Breakfast was amazing! Beautiful hotel.

I would only recommend staying here if you booked a room facing the ocean. Our room on the backside provided us with a less than desirable experience due to the adjacent neighborhood. Also, the street in front of the hotel is in the midst of a major construction project. Hopefully this will be completed soon.

Everything. This hotel is excellent and we have stayed there on a few occasions. Sea view amazing.

Major construction works going on outside the hotel, resulting in a lot of noise, but this was outside of the hotel's control. Resulted in slight deviations in trying to access hotel.

Very clean and good location.

There were limited sun umbrellas at the pool. You needed to get your the pool prompt otherwise the umbrellas were all taken. We added the half board option to our stay. The restaurant for evening meals menu wasn’t extensive but the food was good. However, there were three options of pizza on the menu but they were not able to provide pizza so those options should not have remained on the menu. I do not eat fish so it made the options even smaller. I had paid to have evening meals but went hungry as there wasn’t anything left on the limited menu to choose from.

The location is good. The pool area looks over the marina which I’ve over the road. Around the hotel there are many convenience stores, cafes, quiet bars and restaurants. It’s a 10 minute walk or 2-3 minute taxi from the old town which is very picturesque and has many restaurants and bars. The room was clean and fully functioning. The bathroom and shower is spacious. The beds were comfortable and there is a fridge, safe and spacious wardrobe. The view of your balcony will depend on what room you are given. Even if you choose a sea view, you may only be able to see the marina if you look around the corner of the balcony. Traveling in a group of 8, we had 4 rooms and only 1 of the rooms could actually see the marina clearly. This room (405) could only slightly see the marina if we looked around the corner of the balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The lifeguard around the pool is very friendly and attentive. He’s very helpful if you need help with moving a parasol if you want to be in the shade. Breakfast was very good. Very fresh food, so much variety of different foods and no matter where you’re from you’ll probably find food you like to eat for breakfast. The pool area is immaculately clean. Is it a large spread out area so you don’t feel like every one is too close to each other. During our stay the hotel was quite busy and even for a group of 8 we never struggled to find free sunbeds and you don’t need to go down to the pool extra early to make sure you get one. There are also tables and chairs to sit at if you want to get some snacks/lunch in the pool area and the food is delicious. There is a small bar in the pool area and prices for drinks are not much difference in price than the bars or convenience stores in the area. The pool is clean, spacious and not too deep.

Our stay was 4 nights and our room was only cleaned once, while the other rooms in our party were cleaned every day. We couldn’t work out why. After the third day of not being cleaned we asked at reception if our room could be cleaned or if we could at least change our towels. We were told it would be done in the afternoon yet when we returned in the evening, the room had still not been cleaned. It was cleaned for the first time on our last full day. We couldn’t work out why this was.

The premier level room and lounge facilities were superb, very suitable for us as we were travelling with a 7 month old baby.

We had one meal in the restaurant and the service was very poor.It appeared to be very short staffed.

Fantastic facilities (spa, pool), staff super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend booking a room with the sea view! The room was clean and of a perfect size. The hotel is located close to really nice restaurants. Great food in the hotel itself too, the breakfast buffet had a lot of really nice options.

Not exactly a complaint about the hotel itself but it was quite hard ordering a taxi back to the airport during the times of 2pm-4pm but it’s totally understandable, just a heads up to anybody staying there :)

The staff, especially those in the breakfast area, housekeeping, and at the reception, were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, in particular, truly understood our needs and where we were coming from.

The parking facilities were a bit inconvenient, and we were not aware in advance that there would be a charge for parking. Had we known, we would have been better prepared. Additionally, although we paid for a room with a pool or ocean view, our room overlooked another building under construction. However, we understand it was a busy period and decided not to let it affect our stay.

The look of the hotel and the comfy beds

I was disappointed to find that free water wasn't readily available. After going out one evening we came back to the hotel and asked the reception staff for some bottles of water to be told no, they dont provide them. He wouldn't give us some unless we were children or elderly which we found appalling. We had paid for the level lounge and found it ridiculous that we couldn't take a bottle of water out of there back to our rooms.

we had a very good price so wasn’t surprised we got a back room on 6th floor. none of that was a problem but there is no air conditioning?? it was fairly warm so we had to have the patio door open and there was lots of noise starting with Road sweepers early hours. don’t know how you would cope once temperatures hit 35 plus in season?? also had trouble getting a cab from hotel and member on staff wasn’t terribly helpful. roadworks outside hotel a pain but that’s not hotel’s fault. we did amazing amount of walking. hotel is near(ish) to centre of Palma but not that near. tea bags and milk not replaced through stay. got one English breakfast T bag!!

We asked for twin beds but got a double I would have expected 2 separate beds with separate duvets.
