It is the second time we stay in this hotel, we love it, especially the decoration and the atmosphere. The staff members are all very kind. The location not far from the marina

Some details which would need to be fixed: because of a leak on the water pipe in the shower, very few water arrives on your body and it takes a very long time if you wash your hair. The air conditioning is sometimes working, sometimes not. Some other clients were very noisy during the night, talking and laughing until 2:30 in the night. The hotel should remind to its customers that "Adults only" means that people don't want to be disturbed by noisy children. But don't want to be disturbed by noisy adults as well!

The staff very polite with a smile always. Nice quiet environment next to the swimming pool. Nice location with 5m walk to the bus stop(46) to the Catalina town centre. The bus fares is expensive special from the Airport, to the Hotel and come back (£8) Very helpful lady at the reception with a smile always to help whatever your inquiry.

The cutlery power cable is so small that you have to remove it from the top of the fridge because there's no a plug. Nobody informed that there are inside the clothing cabinet extra covers. So I cover my self with the cover that was on the bed. So du the night I felt very cold. Ok maybe I had to check myself. Also Nobody informed how the air-conditioning working. When I find out it was too late because I felt very cold next day. The shower toilet was very clean and comfortable.

An exceptional hotel, I travel frequently and this is one of the best I have experienced recently. Lovely gardens, terrace, atmosphere. Fairly easy street parking even at weekends. The staff were all wonderful, my single room was beyond my expectations with everything superb, good ac, nice bathroom, balcony with a pretty view. The whole place has a beautiful interior design. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise, perfect steak dinner, also the bar which served me a great sandwich on my mid afternoon arrival. Lovely breakfast. Quiet civilized atmosphere with no noise, and pleasant other guests. My stay was spot on, and I would recommend this hotel highly.

The Hotel is in a quiet street, with stylish design, clean and comfortable rooms, nice pool, gym. wellness. The bed was comfortable and room was equipped by a fridge, tea maker, terrace ... etc. AC and WIFI worked well, and the buffet breakfast is good. The location is close to the center and the Santa Catalina district, where many bars, restaurants can be found.

The garbage collection during the night was loud and the insulation of walls and door is not sufficient. The room cleaning should avoid siesta time.

Breakfast was lovey, varied and plentiful. Room was a great size with lovely big balcony. The hotel had a lovely friendly, glamourous , retro feel and we were welcome to use all the facilities (gym, showers, pool, luggage storage) even before check in and out.

Pool was freezing in October and the gardens were lovely but the pool and sunbeds were mostly in the shade. In the height of summer I'm sure this would be very welcome, but in October we were chasing the sun in the garden and only had 1 very quick dip in the pool.

Quirky hotel in an older style that was very individual and lovely with it. The garden and pool was lovely even though the pool is not open until April ( we were there late February) it was nice to sit outside on some of the sunnier days by the pool. I thought it might be too far out of the centre but found the location very convenient for walking down to the Paseo Marítimo, Marina and to Bellver Castle and the lovely area surrounding the castle. Ubers were very reasonable after a night out in Palma. Our room ( which wasn’t the economy twin) was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the garden. Despite being next to a road we didn’t find noisy at all.

We had drinks and a light lunch on our first day and found a member of the bar staff to be quite unpleasant when we tried to pay! The other staff seemed very helpful and pleasant.

We only stayed at Araxa hotel for one night, but it was a lovely experience. After spending the day exploring Palma, we have gone back to the hotel and chilled by the swimming pool while having a drink. The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful part of Palma and being an adult only premise, it provided a lot of peace and quiet. The hotel dates back to the late 50's and it's absolutely stunning. We had dinner there and the food was very good Spanish cuisine. Staff was friendly and helpful and we find ourselves very relaxed and at ease.

Only booked the standard room as we were only staying for 12hrs... the hotel is quite charming located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood of Palma suburbs... Hotel is quite beautiful with lots of greenery and an old world charm... Rooms are quite basic but meet all the requirements... beds are quite comfortable... Quite easy to get to Palma center (walking 30 mins or multiple bus connections). The way the property's been done up takes one back to the 60s-70s.

We stayed a short while so nothing that we didnt like.

I loved the decor, both the lobby and the room itself, a lot of white with a clean vibe and some old charm. Staff were very helpful, quick to assist with anything we requested. The pool is not enormous but nice enough to relax in, but it closes early, at 19:00 and it would have been nice to have a late dip but that would probably disturb the people staying to eat next to it.

The breakfast has a decent selection but was nothing memorable, we ate in the hotel to save time one morning but otherwise walked to another location. Also the hotel is not very well situated if you want to walk, we used buses, taxis or or own car when necessary.

Comfy room for a single person, good shower, great location to walk to many places or get the bus to city center. I was meeting friends at Lio and this was an easy walk to meet them. Great value for a single room. Really nice restaurant and Pool area. Breakfast looked good, but I didn't have time to try it. They stored my bags when I checked out so I could tour the city more before leaving. My room was up the elevator then all the way the end of the hall, I think there was 2 stair steps along the way. Great Stay, I was only there 1 night. There were beaches nearby but I didn't go to those ones.

The pool towels are kept at the front desk, which is fine but when I went to get one there were people checking in and I had to wait. I felt like it was obvious I was going to the pool, and I tried for his attention. It would have been nice if the desk person paused to give me a towel instead of making me wait in my bikini top in the lobby.
