A cozy, inviting reception and breakfast area, staffed by friendly, cheerful young ladies, who were very helpful. The crowning jewel of this hotel is its rooftop terrace, which has an unequalled, 360 degree view of Palma and its harbor, and in particular, the magnificent Cathedral. What a wonderful place in which to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, or drinks at sunset. We highly recommend this sweet little gem of a hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The A/C could have been a bit cooler ... but I'm post-menopausal and get warm easily.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this accommodation. We were welcomed by a clean and tidy apartment, cooled to a pleasant temperature and equipped with everything we needed. Later, we asked for an iron and immediately received it from the friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day while we were at the beach. The location of the accommodation couldn’t be better, just one minute from the bus stops and five minutes from the city center. Breakfast was also excellent. Special compliments go to the reception staff, who were especially kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the accommodation was perfect for visiting the city. It was conveniently located near everything you need during a city stay. The size of the accommodation was considerably big. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were as well. The terrace available on the top of the building is very nice. There was a daily service room that changed towels based on needs, making beds, taking the trash out etc..

There were some issues with the cleaning in the sense that at our check-in, there were places with sand on the floor, meaning poor cleaning was done prior to our arrival. The room was a bit noisy during the evenings, until midnight, but it wasn't so disturbing for us. I know tastes are not up for debate, but the smell of one of the soaps was horrible; it smelled like a car engine. (This should be more like feedback for the host, rather than a thing to be considered by the guests. There are a lot of shops around where you can buy whatever soap you like). The Wi-FI was very poor, I think it was located in the lobby, outside of the apt, and the signal was nonexistent in the big bedroom and very poor in the small room. Also, the speed with a full signal was poor, below 10Mbps

Location is perfect — right off Plaça de la Reina, where there are bus stops for the 25 and 35 buses that take you to the train/bus station and the beach and aquarium. Cathedral, Llotja, and HOHO bus stop are all a couple of minutes’ walk, and you’re right in the bar and restaurant district. Three mini-supermarkets and a pharmacy each a minute or two away as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great roof terrace in the main building (we were in a loft next door) — fantastic view!

Mattress in the loft was a little soft for my liking, but I do prefer quite firm — nothing wrong with it! Would be nice to have a washing machine in the lofts, but appreciate that would push the price up, so that’s fine.

The location of this property is amazing! We are right on the main shopping street and a stones through from the cathedral and almudaina castle. The trendy eating and nightlife area of Santa Catalina is 12 minute walk away. The rooms are basic but very comfortable , good air conditioning and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but the continental offering with eggs seemed perfect and very well priced.

Nothing! This was exactly what we were looking for. The main pull of this hotel is it superb location. Don’t think twice! We had four rooms between our group and myself and my husband stayed in the property next door, which was up three flights of stairs, no lift. So if that’s going to be a struggle then make sure you ask for a room in the main building which has a lift.

The hotel’s location is excellent – right in the city center, with plenty of amenities nearby. The highlight of the stay is definitely the rooftop terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink with a stunning, unobstructed view of the cathedral and the marina. The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, and a big plus goes to the option of storing luggage after checkout, as well as having access to a shower before heading to the airport. Great service that truly rounds off a pleasant stay!

The breakfast, while decent, lacked variety and was mostly the same each day, which became a bit repetitive over time.

Anna and the staff were amazing. So friendly and kind and spoke English very well !! Check in was quick and easy. The room ( 42 ) was small but very well situated. King bed room with balcony and the rain shower was both hot and powerful !! The breakfast buffet was plentiful !! Cappuccino machine, breads, salami, chorizo, juices, cereal, fruits, nuts, ham, cheeses, muffins, pastries, yogurt, jam, hard boiled eggs and milks. The hotel is very well situated in the heart of old town. McDonald’s, KFC, Taco Bell, Popeyes were all very close by. Lots of restaurants all around the hotel. They also do onsite same day laundry for an up charge. The hotel has a small elevator and a roof top terrace as well. Check out was quick and simple. GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND WE DEFINITELY WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN !!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😎😎😎😎

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, by bus or taxi. The hotel is 50 metres from the bus stop. The number 35 bus takes you to the centre, with connections to the airport and other routes, including the old train to Sóller. It then continues along the coast road to The Aquarium. The hotel has a small reception area and a breakfast area. The staff are all very helpful and do a great job of keeping the breakfast area well stocked, in spite of it being a bit cramped. We had a premium room, which was spacious but people told us that the standard rooms were very cramped. We had no complaints and the lift was very efficient. I would definitely recommend it.

One thing to be aware of is that the rooms don't have views. However, that is more than made up for by the amazing roof terrace with 360 degree views of the cathedral and port.

The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the city center on narrow pedestrian street, just a few minutes’ walk to the cathedral, port, main square and La Rambla. There are several great restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The room was cozy with modern furniture, the beds were very comfortable, and you can borrow dishes, glasses, and cutlery from the hotel reception for use on the rooftop terrace, which offers a stunning view of the cathedral. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The bathroom was quite compact, requiring careful maneuvering to sit on the toilet without bumping into the sink. Its small size also caused it to become humid and misty, making it difficult for towels to dry properly. Since we visited in February, we used the A/C to warm the room, but it wasn’t powerful enough to adequately heat or dehumidify the space. As a result, we needed to request daily towel changes due to the persistent moisture. Thanks to the low tourist season (mid February), street noise wasn’t an issue during our stay. However, I could imagine that during busier times, sounds from people leaving the many nearby bars and restaurants could be noticeable in the evenings. These were minor inconveniences in what was otherwise a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at the hotel.

It was located in the city centre, close to everywhere especially to the Cathedral. We had an amazing view from the roof terrace. The room was tiny but enough for us. It was clean. There was an air conditioning. The staff was amazing, very kind and friendly. We could leave there our lagguages for free. We did not try the breakfast in the hostel, but there is a place very closed to the hostel where you can have fancy brunch (OMBU Tapas bar&coctails)

Be careful with that part of the city. It could be so noisy during the night. For us it was not a problem but even if the windows were closed we heard everything from outside all night long. But this is not something what hostel can change.
