Great location, accommodating staff who were very welcoming and helpful, making sure the bathroom in the room for our 86year old mum was accessible . The is a breakfast was delicious , the new restaurant was also wonderful, as were the cocktails. The rooms were spacious and very clean with the welcome addition of plenty of clothes hangers! We had a wonderfully memorable stay.

A very small thing, but we found the pillows too soft but we all still managed to have great sleeps.

The location was superb, the hotel was like an oasis, tucked away in the old town right in the centre of Palma close to the cathedral, bars, restaurants and shopping., and yet it was a quiet, calm and relaxing environment. Very restful and also right in the middle of everything you might want from Palma. The staff were amazing, accommodating and helpful, particularly Joan and Anna whose advice was really useful.

Coffee and tea making facilities in room would have been nice to have.

Wonderful design of the hotel, central location and excellent breakfast make our stay exceptional, not to mention about the staff at the reception and in breakfast restaurant. Roof top is an additional gem.

The room was really small, almost no place for the luggage. Bed was one of the softest we have ever experienced, not comfortable for your spine, but of course it is the question of preferences (we prefer hard / normal beds).

We got a free upgrade to the Puro Grand Hotel just around the corner, and after an issue with some noise outside the room, we even got a second upgrade to a very spacious room. The rooms are very stylish and the roof top terrace yet has to be topped by any other place. Also, the service from reception - especially from of Anna - was super friendly and helpful. Thank you again for making this stay so special!

Due to a wedding lunch that took longer than planned, we were not able to get our table for dinner in the wonderful restaurant inside Pure Grand Hotel. But as a compensation, the chef de service setup a nice table including heating in the beautiful patio, which made this dinner very exclusive to us :-)

Lovely breakfast. Very friendly staff. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. We had a problem with ekectricity in our first room, and the staff quickly checked it, and gave us a new room upgrade, with a bottle of cava. Very nice gesture.

Nothing not to like. But could he smart to put a ventilator in barhroom/shower, opened window in shower to try to reduce all the steam in the room after.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond as I was there celebrating my birthday. The rooms are lovely and spacious (amazing bathroom!) and incredibly Comfortable. We had breakfast while we were which was lovely - lots of variety! The rooftop was really nice too - we didn’t use it much due to the weather but would be lovely in the warmer months.

I booked two rooms, one luxury double for us and a junior suite as a surprise to my friend who was celebrating his 60th birthday. The rooms were very comfortable but the junior suite did not have a sofa as the room description and photo. It wasn’t a problem to them.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. Everything - restaurants, bars, tourist attractions, beach, etc. - was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were great and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. Had a great time in the hotel bar on the Saturday evening. It turned in to a nightclub with a brilliant DJ. Tip - if you don't want to be disturbed by this, ask for a room on the upper floors when booking.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location as very central near the cathedral but also a great area for quality restaurants and bars. You can walk a matter of a few minutes to choose from many good restaurants. Nice room and facilities. The hotel is very tranquil with relaxing music, a fabulous roof terrace (great for sunbathing) and pretty courtyard.

I was disappointed it wasn't made clear before arriving you have to book their spa facilities as I'm used to just walking into saunas and steam rooms. Its not flexible having to book and you are only allowed one booking during your stay unless they have further availability. We also thought the layout of the room wasn't ideal. The bed in our room has a wooden edge and there is about a 15 cm gap between the bed and and side unit so we frequently caught our legs on the bed edge which resulted in bruises. I'd suggest a smaller side unit.

A beautiful hotel well located in the heart of beautiful Palma. Lovely spaces, rooms , ambience and breakfast. One of Its strengths was most definitely customer service. A problem with our room was sorted out promptly, with kindness and professionalism, particularly by Anna , making us feel both valued and respected. Such an asset to an already service-focussed team.
