Location was excellent, the staff all delightful and the housekeeping first class. We spent a week at the Palladium to explore Palma for the first time and had some excellent advice and recommendations from the staff. We had a room with the cathedral view and it was quiet and relaxing after a day out .

The breakfast was not as good as we would have expected given the high quality of everything else. The egg menu was disappointing in quality.

The staff were very nice and hospitable. The location was in the centre of Palma. The room was clean and had a/c that is essential considering the climate. The bus stop for the airport is about 1 minute walk from the hotel.

I would be cautious when leaving valuables in your room.. I went sightseeing for the day and returned to find my room wasn't locked after it was cleaned. Luckily I always carry my valuables with me.

The room was spacious and very clean, had everything I needed (fridge, kettle, safety deposit box), and the view was amazing! I left the "Do not disturb" sign on the door most days, which was respected, but when I removed it before going out, I returned to an absolutely spotless room every time. Reception staff were lovely and super helpful in answering any questions I had. The location is also excellent, close to the old town and with several supermarkets, restaurants and a bus stop nearby.

The soundproofing isn't all that great, I could hear guests in the neighbouring rooms, though not so loudly that it bothered me.

I eat low carb and the choice of food on the buffet was great- fruit, nuts, yogurt, cheese, salad leaves- ample and inviting. But the bakery section looked great too and you could opt for a hot breakfast too. We were very happy with it.

The location was fab, the airport bus drops you off right outside and is only a 10/20 min walk into town!! The bed is super big and comfy, nice light sheets for summer. The shower is amazing, super powerful and clean. The staff are really friendly and accommodating.

The only downside we felt was breakfast as it wasn’t what you’d expect. We paid €15 each for breakfast the first morning and went out into town the following. It was mediocre selection with only eggs to order. On the plus, there is a coffee machine and Prosecco to choose from which makes the price worthwhile.

Good hotel, everything is clean and quite new, room is spacious and furniture is good, mattress is amazing. Shower, heating, soundproofing is good. We had a room overlooking courtyard terrace, so it was quiet, no noise from a busy street. A1 Bus stop from airport is just in front of the hotel. City center is 15mins away, as the quay. Shopping mall El Corte Ingles is 5mins away. Stuff was very friendly and we easily left our luggage in the hotel for a whole day, while wondering around before our evening flight. They book 100€ as a deposit from your card, but it is released automatically on the departure. We didn’t take breakfast, but there are quite a few cafes around serving brunch. Also I want to recommend a restaurant with absolutely mind blowing delicious burgers with the most amazing combination of ingredients “Badal”.

Good 4 star, nothing to complain about.

The beds were very cosy and spacious, we asked for 2 separate beds when booking and got them. Around 6min walking distance from old town and center. Most staff were very nice and helpful, room was clean.

Our room was on the ground floor so on eye level when looking out of the window there was the ground of the swimming pool area (pool view). It was however okay for what we were expecting, we did not book a superior room or similar. Also there was nobody using the swimming pool area (April).

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would say all receptionists were amazing. However the manager ( an older gentleman) did not too customer friendly. He was not really dealing customers though.

I would say this is not really a 4 star hotel. Terrible sound insinuation. Hotel is very stingy with toiletries ( no lotion or cotton pad, etc). No tissues, so had to buy it myself. No coffee/ tea in the rooms. Breakfast didn’t look appealing at all! Cleaning was poor. I stayed 5 nights and during this time, there was no floor cleaning in the room and bathroom ( shower area in particular was not cleaned well). Iron of course is not provided even upon request.

The location was perfect: 10 minutes walking from the center of Palma. The room was big and with a Nice terrace. All was clean and right. My plus was the private gym that you could book: I used almost every day and loved it, staff was Nice and professional. I got breakfast for 15 euros and was happy: eggs, fresh fruit and lord of cheese and Serrano. I will stay here again, totally recommended!

staff friendly, room good size and clean, good location. plenty of choice with continent breakfast and cereals.

Although kettle in room, no tea or coffee which was disappointing, but once been shop that was sorted. Would have liked more variety with english breakfast, not just bacon, sausage and egg, but staff very helpful and would make any type of egg on demand.
