Nice atmosphere, friendly and competent staff and a nice location near some small beaches and nice restaurants. Furthermore, the hotel itself has two nice restaurants. The one at the pool serves traditional but good 'pool food'. The other, Niko's place, has more quality and perfect for a nice dinner.

Nothing major, although the hotel is made in the year 2000 and some items are well maintained but reaching there lifespan. We paid approximately €270 per night and that was a good value for money, but reaching the limit what we think is not too expensive.

We loved the general 'feel' of the hotel with its animal theme, the lush greenery and small birds flying in and out of the hotel (our toddler loved this particularly), the indoor swimming pool, friendliness of staff, vegan options for food, comfortable and clean room, and much more.

Unfortunately the hotel cannot control this but many of the other tourists were rude (I don't want to generalise, but if was typically people from a specific country). People smoking outdoors while we're eating or just near us and our toddler.

The breakfast was fantastic. Really good selection. The chef made us fresh omelettes every morning. Food was great in both the pool bar and the restaurant. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly at reception and great in the two restaurants. The spa facilities were top notch. Great location for beaches and places to go eat.

On the occasion the pool bar was very busy so better to eat earlier or slightly later to avoid lunch rush. You really need a car or be happy taking taxis to restaurants or beach when very hot. If not too hot walking isn't too bad.

Top notch facilities! All well maintained even though the hotel was build in early 2000 it doesn't feel like one because all is well taken care of well kept and refurbished. Rooms are very clean. Sauna was one of the best I've ever been to. Gym was also well equipped. The pools were clean. The place is considered for all types of customers. All can find a bit for themselves. Great staff especially Alex at reception desk. This guy is above and beyond!!! Friendly, helpful and nice. All staff members were very friendly. I can tell that food in the restaurant was great too. Location is a bit off the path but still with 15 minutes reach of main city and near the beach. Super comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Overall highly recommended

I felt like there is overwhelming number of german guests. Sometimes the staff was even talking to me in German which in the beginning was funny but after few days I was like a bit annoyed by it. So if you are a German traveller and looking for different people - that ain't one;) although some may like this and others don't even bother about it. Even the live events where accustomed for german guests - 80s music Abba, sherry lady etc:)

This is a really personal hotel where the staff are the main asset.The staff at the pool, the restaurant and the reception were excellent. The sun beds are comfortable and the pool was really clean with no shortage of towels. The food was of good quality throughout all of the restaurants. I liked the interior design of the hotel which had a safari theme with dark walnut wood in the reception areas. I would probably lose the animal pictures on the outside of the hotel though.

I’ve stayed at worse five star hotels and it wouldn’t take a lot to make this a five star hotel. Free water bottles everyday in your room is a nice touch that wouldn’t cost a great deal. I would change the names of the restaurants to give them an upmarket feel as the food is excellent. instead of niko’s place I would rename it NK’s at the Lidner. I would also change the name of Chumbo’s to maybe poolside at the lidner. Whilst the rooms are clean and stylish, I would renew the carpets and bedding to give it a more quality feel.

The room was excellent. The staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast great. Beautiful garden. Pools very good. Good to see the fascilities for children. Fitness room very good. Staff very professionel.

I am not impressed by the offers from the restaurants. No more to claim about.

The staff were excellent and so helpful. We stayed here when our flight was cancelled so found it purely by chance. We ate in the restaurant by the pool and really enjoyed the choice and the food. Breakfast was great- the kids loved the waffle maker! Really nice and relaxing and well designed communal spaces. We felt immediately welcome and at ease.

We booked a family room for 4 people, but it was bit tight for 4- not really anywhere to put the cases. The location perhaps wasn’t so great for us, as we like the ease of walking to the beach/ nice restaurants … but great for golfers!

Everything

The pool restaurant staff were fantastic and deserve a lot of credit for doing everything they do without any back up staff. The Hyatt management need to employ more staff in the bar restaurant during the day as they are expecting too much from the staff working. You would have a lot happier staff and customers.

We have stayed here 6 times - it works perfectly for us! Everything is in the right place for busy people and the sauna closes at 9pm and can just skim in at 8.45pm - breakfast til 12 / the hotel has a beautiful Scent - we will be back!

It’s all perfect

It’s lovely- not too big not too small. Great with kids ages 0-10. Rooms are a good size. Garden is nice and lovely midsized pool. Enough variation and good quality food. Very nice breakfast and open until 12. Staff is amazing.

The garden is not super large and sometimes there are not enough sun beds. Decor is getting a little tired. But it’s super clean.
