It was a very nice choice close to the city center in a very quiet street. 5 minutes away from the sea. A great 15-minute walk to the city center and very close to super narkets. The staff was very kind and in general it was a very nice stay.

This is something that happens in every hotel but I would like to mention it. Every morning the cleaning staff was making so much noise starting from 7.30 in the morning in order to wake up us to clean that we really felt that we was in the army. This is something that the management should t ake care about. In Majjorca you come to rest and feel Tranquillity and not wake up at 7.30 !!!!! in order the cleaning staff clean your room they can clean it at 9.30. This is not our problem. Any way over all a good hotel choice

Staff (receptionist and cleaners) are very mindful, friendly, and helpful! - I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the room regardless of whether I left early in the morning or in the afternoon. Thanks to that, I had a clean towel and could shower comfortably every day. If you’d like to take a taxi to the city centre, the fastest and most reliable option is to ask the receptionist, rather than using Uber or a local taxi App. The city centre is also accessible by bus (routes 4 or 46).

As the rooms were situated close to one another, I was occasionally disturbed by sounds from neighbouring rooms and the corridor (especially during midnight and/or very early morning).

The hotel took some finding as it was in a back street area and I was on foot, attempting to use public transport from the airport. Owing to mobility issues I found some difficulty climbing back and forth uphill from the bus stop. Breakfast was adequate although most of the hot food was cooled after being out on the buffet. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room facilities are acceptable. The weather was stormy for most of my stay so that didn't help. At least there was a choice of local restaurants in a lower to medium price range.

Other than above, nothing major

Very cozy and compact hotel. Comfortable beds, wardrobes, balcony. Delicious breakfast: pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. 6 minutes to the bus stop, 20 to the center. Many delicious and useful places nearby. Very friendly and professional Staff. The hotel has a wonderful partner for renting cars, bicycles and motorcycles - quickly, professionally, without complications. If you plan to rent - I recommend contacting the administrators at the reception and using this service.

There is nothing to complain about. Everything was great.

We loved the hotel, the room and beds were comfortable, the small balcony was great to sit out on at night, and breakfast was plentiful. We thought the location for us was excellent as it was quiet and bus 4 quickly took us to all palma the major sites, including the beach. There are also lots of good local restaurants and supermarkets in the area. What made our stay special though was the staff, especially the reception staff. They were very helpful and friendly and certainly a credit to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if returning to Palma.

There was an issue with the hot water during our stay. The staff did all they could to quickly get it fixed, but it did happen on both mornings of our stay and meant a cold shower for one of us. This wouldn't, however, stop us from staying again. Hopefully, it's now fixed.

We were given a very warm welcome and had been allocated a very quiet room, as requested. Everything was spotlessly clean. We found the location perfect for our visit to the Auditorium and enjoyed walking through Palma old town. Our only disappointment was the breakfast drinks! Given that Mallorca produces so many oranges it is a great shame that real orange juice was not available; instead there was some kind of orange-flavoured drink. This dilute concentrate was dreadful. Similarly, the coffee from a machine was not acceptable. Freshly made cafetiere coffee should be provided, as used to be the case in Spanish hotels. The rest of the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is 3 star; the drinks were 0 star.

-The staff was very friendly and professional -There were a lot of pillows on the bed -The bed was big enough and comfortable -The air conditioning was very efficient at cooling our room - The balcony was very decent in size, as was the room -The bus station was really close to the hotel for ease of travel to Palma city center. Guests be aware that you're not allowed to enter the city center with a rented car (ACIRE zone, look up the zone on Google), as it won't have the ACIRE resident pass and you'll get fined every time you enter the zone. The hotel and its parking are NOT in the ACIRE zone.

-Noise insulation isn't great, we were woken up everyday either by the cleaning ladies which were moving their equipment through the hallway or by other guests -The safe in our room was key-operated and its lock was almost broken. You'll have to pay a 5 euro tax for it which you get back at the end of the stay. -The breakfast, while tasty, didn't have a great variety (comparing to Sercotel Caspe where we stayed while in Barcelona)

On arrival we were greeted warmly by David who was expecting us. He was so efficient and polite and friendly. Over the next couple of days during our stay David was most helpful. Hotel Zurbaran are lucky to have him. Likewise with Lucas and the night porter (I didn't get his name). The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The housestaff were around every morning to clean our room. The beds were very comfortable. The room even had a mini fridge. I would definitely stay at Hotel Zurbaran again.

Room was clean and tidy, adequate for a 3-4 day stay. Balcony was a bonus. Breakfast booked as part of the deal, good variety of food and brekkie options (for a 3* hotel). Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Hotel is c.15min walk from the edge of the old town - plenty of bus routes nearby and a pleasant (if long) walk along the marina if people don't want to take the urban route.

No issues with hotel - ongoing roadworks along the marina route were a pain. Gridlock on the Thurs heading to the airport was not a great way to finish the stay ! (needs a rail link to the airport....)

Our room was clean with a big and comfy bed. The staff was amiable and willing to help you. We enjoyed the breakfast with a selection of different kinds of breads and fruits.

We had very loud neighbors on the first night, so it was difficult to fall asleep, but fortunately, they moved out after the first night and it was relatively quiet. The bathrooms need a bit of makeover, especially the glass door of the bathtub. It wasn't isolated well, so the water came outside the bath, making the whole floor wet. Besides that, we enjoyed staying in the room.
