Great location to the sea, plenty of sun beds, gardens were lovely, the restaurants were in a good location and tables were always available . The spa treatments we had were lovely. Staff were all amazing, I can honestly say there wasn’t one member of staff that we didn’t like, very well done here .

Honest feedback- The hotel is a little dated in places and could do with an upgrade. There really is an issue with getting taxis , the wait time is really annoying and if you use an Uber which we ended up doing it was a minimum of 40 Euros one way. This would stop us using the hotel as it really is an inconvenience- obviously it’s not your fault at all and the staff were very accommodating in trying to help. Others may not find this as bad but as we have friends on the island we go out to see them.

The view from the sea view room is unforgettable. Breakfast is very good (solid five-star standard). Lobby and valet staff are very attentive.

The main issue (and it’s a significant one) is the complete lack of staff in the pool area. There were only two people responsible for a very large space, and they were unable to properly attend to the guests lounging in the sun — no menu, drinks, or towels were offered. I found this well below what one would expect from a hotel of this level, and I wasn’t the only one — a few other guests seemed just as surprised by the situation. Other than that, the hotel is fantastic.

Beautiful property with multiple restaurants and pools. Hotel’s beach was not swimmable, but we were able to walk to the cove next door and swim there instead. Room was clean and comfortable. We loved the amenities included in our stay - the largest breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen, access to spa baths, aperitif/drink at happy hour, and ability to book a bali bed.

This was our first time staying at a 5 star hotel and we were occasionally confused about how everything worked - we thought the staff could have been more helpful at times.

The staff were amazing and so kind and knowledgeable. The view was amazing and the facilities were stunning.

We went to the Arrels restaurant on the second night, granted it's not part of the hotel just affiliated, but the service was too slow, by the time we made to the third course another table that joined after us had finished, we ended up leaving before desserts.

Excellent secluded location near Palma. The hotel building and its' territory is very pleasing, great views from the room. Breakfast was delicious. All staff was really attentive and hospitable! We felt very comfortable.

Breakfast: phenomenal, view: excellent, staff: across the board phenomenal, Lucia was above and beyond (thank you for everything!), beach is not swimmable, but with the pool and the ameninites, is not an issue at all. Loved sitting by the pool and watching the waves crush into the rocks with beautiful city and sea views. The place is excellent.

Hard to find anything that we did not like, we had an amazing stay and hotel AND staff were amazing.

Cold buffet was excellent but the cooked breakfasts were disappointing.

There was a lack of direction with regard to the breakfast waitering as tables were not cleared up very often. The pool area was not cleaned properly if at all after a complaint this was rectified but no one seems to be in charge. There was also a young child no more than 8 years old in the pool area,strange for an adult only hotel.

Strange policy for the hotel guests. Better table with the view for lunch - 50€ extra. Parking 25€ a day. For the breakfast you can’t take any table you want, there are zones. Very annoying to be honest. At the same time beach is not private and very strange people are coming from the outside.

The setting and swimming is fantastic. Food in the main restaurant fantastic. Exercise classes v good .

Gym could be bigger given it gets alot of use. The exercise room is great but only available for private lessons. Would be better if it was open to all. Private lessons could still occur . Taxis to the town were areal issue. We had to get the local bus sometimes. We would have thought the hotel should put on a shuttle bus at say 7.30 pm into Palma and or Porta Nuanas

Breakfast amazing, great choice. Staff were fantastic and a lovely location. The room was fantastic with a comfortable balcony to sit out. Pool area superb. A great stay in a quiet location with wonderful privacy. Felt very comfortable as a solo traveller.
