The hotel is beautifully situated on the seafront, offering stunning views and a fantastic location just 20 minutes from the airport, making it very convenient. The property features a lovely swimming pool with loungers and direct access to the sea. There’s an on-site restaurant, but the local area also boasts some great places to eat and drink, all within a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfasts were generous and delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a free gym and an amazing Thai massage place offering a range of treatments, which I highly recommend. The masseuses were excellent. The staff were polite and very helpful, making it easy to order taxis when needed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent amenities, great service, and a perfect location.

The hotel has some great features, but there were a few drawbacks. The beds were a bit short, and at 177 cm tall, my feet were sticking out. Additionally, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the toilet at times during the day. Although the staff made efforts to address the issue, the smell persisted, which detracted from the overall great experience.

We chose this hotel primarily based on the photos of its access to the sea, and indeed it was perfectly located, it didn't disappoint ! The sea was beautiful here and the hotel's private beach very nice too. The breakfast was amazing !! I'd personally highlight the very buttery "pains au chocolat" and croissants, but there was a lot of food and drink choice for those who'd prefer a salty breakfast or else :) I travelled with a friend, none of us had previously been to Mallorca, and we were very happy with our choice of the hotel and its location.

Sewage smell in the bathroom was bothering us a bit, but when we started consistently closing the toilet lid, the smell was less noticeable. There was also a huge cockroach on our balcony one night, it probably came from the outside, as Palma and surrounding towns had quite a few of them in the streets. But apart from that we haven't seen any cockroaches inside the hotel, so I guess they're doing their best to fight them off.

I love this hotel and I've been staying here regularly for the past 10 years. It has very comfortable rooms with balconies and amazing views of the beach. The team went above and beyond to make my stay so memorable. I loved my interactions with every staff member from front office, to restaurant, and housekeeping. Truly very professional, competent, and friendly! Great breakfast selection as always and the chef prepared my daily omelette just the way I like it. This hotel has made me their loyal guest and I look forward to my next visit.

I loved absolutely everything about my stay at the hotel but if I had to pick something to improve it would be the internet connection throughout the hotel.

Amazing hotel, the staff was lovely, the room was clean and with a breathtaking view of the sea. And it's definitely worth the price! And to have our own private beach? It was amazing! Absolutely the best hotel in Mallorca! We will definitely be coming back!

No options for people that don't eat gluten/lactose, even though I told them in advance my wife is allergic . She ended not eating anything. Also, the location is a little bit tricky if you don't have a car, prepare to wait a lot for a taxi. But we were aware of that, and that was also high season. The staff was very understanding and helpful anyway.

By the sea, having a sea view room, some are better than others! All were superior rooms! Breakfasts were excellent. Big buffet. All that you could ask for. All 8 of us were very happy. Beds are at the limit for tall people over 6ft /180cm. But we’re comfortable. Not keen on the glass doors but at least they are not facing the beds!! Sun beds were great but not enough to go around. So must reserve with your towels at breakfast time! The become more available in the afternoon. Lots of different areas to choose from. Lovely to have an adults hotel. No rowdiness around the pool either. Gave parents a break from seeing children and missing their own. Pool bar restaurant was great, reasonably priced nice food, you can get drinks etc all day. Staff were lovely. Hotel is super well placed. Lots of other restaurants near by need to walk a bit up or down hill for a sandy beach. We used the ladders from the rocks into the sea and the pool. There is a bus nearby that goes to Palmer I think for 2 euros. Taxis using proper registered taxi for 4 people from airport 36 euros. Pleasantly surprised. Very efficient. 39 euros back if booked from reception

Water goes everywhere while using the shower l, not sure why! No total privacy from the balconys. Otherwise really good.

It was very clean comfortable room with a great view nice pool area with access to a small beach and the breakfast was exceptional staff are helpful.

The property is in a very quite part of Mallorca which I didn’t realise when I booked it and I was looking for somewhere a bit more lively with that said it was easy to take a taxi / bus to the old town palma and the staff were very helpful with sorting this out for me Everyone gets up super early and puts their towels on the loungers which the hotel really need to crack down on some people were out for hours nearly all day leaving others with no where to sit by the pool. The wifi is very poor and hardly ever works

The room was kinda spartan: small tv, no kettle or any facilities for preparing a coffee or tea in the room. I could hear the flush from the room next door which was annoying (specially in the morning). You get one single towel for the pool at the beginning of your stay and you have to keep it for the entire stay. If you want to replace it for a fresh one you have to pay for it...sorry, that's weird for a 4 star hotel (no...for any kind of hotel)!

Many things were as I expected. The sea in front of the hotel was much better than I expected. Swimming in the crystal clear sea water was a wonderful experience.

Just be careful for the guests who are coming, when you pay at the hotel, there are two options. Click on the euro option, I clicked on the other one and an extra payment was made. In this case, I do not consider it a very ethical behavior to be warned. An extra 110 pounds was taken from me. This situation does not seem good-intentioned to me.

A beautiful accommodation in a safe an chilled environment. Great food. The direct access to the sea is a dream. You can get into the sea via several ladders or a small beach at the hotel next door. All in all: a pleasing Experience.

It's generally a bit expensive, the pool is quite small and there's no proper shower by the pool where you're allowed to use shampoo. This is a little inconvenient if you are spending some time after check-out on the day of departure. Nevertheless, a good choice for a few relaxing days!

Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of choices and healthy choices. Bar was okay but closes early. Think should be open later for guests. Bedrooms a very good size. Rooms clean.

People getting up at 6 am to reserve beds at pool so that nothing available for the people that are not antisocial. All beds had towels on them but were then not occupied until hours later. There should be a hotel policy to stop this antisocial behaviour. Shame that the bar on the entrance level was not open. Paid for superior room with sea view. We could see a bit of sea but mainly a fake grass terrace, a tree and the building opposite. Did not feel was worth the extra money. Our kids room on other side that was cheaper had a nicer view. Was very disappointed and when complained there was nothing they could do as the hotel was full. Also no option of a refund. Given that i had booked 3 rooms felt there was more they could have done.
