The hotel met our request to have a double bed with sea view. It had a mini fridge/chiller which was a bonus! We didn't hire a car but the location worked for us, 10 minutes from Palma city centre and around half an hour to the airport - A few restaurants in the area and only a short walk to the beach. The hotel provided a shuttle service to the centre and beach too! The cleaners, reception staff and cooks were amazing. We both felt extremely welcome. We had breakfast near the end of our stay, which is a shame as if we knew it was so good we would have booked it for a full stay, also great value for money!

Although it was okay for us I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people with access/walking issues as the hill to the hotel is steep and many would struggle if they didn't get a taxis. We were sweating pulling our cases up but we managed haha!

The breakfast was delicious, we also enjoyed very affordable drinks and dinner at the hotel. Our rooms had balconies, were clean and comfortable. The location was great in Cala Major, with a beautiful beach and loads of food & drink options just 10 mins walk away. The local bus is €2 for a quick ride to Palma town centre, or the hotel offered a free shuttle every morning that you have to book with reception the day before. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for being so friendly, you made our holiday really special with kind gestures and amazing service. We went to some brilliant restaurants, bars and even clubs from your recommendations. And taxi bookings you made were always on time. Thank you.

The warm welcoming upon arrival and during my stay till check out. The friendly team there everybody was good, and esp. Jesus and Rose at FO. They were of great support. They had offered me an upgrade with late check out which really I liked it. Samuel at restaurant and his energetic spirit. You will enjoy watching him doing the live cooking, and welcoming every single guest entering the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was full with plenty of food and juices varieties. The room was tidy and clean. The hotel was clean and quiet.

The staff were all excellent helpful and friendly. The breakfast has lots of options from warm eggs etc. to continental. The room was spacious with a good bathroom and shower. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel.

Would have been nice to have a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in the bedroom. At breakfast although there was bacon eggs beans etc they were cold so maybe a microwave available would be helpful. However I'm sure that if I had of asked the chef to heat it up he would have obliged. Car paking. Is difficult on the road running up to the hotel, if you're lucky you might find a space. I paid €10pn,for their own underground car park. Fine but unfair My car got robbed but they only took my glasses and my hat. Could have been worse.

The hotel staff were all lovely and friendly. I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived. The beds were comfy and I slept well, with a great view of the pool. The hotel breakfast was great, it was buffet style and you could go back up for more, the chef making the omelettes was exceptionally happy, especially for a morning! I loved it. And the pool area itself was calm and relaxed, even when there were children around. It’s a 5 minute walk away from a little beach and along the way is the strip with plenty of places to eat and drink. If you walk the opposite way for 10 mins, you will find a large shopping mall which came in handy when I forgot my bikini! It also has the usual McDonald’s and other fast food places, plus a good health food store. From Palma old town, it is around 20 minutes on the bus and the buses are easy to navigate and just €2 one way. I loved every minute of my 4 day stay!

The location is excellent. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Cala Major. It has very convenient bus connections to Palma city and Palma Nova. There are also many great restaurants and shopping centers nearby. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel staff, especially Mira and Estelle. They were very friendly and attentive, helping us throughout our holiday. Thanks to their recommendations, we had wonderful days in Palma and joined some of the best excursions on the island.

The island's terrain includes many ascents and descents, which may cause some discomfort for older individuals

Really good and friendly staff. Located well near Cala Major with access by EMT bus 4 and 46. I had my birthday during my stay and I was pleasantly surprised to find macarons and fresh fruits in my room with a sweet note wishing me a happy birthday. I was hesitant to book breakfast and avoided the breakfast buffet to bad experiences in previous bookings at other locations however the last two days of my stay I tried the breakfast and regretted not doing so for the entire duration of the stay.

The property is old, and the elevator is really small, however I wouldn’t really consider this as something that is to not like.

We absolutely loved everything! The view from the balcony was amazing, the room was cozy and clean, and it was cleaned every day. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, always ready to answer any questions and help in any situation. We did have a small incident: the balcony door accidentally closed behind us, and we got locked outside. I immediately called the reception, and a lovely girl responded right away. Within five minutes, the door was opened. We sincerely thank the hotel for a wonderful vacation!

I like the 3 ladies in the reception Rosa, Ester and other one who attending me aside there so beautiful ladies, their so good and approachable. I'm also a receptionist in Hotel bfor. 20yrs in serv. I can recommended them as a high ranking officers. Also the room cleaner there are so good in there jobs. And the restaurant I like the serve congrats the lady who serve me . Bravo I can recommended you hotel to all the boat I will work. Hasta pronto ..

It's to dark in the night going home to the hotel.but I know that the hotel . it's nothing to do with that is for the gov.duty ,,,😊

All staffs (front, maid, waiter, and etc.) are excellent and generous. Great transportation, around 4 minutes walking downhill to the bus station, and 12 minutes walking to the beach (Cala Major). Restaurant and bar offers great foods and snack especially lunch and dinner option. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel locates in the quiet neighborhood. Swimming pool is also great, clean and pretty big.

Parking slot is pretty limited. The hotel locates on a small hill, therefore you need to walk uphill when back to the hotel. Water pressure in the bathroom is ok, but quite poor when using rain shower. The showering area needs to sealed better to prevent water leak to dry zone.
