Me and a friend stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were super nice and helpful with getting out room sorted with extras as my friend was diabetic and even upgraded us for being friendly. Facilities were okay: gym not very good if an avid gym goer, pools great and VERY cold haha, bar super nice and the same prices as you’d find in bars around. Location isn’t great, maybe 30 minute walk to centre but obviously explained in the website. Still there is many good things to do around the hotel and the view is great. The rooms were very nice for the money you pay and very clean (also the TV allows you you connect your own Netflix etc so was nice). Overall 8/10 - 10/10 staff though for sure.

The only thing was we had difficulty each time trying to open the room door with the key cards.

Absolutely fantastic room… suite with pool on terrace which was a great size. The view was amazing and great to watch the sunrise every morning. Air con worked like a dream & was very much needed! Lovely big comfortable bed. Bathroom was decent size although it did have a frosted glass door which I did think was a bit odd! Was able to link Netflix to tv in room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Was able to leave suitcase at reception as arrived before check in time. Enjoyed the breakfast.. had a good selection every morning. Hotel seemed to be in a good location, about 10 minutes from shopping centre and about a 50 minute walk to cathedral, nice along the seafront.

Hotel is set off main road up a hill, which would normally be fine but in the July heat was an uncomfortable walk!! But not a huge issue.

The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable with lovely views of the harbour. Well equipped with tea and coffee and a mini bar which doubles as a fridge for other items. Wonderful breakfast plenty of choice of fruit, cereals, yogurt, cold meats and cheese and freshly cooked omelette, pancakes or eggs and bacon available. The cook Martin was excellent providing whatever you asked for. The hotel is quite a walk from the city centre however it is easy to use the buses they are very frequent and only cost 2€ per person and take you right into the centre and to the Sóller train station. They are also good to use to visit the beaches south and other restaurants in Cala Major. The benefit from being out of the city is it is quiet and watching the large cruise ships arrive and leave everyday is interesting. It is also well located for visiting Gènova and the fort and there is a very large shopping mall a walk away.

The gym was small for those wanting to use it. Restaurant choices limited and drinks were expensive, cheaper and more interesting to eat out and have a drink at a local bar.

Very pleasant room, beautiful view from the balcony. The bed was very comfy. Had breakfast every morning, it was very tasty, varied, and prepared us well for a day of exploring Mallorca. Staff was very friendly.

A bit far walking distance from city center, but the advantage is lower price and more parking space for our rental car (we stayed during off-season, March). Last day had no running water in the morning due to maintenance, which was a little inconvenient because we didn’t get a warning, otherwise we would have showered the evening before. Gym could have some more weights. Breakfast could include more mushrooms.

We had a fantastic room, with balcony and kettle facilities! Extremely comfortable bed. Cleaners do a brilliant job keeping this hotel sparkling. Every single member of staff we interacted with were happy to help us, from reception staff, to waiting staff, to the cleaning staff. Brilliant. Enjoyed dinner on the final night and it was great too. Pool was amazing and very comfy loungers. We noticed the pool/lifeguard kept the pool area really tidy and manages the loungers so that people aren't leaving towels on the beds to reserve them for prolonged periods of time. This means customers don't need to take matters into their own hands and this feels like a really good thing that the hotel do! We we're gutted to be leaving yesterday - but until next time!

The service is exceptional. The restaurant & pool view is amazing. The partial sea view from the room is nice. The lady at the reception is so helpful.

During check-in, we understood that the total amount of €630 was to be paid at that time, with the first night (€210) having already been blocked as a guarantee. However, instead of paying the remaining €420 (i.e. €630 - €210), we were charged the full €630, and the €210 blocked amount was only unblocked later. To avoid such confusion in the future, we kindly suggest that the blocked amount for the first night be directly deducted from the total payment due at check-in. This would ensure clarity and avoid double holding of funds on the guest’s account.

I loved the location looking over the marina .It was quiet with a calm atmosphere .I lived the variety at breakfast looked forward to it every day .The bedroom was perfect size and air conditioning was fabulous. Great service clean towels every day. overall true to it s word .A lovely escape in a beautiful place . Oh and the pool was perfect too Miriam and Aoibhe (ireland)

Nothing really worth mentioning apart from the beds moving away from the wall when you went into the bed . We had a bit of a laugh though.

Hotel was well presented, plenty of space by the pool. Food and drinks were great. Stunning views

Online check in didn't work prior to arrival. Was sometimes a bit of a wait to speak to reception. Bar by the pool wasn't open. When eating in the hotel the pool guy said we only had 20 minute or he would move our towels, where I agree sunbed hoarders are an issue but we were in the hotel and service was close to 20 minutes so this time seemed a bit unreasonable.

The staff were inattentive and extremely slow. We waited nearly an hour to check in with no comment or apology. The reception area was continually full of people the whole time we were there. The bar staff seemed to be hiding most of the time and we were unable to order at the bar, so lots of waiting to be served. We also waited an age to order food. It seemed that each member of staff had their own role and wouldn’t deviate from that. It spoiled the experience. It’s a shame as we’ve stayed at numerous Catalonia hotels and tend to seek them out. This was the worst for service.
