We absolutely loved the view of the harbour from our balcony. The room was crisp and fresh, it was exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly.

The pool was shut for maintenance the morning we were leaving and we were only there for 2 nights so unfortunately we didnt get to spend our last morning around the pool but i guess it can’t be helped. We absolutely loved our stay regardless!

Our air con didn’t work properly, however we were given a fan instead whilst they worked on getting it fixed (there was an issue due to high temps)

Staff super welcoming, professional and helpful. Helped make special weekend even more special. Room was just nice as per pictures and the views of the sea are amazing (watching the sun rise from bed is breath taking). Highly recommend.

Nothing, every service I used was provided to a high standard.

The big hotel with all necessities: swimming pool, restaurant, cocktail bar, bicycles. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is AMAZING 🤩 View is AMAZING as well. Location is convenient: 20 minutes by bus to the downtown and 15 minutes to the nice beach in Cala Major.

There were dirty sunbeds on my balcony which I could not use. The wardrobe in the room needs to be replaced as it’s too old. No tea bags in the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I travelled out of season so pool and loungers not available which I knew so no problem.

Hotels location is high up in the hills and to walk to it is either lots of steep steps or a steep hill. Not really suitable for elderly unless you get a taxi or public transport.

I loved this hotel. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The pool area was lovely and felt very comfortable there. The views are amazing, including from my balcony. This hotel far exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast could have been a bit more varied, it was value for money and consisted of basic breakfast.

Hotel is not new but was very clean and maintained, staff was nice and lockation - good.

Swiming pool was a bit cold but i guess due weather conditions night before we arrive.

I had a really great stay with my wife! The service was excellent, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-managed. We also had an incredible sea view from our room (901) it made my mornings and evenings so peaceful and relaxing. A very special thanks to Mrs. Pilar, at the reception, she is incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling! There were other staff at the reception but she was the best. Whenever we needed something, we would wait at the reception until she was free. She’s so cheerful and welcoming and truly made our stay even better. Highly recommended, thanks again to the wonderful staff!

Everything was perfect

It’s a very nice place. They have a nice bar, and very nice and the vibe was just amazing.
