Me and a friend stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were super nice and helpful with getting out room sorted with extras as my friend was diabetic and even upgraded us for being friendly. Facilities were okay: gym not very good if an avid gym goer, pools great and VERY cold haha, bar super nice and the same prices as you’d find in bars around. Location isn’t great, maybe 30 minute walk to centre but obviously explained in the website. Still there is many good things to do around the hotel and the view is great. The rooms were very nice for the money you pay and very clean (also the TV allows you you connect your own Netflix etc so was nice). Overall 8/10 - 10/10 staff though for sure.

The only thing was we had difficulty each time trying to open the room door with the key cards.

The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable with lovely views of the harbour. Well equipped with tea and coffee and a mini bar which doubles as a fridge for other items. Wonderful breakfast plenty of choice of fruit, cereals, yogurt, cold meats and cheese and freshly cooked omelette, pancakes or eggs and bacon available. The cook Martin was excellent providing whatever you asked for. The hotel is quite a walk from the city centre however it is easy to use the buses they are very frequent and only cost 2€ per person and take you right into the centre and to the Sóller train station. They are also good to use to visit the beaches south and other restaurants in Cala Major. The benefit from being out of the city is it is quiet and watching the large cruise ships arrive and leave everyday is interesting. It is also well located for visiting Gènova and the fort and there is a very large shopping mall a walk away.

The gym was small for those wanting to use it. Restaurant choices limited and drinks were expensive, cheaper and more interesting to eat out and have a drink at a local bar.

Very pleasant room, beautiful view from the balcony. The bed was very comfy. Had breakfast every morning, it was very tasty, varied, and prepared us well for a day of exploring Mallorca. Staff was very friendly.

A bit far walking distance from city center, but the advantage is lower price and more parking space for our rental car (we stayed during off-season, March). Last day had no running water in the morning due to maintenance, which was a little inconvenient because we didn’t get a warning, otherwise we would have showered the evening before. Gym could have some more weights. Breakfast could include more mushrooms.

The staff were inattentive and extremely slow. We waited nearly an hour to check in with no comment or apology. The reception area was continually full of people the whole time we were there. The bar staff seemed to be hiding most of the time and we were unable to order at the bar, so lots of waiting to be served. We also waited an age to order food. It seemed that each member of staff had their own role and wouldn’t deviate from that. It spoiled the experience. It’s a shame as we’ve stayed at numerous Catalonia hotels and tend to seek them out. This was the worst for service.

This is a lovely hotel offering stunning views of the port and the city from the sea-view rooms. The hotel also features a beautiful terrace with an outdoor pool. The room was spacious and comfortable, accommodating three people with ease. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered a variety of options, including several vegetarian choices. While the hotel is approximately a 50-minute walk from the city center, it serves as a convenient base for exploring the island, especially if you're traveling by car.

The parking spaces available were insufficient to accommodate all guests, requiring us to park two streets away. Additionally, the indoor pool was unavailable during our stay.

This was my second stay at Catalonia when traveling for work. I love the location because its only a 5 minute walk from Porto Pi, where you have a mall with all you need. Restaurants, stores etc. Keep in mind that it is a little outside the city centre, but a short cab ride away. There is a 20 minute walk to the beach Cala Major, which is beautiful! Google maps shows a much longer route then needed. You can take the bus if you dont prefer to walk aswell. The hotel has a nice pool area, bar and restaurant with good food. The staff is very helpful. For breakfast there is a chief there who can preper what you like.

The rooms are very sensitive for noise. You can hear when people are walking or talking in the hallways. At my first stay I didnt sleep well because of this, but this second time my room was located by the end of the hall which made it much better!

really lovely food in the restaurant at the hotel and staff were really really friendly, me and my partner ate at the hotel two out of the three nights we were there and enjoyed it thoroughly. access to the center is really nice with the bus taking you right into the middle of the center and the bus stop is really close to the hotel. Rooms were comfortable, would definitely stay there again and would recommend.

We stayed in a family room (in fact consisting of two adjacent rooms), which was quite spacious and newly refurbished. One of its advantages was definitely an above-standard king bed in the "master" bedroom. We also enjoyed a large bathroom with a huge shower. Having a drink at the bar on a large terrace with a spectacular view of both the sea and the city was a nice experience as well.

The first negative experience was a really long check-in time after a long journey. Moreover, for a rather high price for accommodation, we would expect that at least parking was included, but they charge about €17/day per car. The same goes for breakfast (extra €17 per person), which is quite pricey for a family of four. We also experienced some constant unpleasant noise during the night, probably from the HVAC system, even if we turned the AC off in our room.

There was a problem with smoking in the hall outside our original room and we were kindly offered a new room which was simply lovely. Unexpected and much appreciated. Staff so helpful in recommending an excellent place to eat, ordering taxis, can't recommend enough actually.

It was all good, but if I could suggest perhaps a more relaxed vibe in the breakfast area where you can just take water for example. It felt a bit too formal. I would love also more access to drinking water in hallways for example, with air conditioning it can be very dehydrating! Also be great to have kid friendly menu for like 5pm eaters.
