This is a great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room we were in was lovely. Plunge pool on the roof was nice and the booking system seemed to work well. Good location if you like being in the middle of a city. I would stay here again.

The much advertised piano night was a shambles. They lost our booking, but it was so noisy inside and so hot in the courtyard that we felt we had a lucky escape. Every morning we left our room to go sightseeing etc and hung the 'make up our room' card on the door. We'd return between 2-3 after lunch and the room had not been done. Then at 4pm we are awoken by room service. Would be nice if they could check who wants their room done rather than follow a rigid routine.

The location is excellent, in the centre, right at Cala saint miguel. The room was quite ok, but the mattress were a catastrophe, way to soft and my wife's was was worn through, collapsing in the middle. The shower on the other hand was perfect, strong, hot water flow. But the room service was anarchic, one day ( out of 4 nights) we had no hand towels, the first day no extra towel for the floor/ feet. The last day we did get only one bathing towel. But the receptionist made this up with 2 glasses of cava for us. All in all the price/ service rate was not ok for an average price of 285 € per night ( new years eve was 405 alone)

The first noticeable thing was how friendly the staff were. We requested an early check in and arrived 2 hours earlier than that due to flight changes and they readied a room for us immediately, keeping us lubricated and stress free with champagne at reception. There was one lady handling the restaurant for the majority of our trip (Wednesday-Sunday) and her service was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean with a good powerful shower, and the cleaning team got the rooms restored very quickly and non invasive, sometimes they’re in there all day. Cheap pints and good quality coffees, and the restaurant food is of a high quality. I’d recommend the lamb chops, spider crab salad and the broken eggs.

The pool is a little bit smaller than it looks. However that’s not to say we didn’t like it, because we did. They operate on a 1 hour booking system which ensures it doesn’t get overcrowded and you can take your drinks up there too.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Palma city. Close to shops, restraunts, bus station and train to Soller. Walkable to all major sites, Cathedral, avenue Born, Rambles, port, open top bus stops. All staff are very friendly and helpful, small boutique style hotel stylish with nice courtyard and small roofterrace pool which we didn't use as closed in March. Good on-site restraunt, great staff, lovely food. Rooms are comfortable clean, lovely touches, and refillable water bottles in fridge can be filled in the bar area. Lovely towels and dressing gowns good quality soap shampoo conditioner provided. Comfortable beds and pillows. Felt completely safe at all times, even walking back late at night through small streets.

As hotel is right in centre of Palma, surrounded by small streets there was noise in the evenings also early mornings which is to be expected, street cleaner, shops opening, people starting the day. . Noise didn't really bother us at all as added to the city centre experience. We were in lower level room facing out to street, higher rooms may be quieter.

Brilliant location close to station, cathedral and bus routes. The place has a good vibe with great buffet style breakfast in nice surroundings and nice courtyard for sitting out. Chilled fresh and sparkling water was readily available foc. Stayed in Feb so can't comment on the pool.

Not the property, but minor house keeping issues were milk and coffee etc were not well topped up over the stay. In February the towels didn't dry well in the bathroom. Don't need a fresh one every day but need towel rail to spread out and allow to dry. The decaf coffee experience was not good at breakfast and not obvious in rooms.

Great location, good bedlinen, cool restaurant on site. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. A very small plunge pool on the roof but a real gem of a spot.

Even though I booked months ago, we were allocated 2 out of our 3 rooms in the basement. The third room was opposite the staircase on 2nd floor, so we had a lot of noise from other guests arriving home in the small hours having loud drunken conversations. Also, there was a delivery truck that arrived at 5am which also caused a fair amount of noise with its reversing, and the unloading of its delivery. Our stay was just 1 night so we saw no point in complaining about the basement rooms, although I would have preferred to have been informed beforehand.

Ideally situated for the restaurants and attractions. Excellent breakfast. Very good sized bedrooms Lovely courtyard to sit in and relax. Very tasty brunch on our last day, which was excellent value. Lovely rooftop plunge pool ( you had to book it for an hour long session)

As two female friends, we found the graffiti strewn, narrow walkways to the hotel very disconcerting. At times we actually felt frightened walking up the alleyway after our evening out, and this really needs to be addressed. Maybe a private entrance, or a member of staff at the entrance?

Loved the hotel really friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to help with car rentals and it was my birthday while I was there and they were so lovely. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Clean room comfy bed. Was located central easy walking distance to everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing was that you had to reserve the sunbeds but we were so busy for the days that we were there we couldn’t reserve them as we just didn’t know what time we would be back in the hotel so missed out on using them.

Location was fabulous. Hotel was contemporary, extremely clean with beautiful decor. The food was beautiful too. Couldn’t have asked for more from a city break hotel. The staff were efficient and super friendly and nothing was too much trouble ⭐️

Rooftop pool was smaller than expected, sun-beds were 1 per person for one hour a day, booked in advance, however there’s so much to see in Palma and the beach is 20 min walk away if you want a full sunbathing day!

Stylish and well finished property, with a beautiful courtyard and restaurant area. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Bathroom is clean and modern. Breakfast was simple but a variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruit etc.

Our room was on the lower ground, which made it quite dark as not much natural light. There is also no lift, making it hard to carry cases up/down staircase to room. There is no lift to the suite in the top floor, causing issues for my family member with limited mobility.
