What a nice little hotel in an exceptionally good location. This hotel is just a few steps away from Palma Old Town in one direction, and a few steps away from Paseo Born and Modernisme architectural delights in another direction. I can't imagine being more centrally located for both ancient and new sights. Our rooms were simple and modest but had everything we needed -- comfortable beds, chairs, tables, and open closets. Good lighting, and sheer curtains plus blinds. The bathrooms were ultra-modern and squeaky clean. Plumbing worked well, and the waterfall hot showers were glorious! Lots of fresh-smelling towels and lovely bedding. The safe worked without difficulty. A cozy, inviting reception and breakfast area, staffed by friendly, cheerful young ladies, who were very helpful. The crowning jewel of this hotel is its rooftop terrace, which has an unequalled, 360 degree view of Palma and its harbor, and in particular, the magnificent Cathedral. What a wonderful place in which to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, or drinks at sunset. We highly recommend this sweet little gem of a hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The A/C could have been a bit cooler ... but I'm post-menopausal and get warm easily.

Location is perfect — right off Plaça de la Reina, where there are bus stops for the 25 and 35 buses that take you to the train/bus station and the beach and aquarium. Cathedral, Llotja, and HOHO bus stop are all a couple of minutes’ walk, and you’re right in the bar and restaurant district. Three mini-supermarkets and a pharmacy each a minute or two away as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great roof terrace in the main building (we were in a loft next door) — fantastic view!

Mattress in the loft was a little soft for my liking, but I do prefer quite firm — nothing wrong with it! Would be nice to have a washing machine in the lofts, but appreciate that would push the price up, so that’s fine.

The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, by bus or taxi. The hotel is 50 metres from the bus stop. The number 35 bus takes you to the centre, with connections to the airport and other routes, including the old train to Sóller. It then continues along the coast road to The Aquarium. The hotel has a small reception area and a breakfast area. The staff are all very helpful and do a great job of keeping the breakfast area well stocked, in spite of it being a bit cramped. We had a premium room, which was spacious but people told us that the standard rooms were very cramped. We had no complaints and the lift was very efficient. I would definitely recommend it.

One thing to be aware of is that the rooms don't have views. However, that is more than made up for by the amazing roof terrace with 360 degree views of the cathedral and port.

The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the city center on narrow pedestrian street, just a few minutes’ walk to the cathedral, port, main square and La Rambla. There are several great restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The room was cozy with modern furniture, the beds were very comfortable, and you can borrow dishes, glasses, and cutlery from the hotel reception for use on the rooftop terrace, which offers a stunning view of the cathedral. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The bathroom was quite compact, requiring careful maneuvering to sit on the toilet without bumping into the sink. Its small size also caused it to become humid and misty, making it difficult for towels to dry properly. Since we visited in February, we used the A/C to warm the room, but it wasn’t powerful enough to adequately heat or dehumidify the space. As a result, we needed to request daily towel changes due to the persistent moisture. Thanks to the low tourist season (mid February), street noise wasn’t an issue during our stay. However, I could imagine that during busier times, sounds from people leaving the many nearby bars and restaurants could be noticeable in the evenings. These were minor inconveniences in what was otherwise a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at the hotel.

The location is superb, literally across the road from the Cathedral on a very quiet calle. It's surrounded by great places to eat. You can walk everywhere from here and get a waiting taxi 100 meters away. The hotel is small and personable, the reception staff exceptional and the cleanliness is outstanding. You can pay extra (12 euros) for a good breakfast here or just go out to a coffee and pastry shop close Good WiFi. The rooftop terrace is awesome with breathtaking views.I have attached a photo from the terrace.

The location, cleanliness of the hotel and the staff make this place great value for money.. The rooms are small but have a sliding door to the bathroom which didn't give us quite enough privacy. We were out of the room most of the day anyway so didn't affect us unduly.

fantastic location and friendly, helpful team running the place. My double room was great for my needs and I was able to do "work from hotel" on 2 days without any issues as well as use the place as a base for touring for the rest of my visit.. The rooftop terrace was great to take my morning coffee up to and everything worked and was well maintained.

While excellent in that all needs were met, the en suite was tightly packed and would have been nice to have more space (though clearly not possible). In spite of this the bathroom was clean, everything there that I needed and all in working order so this is really a minor point.

The location was great. Palma cathedral is just around the corner. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Bus stop is less than a minute, from there you can easily go to the main bus terminal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our family room was very big. There was a separate single room besides the main room with a double bed. A mini fridge and safe were provided. I was surprised that we couldn't hear so much noise at night with many bars around.

They've already mentioned no elevator to the family room. The stairs are steep. If you have heavy luggage, it might be an issue. The floor was kind of dusty, even after the cleaning.

The location is ideal for exploring Palma on foot. It's so close to sights, boutiques, restaurants and shops. The train station to Soller is within a 15-min walk from the hotel. I even walked to the castle Bellver, stopping for coffee in Plant Shack. Staff were very friendly. They were topping up my water bottle every day. Breakfast is okay. A lot of fruit, cereal, pastries. Bread could have been better, and more fillings for sandwiches but what was served was enough to fill your tummy.

The room I had was a bit small with no view but,.I think, that's the beauty of staying central. The floor was a bit dirty but was cleaned straightaway when I raised the issue.

The location is just fantastic! Right in the city center, with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooftop terrace is incredible, especially during the sunset and at night. To the nearest beach it’s around 15-18 minutes walk. I recommend to go through the city, where there are a lot of shades, because it’s really hot on the seafront. The employees are very friendly and ready to help.

The only problem we had was the lout outside. We were in a family room (or something like that) that is situated in the building right next to the reception. The windows were facing a lively street, which is of course loud until later hours, and the inner court, where all the residents entered their rooms. The inner court is not so quiet either. Because of echo in it, every noise becomes louder. Many people shut their doors so strong, that the windows just trembles. And many people come back really late at night and talk loudly. Some sound isolation is missing.

Positioned in an excellent central location a stones throw from the cathedral, the property is blessed with a stunning rooftop terrace. This delivers a panoramic view of the city including the cathedral and is well worth spending an evening there with a drink or two watching the changing colours of the cathedral and the city as sunset arises. The staff delivered a first class service were polite friendly and even indulged me as I tried my basic Spanish on them. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, well presented with aircon a small refrigerator and a lockable safe for your valuables.

My only minor niggle and it is minor was that the elevator was a little tired and perhaps in need of a facelift or perhaps replacement. It worked well but was a little slow.
