I really did not expect the standard to be as good as it was for the price I paid. This hotel is focused on customer satisfaction in many ways, for instance the wifi is good and it auto connects, so no messing about with passwords, the pool loungers are plentiful, as are the parasols and the staff put fresh towels on each bed. It makes a pleasant change from queueing up at reception and paying a hefty deposit . There's a fridge in the room that you can fill up with whatever you want (there's a shop 2 mins walk away). Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and poolside restaurant were very good, service was excellent. Staff throughout the hotel were very approachable and helpful. We took A11 bus from airport to hotel, it stops 2 mins walk away, there's also regular bus service for other parts of the island . The marina and the many lovely restaurants are a short stroll away. There's 2 small sandy beaches with cristal clear seas.

Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Easy to just chill out by the pool on the bog loungers.

Breakfasts were very good. The location was good too, near to taxi rank and bus stops to Palma and Palma Nova, etc.

I wish our three bedded room could have been a bit bigger, as our daughter is in a wheelchair and it was difficult to get her onto the balcony. The view from the balcony was fantastic, really enjoyed the comings and goings and the boats, etc. in the bay.

We loved everything - the room was beautiful & spotless and serviced perfectly & quickly every day. Location was great also, very close to the sea and some nice restaurants in the marina & town. Staff were always polite & very helpful - we had a room with two beds joined together since there were no double bed rooms available. Since they very kindly arranged a prepared room for us (as we arrived earlier than expected), the two beds were not fully combined. After asking at reception they very promptly used double-bed bedding & an extremely comfortable mattress topper to make it feel exactly like a double. The room was also equipped with everything you need (fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer etc). The pool was beautiful, with really comfy sunbeds & perfectly chosen music. The drinks at the pool bar were delicious also (and so was the lunch food).

Not the hotel's fault at all, but people leaving towels for hours at the pool to claim sunbeds was annoying - perhaps explicit rules/more frequent removal could be good. Thankfully there are plenty of extra sunbeds down from the pool anyway.

Staff were friendly. Room cleaning everyday. Enough sunbeds. Free parking. Location is quite comfy. I think I would stay here again.

Shower door was leaking. I’m surprised people already mentioned it before – clearly it’s not a new issue and hotel didn’t care to solve it. Strange. Another thing is room service took my t-shirt together with bed sheets and left balcony door open. I wouldn’t say it’s a big issue, but that’s not professional. And again I would understand hotel would offer at least some free drinks or late check out or free breakfast to smooth the impression. Nobody offered anything. Breakfast is fine, but coffee is just bad – cheapest type possible. Overall I get it – sold out hotel doesn’t need to improve that much. Still, and improvement is possible. Especially since it’s not a cheap stay.

I booked a superior room as I wanted a sea view. Room was kept clean and linen changed daily .Excellent staff throughout hotel and alway helpful. Pool area was really nice with quirky drinks bar. Lots of large sun beds and pool towels available for guests to use.

Room 102 did not have much of a sea view . There were many signs of wear and tear such as the room furniture being chipped, stains on the bed room walls. Also a few noisy guests were allowed to sit out side the hotel reception chatting until 3am. Portalsnous 2025

Stayed here a couple of times. Location is perfect, far enough away from the port to not be disturbed but close enough to walk day and night. Hotel staff always go above and beyond.

Disappointed that our break was broken… instead of us all being able to stay in a 6bef suite on the first night, we were in 3 rooms dotted about on separate floors. Would have stayed elsewhere if we’d known they were overbooked despite booking 4 months in advance. Wasn’t the start to our holiday we had wished for, the room was the only reason we chose this hotel after loving it last year.

This place was incredible. We didn't pay a lot but it was so fancy, get breakfast included because I can honestly say it was the best breakfast I've ever had and I've travelled a lot. The staff were amazing, went above and beyond to help you and its 5 minutes walk to the beach, such a beautiful beach too. The only thing I would've changed is that the pool wasn't open. Some staff said we could go on it but it hasn't got a lifeguard whereas others said it's completely closed which was a real shame. The pool area was gorgeous though and balcony was a sun trap. Would stay here again in a heart beat and would recommend to anyone. Loved it.

The location, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the views from the rooms, the room upgrade to a sea view.

We thought it would have been better to have had more speakers round the pool to hide the road noise. We have stayed at the hotel several times but noticed the road noise had increased. We felt more shrubs along the fencing in the garden area would have helped too. Facilities overall excellent. The only improvement we would have enjoyed would have been a singer or live music and for the sky bar to be open on a Wed /Thurs too.

I loved the room. Very clean, a very comfy and big bad. Nice balcony. We had for free 2 bottles of water and coffee to make. Good breakfast for 15€ each. Very close to the bus station. Not very noisy. We loved it for two nights that we've been there.

The location it's a little bit farway from the centre of the town. Quite good links when you're coming from town at night but when we had to get to the airport the bus had delayed by 30 minutes or more almost made us think we going to not get to the airport in time. You don't have to many things in the area, also the shops which they not to many, are quite far away. The shower needs a glass to protect the water to go everywhere or a mop to clean the water after you had an shower
