The hotel is in a very nice residential location, quite, very close to a small beach and to restaurants and bars. The facility is recently and the furniture and fittings are brand new. The bed was extremely comfortable, good new shower was good. The daily cleaning has been top-notch. Reception desk staff have been very friendly and very helpful: they helped us book a rental car at a very good price, they suggested very nice daily trips, and they allowed us to have late check out free of charge. The buffet breakfast is very rich, with very good choices of fruits, sweets and juices. The kitchen is providing any kind of fresh egg cooking options (omelets, scrambled eggs, half-boiled eggs, or pouches of eggs). The hotel has a large pool with nice sun chairs and a very well-equipped gym. The pool is in the sun all day long, and good umbrellas are available. Our room had a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table, perfect for a drink looking at the seaside. We will surely go back to this hotel, and we would surely recommend it. The location is up a steep hill and you need to take taxis or have a car The hotel closes all amenities at 7 o’clock at night They have no restaurant and the bar closes at 7 o’clock so you can’t even get a drink There is No ATM and no money changing facility

The fitness was a little small, but for a short holiday it was fine

Our room was clean and comfortable. We were only staying for one night so it was fine. Check in was quick even though it was 1am. The only drawback was that after much to-ing and fro-ing it transpired that the batteries had run out on the door entry system meaning we had to change rooms. I have a bad back and the beds were very comfortable- more so than many other more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in. I think the rooms are newly renovated. We stayed on the top floor of the annexe building which was the fourth floor overlooking the sea and valley. We had the end room, possibly 405 which allowed for a corner balcony and the ability to sit in the early morning sun which I appreciated. Breakfast was good although all I wanted was a selection of fruits and some sort of eggs option which was provided. There was the usual selection of bacon, beans, local Mallorcan cheese and meat on offer together with cakes and pastries.

If you’re staying for more than one night make sure to pack lightly. There is virtually no clothing storage and only a couple of hangars provided. The only drawers were tiny bedside table drawers. The hanging space was short, not suitable for dresses. Also no dressing table for makeup etc. I have a feeling the only mirror was in the bathroom. No bathroom storage for a wash bag either. We didn’t go to the beach but it would be a walk up and down a steep hill. Conversely this allowed for a nice view from our balcony. I’m not sure what was available locally if you wanted to go out for lunch or dinner.

Nice quiet area, away from central Palma. 10 min walk to a sandy beach. Lovely staff, polite and ready to help on all occasions. We needed to check out early before breakfast service and received packed breakfast to take away. The pool was great and reasonably warm in May. Good selection on the breakfast buffet and very primpt service. The room was clean, linen was good quality and the shower was great.

Noice from one of the balconies on our side of the building throughout the last night - loud conversation contibued until the early hours. Bathmat was left on the floor, naturally. Houseekping collected it but not replaced.

Great location, on a steep hill but found it fine. Bus stop to Palma a 5 min walk away and only takes 25 mins on the bus. Food for breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice and staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Deluxe room had loads of space and excellent beds. Nice pool view too!

Website states adult only but there were at least 3 babies and children. One running up and down the corridor at 8am squealing. Also groups of ladies coming back at 5am knowing on friends rooms doors drunk and talking loudly

The hotel is well placed with a 10 minute walk to nearby amenities and a short walk down to the sea. The breakfast buffet was very good with ample choices and the bar and mini-bar were relatively well-priced. The room was clean and the staff were really lovely. Thank you for a nice stay!

For some reason, the air-con on the second evening wouldn't cool the room down, but it was manageable and worked fine the next evening, so am not sure what the reason for that was as we didn't adjust the settings.

Our room was bright, nicely fitted, spacious and clean with a great bed and a newly fitted bathroom with large & powerful shower. Loved the sustainability factor of air con that only works when the door is closed ♻️ Staff all lovely ☺️

The view from our balcony wasn’t great, but it was spacious and got the evening sun for chilling with a book… the lobby could probably do with a freshen up (the glass/window ceiling was dirty)… and it just felt disjointed and a bit topsy turvy in its design and layout… plus there was a random wooden motorbike in the lobby also… We didn’t use the pool as we were out every day but it seemed ok, if a little small. Only had breakfast one day - we went to Coco’s deli in the town for amazing granola, eggs & avo on sourdough etc.
