Brilliant location in the old town of palma! so easy to check in and check out of! rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need with shampoo, shower gel, safe, desk and a huge bed and a balcony! Housekeeping came everyday to tidy our room and such good aircon in the rooms. Very clean also! Even though it’s a self check in and there is nobody there to speak to, the whatsapp number they provided us with is very good with communicating with us on anything we needed throughout our stay. We felt like there was a person there at all times if anything went wrong…which thankfully it didn’t! Would definitely stay here again as it was value for money and definitely in prime location of palma, everything we needed was so central ie. restaurants, shops, transport etc They also have lockers to leave your bags in that is so handy before and after check in!!

System was down when we checked in but we were there bang on 3 o clock and they rang us and had it sorted within 2 mins.(this isn’t even bad thing we weren’t put out at all)

Staff was super friendly and helpful and even though it was self check-in, we always felt very well looked after. the room was, despite its size, very spacious and ideal for a short city break. we very much appreciated the central location of the hotel, with a lot of the major sites (for example the cathedral) within short walking distance. everything was very clean and tidy and the bed super comfortable. the luggage storage option after checkout was also really nice!

There was a part of the floor in need of repair, it gave in every time you stepped out of the shower which was a little annoying.

The location is amazing, right in the center of Palma. Great restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Although it’s a self check in property, we were greeted by Joaquin, who made everything easier and was more than happy to assist with our every request. Pia, in charge of reception, was amazing as well and responded promptly and effectively to our concerns.

Limited facilities, housekeeping sometimes forget to attend simple things However, this is just nitpicking at this point as our overall stay was great and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Clean rooms and great central location in Palma. Really great to be able to request anything we needed through whatsapp and they were so quick to respond. The manager was so helpful every time we’d run into him he’d give us info about where to go and what to see- genuinely such a nice person. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

The room was a bit small so the bed took up most of the space, but we also opted in for the king size bed which was so lovely.

Location was amazing, right in the centre of Palma. Opposite our favourite restaurant. Lots of bars and places to eat on the doorstep. The accommodation was great value, room not large but bed was very big and very comfortable. No noise from downstairs considering you are in the middle of the action. Although it was a self check-in, the staff were very attentive. I had a couple of queries which were answered immediately on WhatsApp and they seemed to go out of their way to be helpful. By the time we had landed back in london I’d had a message to say one of our party had left a golf club in his room and they were happy to keep it til next time! I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Palma.

I think the place looks a little tired but a lick of paint would sort that. They have a roof terrace which I think could be a real feature with a little bit of money being spent on it. The rooms could do with a few more hooks for hanging and maybe a little more storage. If you want a hotel bar and places to hang out in your hotel this is not the place for you but as I said location is amazing so all that is on your doorstep and for the price is excellent value.

Totally satisfied with the accommodation. The staff was very responsive to questions, etc., leading up to our arrival and worked with our group when our airline reservations were changed to a much earlier time than previously scheduled. The staff assured us there would be lockers available to store our luggage before check-in and also after we checked out as our departing flight wasn’t scheduled until late evening. Upon arrival, we were surprised to be met by the staff, who informed us at least one of the three rooms were ready, so they assisted us with check-in so we could store our luggage in the room while the remaining rooms were cleaned. The rooms were very clean, modern, with several key amenities such as the fridge, safe, coffee pot, etc., and there was plentiful hot water and Wi-Fi worked spectacularly. Its location is very convenient to visiting the cathedral, palace, and is a short walk to the main metro hub where we caught our train to Soller. Though there are a number of restaurants, cafes, etc., nearby, we did frequent Bar Bosch quite a bit and is where we tried the El Palo de Mallorca, their local drink; can’t miss the gelato places either-fantastic!

Thoroughly happy with our stay, nothing derogatory observed.

The location was perfect, with countless restaurants, bars, and shops just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. We highly recommend it for anyone looking to be in the heart of all the action. The self check-in process was easy and fully automated, yet the property managers were very caring and easy to contact if we needed anything.

The room was quite small, making it difficult to spread out our bags and get more comfortable. A bit more space would have made a big difference in our overall experience.

The room we had was very well designed, it’s in a charming building, had a super comfy bed, great rain shower, but mostly the location could have not been any better. There are so many amazing shops, bars, restaurants right outside the doorstep (not just the tourist traps, but actually great options to choose from). The self check-in worked really well, the communication with the team over Whatsapp was outstanding. To us THE best address to stay within Palma’s Old Town.

It’s hard to find things that weren’t great. The hairdryer in the room worked on and off, but I’m sure if we had gotten in touch with the staff about it they would have sorted us out immediately, so not really any issue on our side :)

Location of the property is amazing. In walking distance of the port and cathedral. There are bars and restaurants right next to the rooms. Noise level low, very easy to check in and out. The rooms are small but perfect for a weekend away.

There’s no parking near by and the car parks can be expensive but that’s not the hotels fault! Would maybe be nice if there was another glass in the room other than a coffee mug but overall would recommend

Super cheap for location right in the center of Palma. The self check in was easy and the room was very clean. The bed is comfortable and the "balcony" was really great to have as well. The personell was very friendly an attentive (by message) overall our stay was incredibly enjoyable

The bathroom/shower that is kinda in the middle of the room is a little odd for people who are not dating. But it is exactly as advertised in the Foto, so no surprises there.
