I really did not expect the standard to be as good as it was for the price I paid. This hotel is focused on customer satisfaction in many ways, for instance the wifi is good and it auto connects, so no messing about with passwords, the pool loungers are plentiful, as are the parasols and the staff put fresh towels on each bed. It makes a pleasant change from queueing up at reception and paying a hefty deposit . There's a fridge in the room that you can fill up with whatever you want (there's a shop 2 mins walk away). Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and poolside restaurant were very good, service was excellent. Staff throughout the hotel were very approachable and helpful. We took A11 bus from airport to hotel, it stops 2 mins walk away, there's also regular bus service for other parts of the island . The marina and the many lovely restaurants are a short stroll away. There's 2 small sandy beaches with cristal clear seas.

Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Easy to just chill out by the pool on the bog loungers.

Stayed here a couple of times. Location is perfect, far enough away from the port to not be disturbed but close enough to walk day and night. Hotel staff always go above and beyond.

Disappointed that our break was broken… instead of us all being able to stay in a 6bef suite on the first night, we were in 3 rooms dotted about on separate floors. Would have stayed elsewhere if we’d known they were overbooked despite booking 4 months in advance. Wasn’t the start to our holiday we had wished for, the room was the only reason we chose this hotel after loving it last year.

Wonderful warm greeting from the male receptionist on duty and a free upgrade to a Deluxe room as we were there for a special occasion. Such a lovely gesture .Fizz in an ice bucket and a box of chocolates awaited in the lovely and immaculately clean room complete with a roomy terrace overlooking the pool but shielded for privacy, and two big comfy loungers. Room was cleaned to a high standard daily and fresh towels left. Coffee making facilities and a large flat screen tv on the wall. Good air con ,and sound proofed .Breakfast had every conceivable choice ! From a self - serve cooked breakfast ,( an omlette was served too on request) pastries,cereals,yogurts ,breads ,fresh oj and a coffee machine which also served hot chocolate . We ate outside every morning by the pristine pool area that plays soft relaxing music. Found the hotel very relaxing, very clean and peaceful and it smelt beautiful ! Staff were wonderful .Working hard but with smiles ! A lady receptionist was very helpful and ordered an efficient and reliable taxi for the airport at a good rate of €32. Only a 10 minute walk into Portals to a lovely beach that was busy but chilled. Crystal clear water and the marina in Portals was spectacular with super yachts and high-end designer shops but with a reasonably priced array of excellent restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere were you couldn’t feel out of place …even without a super yacht! Spent a day by the hotel pool where drinks and food isserved . This was unusual for us as we are fundamentally beach people ! Felt like celebrities the entire time without breaking the bank,in a glamorous and sophisticated location ,coupled with amazing weather. Palma is well worth a visit .We took a bus at (costing just a few euros ),one evening and only a 20 minute journey, with the bus stop only 5 mins from the hotel and got a taxi back after an evening meal in the capital ! Escapism at its best . Thank you to all at the hotel! We will return !

Couldn’t fault our stay .

This place was incredible. We didn't pay a lot but it was so fancy, get breakfast included because I can honestly say it was the best breakfast I've ever had and I've travelled a lot. The staff were amazing, went above and beyond to help you and its 5 minutes walk to the beach, such a beautiful beach too. The only thing I would've changed is that the pool wasn't open. Some staff said we could go on it but it hasn't got a lifeguard whereas others said it's completely closed which was a real shame. The pool area was gorgeous though and balcony was a sun trap. Would stay here again in a heart beat and would recommend to anyone. Loved it.

I loved the room. Very clean, a very comfy and big bad. Nice balcony. We had for free 2 bottles of water and coffee to make. Good breakfast for 15€ each. Very close to the bus station. Not very noisy. We loved it for two nights that we've been there.

The location it's a little bit farway from the centre of the town. Quite good links when you're coming from town at night but when we had to get to the airport the bus had delayed by 30 minutes or more almost made us think we going to not get to the airport in time. You don't have to many things in the area, also the shops which they not to many, are quite far away. The shower needs a glass to protect the water to go everywhere or a mop to clean the water after you had an shower

The location, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the views from the rooms, the room upgrade to a sea view.

We thought it would have been better to have had more speakers round the pool to hide the road noise. We have stayed at the hotel several times but noticed the road noise had increased. We felt more shrubs along the fencing in the garden area would have helped too. Facilities overall excellent. The only improvement we would have enjoyed would have been a singer or live music and for the sky bar to be open on a Wed /Thurs too.

A very comfortable stay in a very attractive hotel. Sunbeds by the pool are the best you'll find anywhere. Some quiet areas to sunbathe too, not just near the pool. Just grab a towel from the bar as you enter the pool area. Staff were all polite and very helpful. A credit to the hotel and island. Room very nice, great shower, and comfy bed with huge tv with YouTube, and a Bluetooth speaker to connect devices to. Just a very relaxing and peaceful hotel all round. We had an early check-out and reception prepared a delicious packed lunch for our trip to airport.

There was too much to like to dislike anything.

I have stayed many times at the OD before it was the Leonardo and would highly recommend. I want to give it 10/10 review and will definitely return. Staff were excellent Breakfast was great. Pool area has been updated with the best lazy beds and really thick mattresses. Rooms are a little tired but still modern enough Only negatives is that the air conditioning in the hotel is poor and it was extremely hot in the bedrooms And another down side is the pool does not open until 10.30 and closes at 6.30 which caused a few issues as most people want to enjoy the early morning sunshine before it gets too hot. If this is the case 10 Minute walk to the beach.

I’ve stayed in many different hotels around the island and this stay was one of the best. Such a great location, easy check in, clean room, quirky shower room in the hotel room, comfy beds, quick WiFi, efficient maid service - everything was great. I received some help from different reception staff at different times and they were all so friendly and helpful. Will absolutely return to this hotel and definitely recommend it to others! Thanks again

Honestly there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Pool was a little cold but that’s all I can think of and it’s a pretty irrelevent issue
