The location of the hotel is perfect: close to some local beaches, few night stores around, nice restaurants as well in the neighbourhood.

The rooms dont have a mini fridge for storing at least a bootle of water. The price was almost double than the previous year 🥹 You can hear almost every word from the people next door, so no soundproof for the rooms.

As the hotel itself states, it’s a 3-star place – and if you keep that in mind (e.g. no fridge, kettle, or bottled water, and a bathtub instead of a shower), then everything else is honestly good! The rooms were clean, the location is great – with bus stops right outside, shops and restaurants nearby, and a nice pool to relax by. Breakfasts were delicious with a great variety to choose from! But the biggest highlight and a true ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ goes to the amazing, always helpful staff – especially Katia and Agustin. Thank you so much for your flexibility, understanding, and smiles ❤️

The hotel is 10-15 minutes by walking from Cala Mayor Beach. In the neighbourhood is safe, and there is a bus station (line 46, 47 - 5 min walking: buses 108, 4 - 10 min), by 5 min by walking we can find a supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff is helpful and the food was good at the hotel restaurant. Rooms are clean every days.

Sometimes, there was a shortage of towels by the pool, but the staff quickly fixed this. The only downside may be the lack of a small refrigerator in the room, which in the summer may make it impossible to cool drinks or leave food. When you book a hotel through booking.com, you will not receive an invoice on the day of check-out. The invoice is sent up to 2 business days after check-out, which can be a bit frustrating.

I like the room spacious with big size bathroom and big shower also big breakfast room with lots of breakfast choices from salted to sweets. Quiet place with no kids. Location is centered next to shops markets bars etc. If you want right to the beach this is NOT the spot for you! It is necessary to walk about 10 minutes. It you are lazy or unable to walk this is NOT the place for you. But if you are active and sporty the stairs are a great 👍 workout ! Also check on opened all night, very important if your plane is late and you experience a late night arrival in my case it was 3am instead of 11 pm. Staff( Beatriz) was exceptional and the check in young man did not ask for name.

No water fountains in the city or nearby to drink or refill your bottle.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Stunning views with mountains one side and pool, beach, sea at the other. They did try to upsell me a Seaview/bigger room on arrival but I wasn't interested in sitting on my balcony and the mountain view is lovely too. The website did inform me at booking that my room was small (Solo Traveller). It was perfectly adequate for my needs with a double bed, full length mirrored wardrobe, desk, chair & TV. The bathroom had a small bathtub with overhead shower and very good lighting. There was a deposit scheme in place for the TV remote control and room safety deposit box key - I didn't bother. I arrived by bus and was recommended the no.4, but I would suggest getting bus 46 as they pull up just past the front of the hotel and it avoids you dragging a suitcase up the hill. The pool was staffed with a lifeguard from 10am till 6pm (low season) and they have towels available for use on the sunloungers - useful as I was travelling light. Breakfast was great- a buffet style and plenty of choice. Reasonable prices at the bar. The large bar/lounge was set up for artists to perform but nothing was scheduled during the week that I was there. A lovely beach and lots of bars/restaurants nearby with reasonably priced food and drinks. A real mix of visitors to this hotel and lots of Spanish and German visitors in the area generally. Would definitely return.

Breakfast was nice, with choice for almost all needs. Maybe though not much vegan choice but there was vegan milk and plenty of options for vegetarians and gluten free I would say. Plenty of fresh fruit also. Location was ok, with regular buses to city centre, however to get from nearby road with all restaurants and beaches to the hotel there are two very long flights of stairs, so maybe not recommended for people with mobility issues. It was ok with me, actually happy to climb the stairs to stay trained.

I liked it all but as a suggestion a small table on the balconies with sea view would be good so that one can do some writing or drawing on the balcony while enjoying the view

location - near beaches , restaurants - not the best area but certainly nice and busy' dead easy to get into Palma on the bus which goes very frequently and costs 2 euros ; rooms basic but nice and super clean - walls a bit thin; upon check in we were offered sea view rooms with balcony for 10 euro a night extra and one can pay for late checkout ; breakfast brilliant and staff ( particularly smaller blond lady at breakfast ) super kind and accomodating ; breakfast choice excellent , pool looked good and we had lunch by it which was great ; nice common areas too ....all in all really nice and great value for money

only thing was thin walls which meant you could hear very clearly from next rooms but fortunately had quiet neighbours !! beds so so and no a/c so opened door to balcony which meant quite noisy - but again was fine ; no TV remote but as I was hardly in room no issue

I loved the area as it was quiet and quite residential but only a 5 or 10 minute walk downhill to Cala Major where there was plenty shop, cafes, and a beach with a lovely beach bar. If you walked to the bottom of the hill and turned right it was a 10/15 minute walk into Cala Nova where there was a small marina and some lovely shops and a small beach and beach bar. I loved that it wasn't too commercialised and there was a regular bus service into Palma. The hotel was great with a lovely pool area and pool bar. I had booked a single room with a mountain view. It had a double bed, a wardrobe with mirrors on the door, and a small balcony.Breakfast was amazing, and there was a great choice of food . Staff were all really friendly. I found it suited me perfectly and at a great price. I would love to stay again but I would pay more for a sea view room next time.

I was really happy with my stay there. There was nothing that I disliked.

I wish there was a mini bar fridge or kettle in the room, would have been nice to make a coffee or tea in the room or have cold water. The water taps took a long time to come to temperature (e.g. cold tap usually ran hot for a good 2-3 minutes before getting cold)

Location, views and staff are all great!

Parking is a bit of a nightmare if hiring a car. The official spaces are very awkward to park in with a steep curb up from the road and lots of concrete walls and pillars to avoid, making it quite stressful to go out in the car. Other than that, it is a great place to stay, although my key card stopped working a few times. As only one lift was working, it could then take a while to go back to reception to get it sorted. Final feedback is it would be great if rooms had a mini fridge in them to keep bottled water and snacks in.
