10/10. The staff was super friendly, the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast is probably the best ever. The pool is nice. The location is perfect. I stayed there 2 years ago, with the stay back then a bit spoiled because of about a dozen UK tourists on a hen-trip, but this time was a great mix of tourists of all kinds, and very elegant and calm ones. Also a lot of children and families, which makes it always nice and relation time. Kids were very well behaved. They have parking, and I parked my rented motorbike in the garage. Perfect.

Very stylish with good design. Great location, just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Palma, around the same to Santa Catalina. Very clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious and nicely detailed. The breakfast selection was good. The pool on the roof terrace was lovely. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

No balcony off the room but we knew this before we went so it wasn't an issue. The service at the pool was a bit slow. Just one staff member on duty doing everything from mixing drinks to ordering food, the guy could probably do with some help at the busier times of the day! The snacks were good when they eventually arrived. The pool itself isn't that large and can get a bit crowded. While we always managed to get sun loungers you can see that there might be a bit of difficulty when the hotel is full. Very minor issues really. They wouldn't stop me from booking again.

Location great, near city centre. Breakfast fabulous. Staff helpful and friendly particularly reception and bar staff very hard working and well trained. Bar snacks/food was really nice and arrived promptly. Lovely spacious room, very comfortable beds and pillows. Tea and coffee facilities provided however I prefer a cup/mug with a handle as they can be too hot to hold without a handle.

Roof top pool rather small but ok for a one or two night/day stay. Would have liked a small amount of fresh milk in the fridge. We did not like the sliding doors into the bathroom as they do not close together, they left quite a large gap.

For our stay the main attraction - the rooftop pool was closed which was a shame as we paid for this experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very kind and cheerful and made us feel well taken care of. The hotel was quite big with lots of guests, but the room felt nice and quiet. It was very tidy and had everything we could need, including a massive 1.80m bed. The lobby bar serves coffee that's quite good and the breakfast is exceptional — there's, salmon, healthy seeds, and a wide variety of healthy and just-prepared food options, or even prosecco if that's what you're after. The spa was amazing — it was adults only, with a big pool and a jacuzzi that was also quite big, a sauna and a steam bath and a bunch of very comfortable beds (all included in the price of the rooms). Location-wise, the hotel is really easy to get to and is close to lots of nice places for food and coffee. The city centre is within walking distance which is quite nice and the airport bus stop is 5 minutes away. There were a few restaurants that were quite nice around the hotel, but we didn't try the one inside which also seemed quite interesting. The rooftop pool and sky bar also seemed quite cool although we were visiting in March so it was still cold and it was closed.

Our room was a bit on the small side — it was well optimized, but because of the big bed there wasn't a lot of space to move around. And to be honest, I prefer a big bed to more space to move around, but I guess it depends on the person. The other thing I noticed was the gym was OK-ish for a hotel gym but it could use a bit more equipment. There was an option to connect and listen to your own music on the speakers there (which seemed quite cool) but I couldn't get that to work when I followed the instructions.

The general aesthetic of the properly is lovely and for us was perfectly located. A perfect distance and lovely walk to restaurants, the coast, the old town, et al. The staff were brilliant! Smiley, friendly and went above and beyond to make our (and our friends) trip a delight. The pool is such a selling point of this hotel. Right in the city centre and able to laze around and dip in and out of the pool was a joy. Finally the breakfast was perfect. One of the best we have ever had at a hotel. We noticed a number of staff members observing and tweaking the layout of the breakfast on certain days which we thought really optimised the continuous improvement mentality.

The caveat to this is that we really did love our stay and would definitely use this hotel again. These are further options for improvement; - single beds pushed together moved with little pressure against them. - numerous guests each day waiting for beds at the pool. - the shower leaked out into the hallway and across into the toilet (room 101). - hotel security- anybody could walk in off the street and do one of many things; walk upstairs, go up the lift, get the poolside or into the spa, or order at the bar say a random room number and sign for drinks or food (this happened to us).

Great location for the old town and main bus routes to the Beach and airport. Loved the relaxing indoor pool and spa as well as the rooftop pool and bar area. Very comfortable beds and lots of options for fresh breakfast items including made to order smoothies and eggs.

There were a few maintenance issues in our bedroom during our stay including the shower flooding. We reported the issues but they were not responded to until we checked out. Staff did not make us aware of all the hotel facilities when we checked in, and we only discovered the garden balcony area on our final day.

It was very modern, clean. The food at the pool was quite good. They offers to change in the spa on arrival since our rooms were not ready which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was amazing, lots of selection and even mimosa.

When we asked about transportation to Alcudia beach, gentleman at front desk was not helpful and did not have good information. Made it seem like the only ways to get there were renting a car or Taking the bus. But taxis will take you there and it was quite easy to take a taxi back too. The staff should know that.

Spotlessly clean hotel with excellent facilities. Hotel room was huge. Mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept on . Excellent power from the shower and plenty of hot water. Plenty of wardrobe space. Handy fridge which the first ‘round’ of drinks were free. Rooftop pool area was lovely but a bit chilly…it was November mind!!! The indoor pool area spotless, large double loungers for relaxing, and free use of pool, jacuzzi , steam room and sauna.Didn’t use any of the spa treatments so can’t comment.Fantastic choice of breakfast, with chefs making fresh omelettes and smoothies on request. Honey was divine…a large honeycomb to take as much as you wanted! Good choices in hotel bar.

Chairs in the bar/reception area were really comfortable…until you tried to get up. Really really low with no armrests. Strange artwork though..with the talking woman on the B&Q video …!!

The standard of the hotel was superb. Great location. Brilliant reception staff. Gorgeous Italian pizza restaurant across the street.

The outdoor pool is far to small for the size of the hotel. There were no seats available and nowhere to put your stuff if you just wanted to go for a swim. We used the indoor pool instead which was fantastic but in a hot country its a novelty to use the outdoor 🤗 our room was absolutely tiny but it didn't bother us too much as we were mostly out.
