Perfect location.

A major downside of this accommodation was that the bathroom door was made of glass and didn’t even close properly. I would have liked to know this detail before booking, or at least have the option of a room with a normal bathroom. It’s extremely unpleasant to use the toilet while someone might walk into the room – or even be visible from the hallway if your partner decides to step out at that moment. A detail that may seem minor, but seriously affects comfort and privacy.”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was my second time visiting. The room with a fantastic sea view was perfect, and I loved waking up to it every morning. The breakfast was excellent, with chilled Prosecco available each day - a lovely touch! A special thank you to Carmen and her colleagues for the delicious made-to-order omelets, which were tailored to my personal taste. The facilities were top-notch, and I enjoyed swimming right off the hotel's sunbed platform. The bar was also great, offering a range of classic cocktails at good value. Andy and her colleagues were particularly friendly and attentive. Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer and would definitely return.

Orange juice at breakfast

The breakfast was delicious (especially omlette😍) and the swimming pool area really nice. Luckily people weren't fighting for sunbeds. Everyone wrote polite. Staff were very helpful. We got our flight at 9pm and we could still use swimming pool after the check out, which was really helpful. They provide swim towels for free which is great too. The bus stop is next to the hotel and it takes around 30 mins to city centre which is perfect!

The air con didn't work on our first night and the cleaners came to our room at 8am.. The problem with the air con was solved very fast though. Also we were expecting a room with sea view, but we could barely see it from our side.. There was massive tree in front of our window..

The hotel is beautifully situated on the seafront, offering stunning views and a fantastic location just 20 minutes from the airport, making it very convenient. The property features a lovely swimming pool with loungers and direct access to the sea. There’s an on-site restaurant, but the local area also boasts some great places to eat and drink, all within a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfasts were generous and delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a free gym and an amazing Thai massage place offering a range of treatments, which I highly recommend. The masseuses were excellent. The staff were polite and very helpful, making it easy to order taxis when needed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent amenities, great service, and a perfect location.

The hotel has some great features, but there were a few drawbacks. The beds were a bit short, and at 177 cm tall, my feet were sticking out. Additionally, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the toilet at times during the day. Although the staff made efforts to address the issue, the smell persisted, which detracted from the overall great experience.

We chose this hotel primarily based on the photos of its access to the sea, and indeed it was perfectly located, it didn't disappoint ! The sea was beautiful here and the hotel's private beach very nice too. The breakfast was amazing !! I'd personally highlight the very buttery "pains au chocolat" and croissants, but there was a lot of food and drink choice for those who'd prefer a salty breakfast or else :) I travelled with a friend, none of us had previously been to Mallorca, and we were very happy with our choice of the hotel and its location.

Sewage smell in the bathroom was bothering us a bit, but when we started consistently closing the toilet lid, the smell was less noticeable. There was also a huge cockroach on our balcony one night, it probably came from the outside, as Palma and surrounding towns had quite a few of them in the streets. But apart from that we haven't seen any cockroaches inside the hotel, so I guess they're doing their best to fight them off.

Location is great, close to Palma and restaurants. Nice and calm. The sea is amazing as well, super warm and close.

1. Everybody puts their towels way in advance on the sun loungers, and then they disappear for hours (doing breakfast, etc.) you come at 8:30 and most of loungers are taken, however, there are no people before 10:30-11:00. They go to have lunch and midday rest, and still keep the towels. This is a bit annoying. 2. The water in the room is not refreshed daily.

Amazing location with stunning sea views! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight—Carmen’s live cooking station was the star of the show! Always smiling and serving up delicious eggs (Benedict, ranch-style, scrambled—you name it!). The perfect energy boost to kickstart each day.

The bed is comfortable; however, if you put two single beds together, you should make sure they do not easily separate or move.

Amazing hotel, the staff was lovely, the room was clean and with a breathtaking view of the sea. And it's definitely worth the price! And to have our own private beach? It was amazing! Absolutely the best hotel in Mallorca! We will definitely be coming back!

No options for people that don't eat gluten/lactose, even though I told them in advance my wife is allergic . She ended not eating anything. Also, the location is a little bit tricky if you don't have a car, prepare to wait a lot for a taxi. But we were aware of that, and that was also high season. The staff was very understanding and helpful anyway.

By the sea, having a sea view room, some are better than others! All were superior rooms! Breakfasts were excellent. Big buffet. All that you could ask for. All 8 of us were very happy. Beds are at the limit for tall people over 6ft /180cm. But we’re comfortable. Not keen on the glass doors but at least they are not facing the beds!! Sun beds were great but not enough to go around. So must reserve with your towels at breakfast time! The become more available in the afternoon. Lots of different areas to choose from. Lovely to have an adults hotel. No rowdiness around the pool either. Gave parents a break from seeing children and missing their own. Pool bar restaurant was great, reasonably priced nice food, you can get drinks etc all day. Staff were lovely. Hotel is super well placed. Lots of other restaurants near by need to walk a bit up or down hill for a sandy beach. We used the ladders from the rocks into the sea and the pool. There is a bus nearby that goes to Palmer I think for 2 euros. Taxis using proper registered taxi for 4 people from airport 36 euros. Pleasantly surprised. Very efficient. 39 euros back if booked from reception

Water goes everywhere while using the shower l, not sure why! No total privacy from the balconys. Otherwise really good.

It was very clean comfortable room with a great view nice pool area with access to a small beach and the breakfast was exceptional staff are helpful.

The property is in a very quite part of Mallorca which I didn’t realise when I booked it and I was looking for somewhere a bit more lively with that said it was easy to take a taxi / bus to the old town palma and the staff were very helpful with sorting this out for me Everyone gets up super early and puts their towels on the loungers which the hotel really need to crack down on some people were out for hours nearly all day leaving others with no where to sit by the pool. The wifi is very poor and hardly ever works
