Staff (receptionist and cleaners) are very mindful, friendly, and helpful! - I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the room regardless of whether I left early in the morning or in the afternoon. Thanks to that, I had a clean towel and could shower comfortably every day. If you’d like to take a taxi to the city centre, the fastest and most reliable option is to ask the receptionist, rather than using Uber or a local taxi App. The city centre is also accessible by bus (routes 4 or 46).

As the rooms were situated close to one another, I was occasionally disturbed by sounds from neighbouring rooms and the corridor (especially during midnight and/or very early morning).

The hotel took some finding as it was in a back street area and I was on foot, attempting to use public transport from the airport. Owing to mobility issues I found some difficulty climbing back and forth uphill from the bus stop. Breakfast was adequate although most of the hot food was cooled after being out on the buffet. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room facilities are acceptable. The weather was stormy for most of my stay so that didn't help. At least there was a choice of local restaurants in a lower to medium price range.

Other than above, nothing major

We loved the hotel, the room and beds were comfortable, the small balcony was great to sit out on at night, and breakfast was plentiful. We thought the location for us was excellent as it was quiet and bus 4 quickly took us to all palma the major sites, including the beach. There are also lots of good local restaurants and supermarkets in the area. What made our stay special though was the staff, especially the reception staff. They were very helpful and friendly and certainly a credit to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if returning to Palma.

There was an issue with the hot water during our stay. The staff did all they could to quickly get it fixed, but it did happen on both mornings of our stay and meant a cold shower for one of us. This wouldn't, however, stop us from staying again. Hopefully, it's now fixed.

We were given a very warm welcome and had been allocated a very quiet room, as requested. Everything was spotlessly clean. We found the location perfect for our visit to the Auditorium and enjoyed walking through Palma old town. Our only disappointment was the breakfast drinks! Given that Mallorca produces so many oranges it is a great shame that real orange juice was not available; instead there was some kind of orange-flavoured drink. This dilute concentrate was dreadful. Similarly, the coffee from a machine was not acceptable. Freshly made cafetiere coffee should be provided, as used to be the case in Spanish hotels. The rest of the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is 3 star; the drinks were 0 star.

-The staff was very friendly and professional -There were a lot of pillows on the bed -The bed was big enough and comfortable -The air conditioning was very efficient at cooling our room - The balcony was very decent in size, as was the room -The bus station was really close to the hotel for ease of travel to Palma city center. Guests be aware that you're not allowed to enter the city center with a rented car (ACIRE zone, look up the zone on Google), as it won't have the ACIRE resident pass and you'll get fined every time you enter the zone. The hotel and its parking are NOT in the ACIRE zone.

-Noise insulation isn't great, we were woken up everyday either by the cleaning ladies which were moving their equipment through the hallway or by other guests -The safe in our room was key-operated and its lock was almost broken. You'll have to pay a 5 euro tax for it which you get back at the end of the stay. -The breakfast, while tasty, didn't have a great variety (comparing to Sercotel Caspe where we stayed while in Barcelona)

Room was clean and tidy, adequate for a 3-4 day stay. Balcony was a bonus. Breakfast booked as part of the deal, good variety of food and brekkie options (for a 3* hotel). Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Hotel is c.15min walk from the edge of the old town - plenty of bus routes nearby and a pleasant (if long) walk along the marina if people don't want to take the urban route.

No issues with hotel - ongoing roadworks along the marina route were a pain. Gridlock on the Thurs heading to the airport was not a great way to finish the stay ! (needs a rail link to the airport....)

Our room was clean with a big and comfy bed. The staff was amiable and willing to help you. We enjoyed the breakfast with a selection of different kinds of breads and fruits.

We had very loud neighbors on the first night, so it was difficult to fall asleep, but fortunately, they moved out after the first night and it was relatively quiet. The bathrooms need a bit of makeover, especially the glass door of the bathtub. It wasn't isolated well, so the water came outside the bath, making the whole floor wet. Besides that, we enjoyed staying in the room.

Excellent varied and quality breakfast, always plentiful even late in the morning. Good times to do it. Kindness in the room and at the reception. Beautiful structure, very quiet, silent (it's just a shame that the corridors are narrow and therefore you tend to listen to too many noises from those leaving the room or from the maids chatting while they do their work), but definitely a beautiful structure.

I recommend removing the tub in the bathrooms and installing a shower cabin so that perhaps you can also install a more practical and desirable bidet. Paid parking (11 euros per day..!!). It would be better for free or at least a less excessive payment.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day including fresh towels. A good variety for breakfast and reasonably priced compared to other eating places around the locale. Although the location is a fair distance from the centre the number 4 bus was at the bottom of the road with a regular service.

It would've been good to have coffee making facilities in the room or some available in the hotel in the evenings.

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English , it was very clean and our towels were changed every day , breakfast looked nice although we didn’t have any , handy place for bus stops etc small parking area , all very good , the shower was excellent hot and powerful

Our balcony sadly didn’t get any sun at any time of the day so the room was dark , but I guess we weren’t in it very much , the restraints around that area were a bit limited but not too far to walk into Palma central
