The main criteria for our stay was to avoid concrete tourist silos, we wanted to be in the middle of life in the city - SO......the hotel we found was ideally situated in the middle of Palma, 2 minutes walk from the main marina and surrounded by bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk from the cathedral and a further few minutes from there to a vast array of shops in the old part of the city. We did not breakfast at the hotel but found a small bar nearby with really good tasting coffee and croissant. We prefer a light breakfast. The hotel has a roof terrace with a heated whirlpool, ideal for sunbathers. Any one looking for an unrestricted view of the sea should avoid this hotel. This hotel is becoming increasingly popular especially in the off-season, make sure you book well in advance.

We had some sleeping problems probably due to the plastic pillow filling. It would be a huge improvement if they could supply feather filled pillows on request.

Original room was a little noisy (v light sleepers) but asked and were moved without any problems to a very quiet comfortable room. Very comfortable bed, one of best we've had. Good breakfast and dinner although a tad expensive. Ate out most days. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Jairo (?) on reception who deserves a special mention. Very good location, nice neighbourhood and some very good restaurants and and excellent tapas bar close by.

Nothing springs to mind

Location was excellent and in short walking distance to all amenities. The roof terrace was an excellent extra to the trip with views across the city to the beautiful cathedral. The staff were really lovely and helpful throughout.

A very minor and personal detail is the bathroom is a wet room and as I'm not used to it I wasn't keen on the floor being wet after a shower, as there were 3 of us sharing the room.

Fabulous staff - very welcoming, friendly and helpful - they couldn't have done more for us!! Excellent rooms and lovely breakfast. Absolutely perfect for what we needed.

The only slight issue was the noise coming from a nightclub on the Saturday night into the early hours. It wasn't the people arriving and leaving, (they did a very good job of controlling this,) but it was more the music. However, we did want a hotel in the heart of the old town and the location was perfect for this, so a bit of unwanted noise is only to be expected.

one of the staffs attitude. down for breakfast one morning at 10.30am (breakfast finished at 11am,). Told by this member of staff tea was finished for that morning as it was too late but 5 minutes later this staff member was making coffee for another couple. I couldn't believe it and wanted to complain but my wife didn't want to cause a scene so we left it.

It was a little bit on the expensive side. But, it was worth it. One thing though, some of the guests were noisy and some smoked. However, guest behaviour is not the responsibility of the hotel.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was very nice, bed very comfy, bathroom lovely, huge shower. Food at the restaurant was lovely. Staff very attentive, and friendly. Only had breakfast on one occasion, there was enough choice for buffet and we had eggs made fresh. Excellent location for walking everywhere in Palma, close to Old town, shops and waterfront. Would defiantly return.

We stayed for 3 days and everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was great—close to both the city center and the seaside with a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was always attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The terrace was also lovely, providing a nice spot to relax. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay...if only too short but we will be back for sure. Upon arrival during checkin we got complimentary drinks and sat down in the bar. When all was done we was shown to our room, bags already there. on the rooftop they have a sundeck and a jacuzzi.Location is perfect in the old town. We would love to come back to this hotel.

We only booked 1 night.... :) I cannot dislike anything but perhaps a splash pool would be more suitable than a jacuzzi since it was very great warm temperatures our stay in Palma.

Great location, very helpful hotel staff (especially the lady with native English), large bathroom, bathrobes and slippers for the Jacuzzi on the equipment. The hotel is small and intimate

The room in winter heated up quite a bit and maybe because of that it was not the best to sleep (although the bed was big and there were enough pillows, also there were no noises from outside)
