Location- great, near local facilities but not 'on top of it all' Comfortable beds, nice spotless rooms with comfortable lounge area & tv was good! 2 well equppied balconies- nice views Great breakfast, lunch choices, cocktails Good spa & liked the pool table Great stylish roof top bar with great views Pool lovely & comfortable sun loungers Staff very attentive Carmen the manager very helpful & professional

If I had to make some constructive criticism.... Entertainment was not the best for our age group...either DJ for the younger generation or a singer who sang 'old songs'- good for other age groups but maybe something for the middle age group...? Quiz's are popular....?

The beautiful port of Puerto Portals is a 6 min walk with great restaurants, lovely shops and a n amazing harbor. Palma de Mallorca is a 15 min cab ride in one direction and Madaluf a 15 min cab ride in the other direction. Quick access to both places was nice without having to stay in the middle of lots of tourists since we went in August. Several gorgeous beaches nearby made for fun beach days and after our 10 day stay, I would definitely go back to Tomir. The staff was very attentive and the rooms super clean.

The Tile floors are noisy so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with stylish and comfortable public areas and clean, well equipped bedrooms/studios. Great to have kitchenette in our room as well as separate bedroom area. Lovely swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. Also a spa for massages and facials. Sumptuous breakfast buffet included in room rate. Delicious lunch, dinner and snacks in restaurant throughout the day. Rooftop bar opened while we were there and was gorgeous (-as were the cocktails!) Hotel was very well staffed - especially at breakfast. All staff including manager were so friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault them. We will definitely return.

The only negative things I can think of are that the air conditioning wasn't very powerful, especially in the bedroom; and that the peg for the main weights machine in the gym was broken. Neither of these things detracted from a wonderful stay though.

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in, firstly the staff are exceptional, they are all friendly and so helpful. The breakfast is expansive and has something for everyone. The decor is modern and fresh. The rooms are spacious and clean, our junior suite has a big balcony that caught the sun till 4pm everyday. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach (Playa Punta Portals), the village and the marina. The front of house team organised taxis for us to travel to Palma and Santa Ponca, these locations are easy to get to in a car. The food in the bar is delicious and service is always quick. The rooftop bar is stunning, has a great vibe and the staff work amazingly together; everything just runs so smoothly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return myself when I get the chance.

We loved our stay at the Tomir Portals Suites. We had a warm welcome when we arrived from Carmen on reception, she was exceptionally friendly and recommended a restaurant to us which we visited twice during our stay. We loved our room, it was clean and functional with a comfy bed and a great shower. The best bit was the breakfast, such a lovely selection everyday and different things brought out each morning. Excellent stay.

I only gave 4 stars rather that 5 on staff because a few members (older men on reception) were a bit grumpy but it didn't impact our stay at all.

We had a spacious room for 3 of us with the sofa bed in the L shape part of the room towards the balcony. The balcony overlooked the sea, so was a really lovely view. There was a handy clothes rack for drying wet swimwear on the balcony too. The breakfast was really excellent. There was a huge variety of fresh food, both hot & cold to choose from. You could pretty much have whatever you wanted and it was open for a lovely long period so no having to leap out of bed early to grab a quick bite. The pool area was packed with sunbeds where you could relax in the sun and take a dip in the sizeable pool. There was also a gym & spa but we didn't use those facilities. The bar had an extensive food and drinks menu, and everything we tried tasted good. We will definitely be going back!

We struggled to get a taxi on the Saturday lunch time of our stay. It wasn't the fault of the hotel that it didn't show but the male receptionist was a little "computer says no" when we were trying to order it and was quite surly when we asked him to check up on it. Really we'd have been best advised to wander down to the nearest taxi rank, which is what we eventually did and we got a cab quickly then. But as I say, not really the fault of the hotel. It was just a super busy day for taxi bookings!

Everything! Strawberry Daiquiris on point 👉 Breakfast selection absolutely fantastic 👌 Lunch/dinner menus were great food was delicious. Staff super friendly. Great pool.. Good location. About 30-35€ taxis to Palma old town/Airport, €15-20 to Magaluf. -no minibuses though, 2 taxis if you have more than 4 passengers. Our deluxe junior suite was phenomenal! Absolutely stunning.. beautiful views of marina and portals. Great complimentary pool towels. Jacuzzi was lovely Would definitely come back again! It's beautiful You must book meals at nearby restaurants in advance very unlikely to get reservations otherwise. Most Bars and restaurants close around 11pm there are 2 clubs but be warned- you must buy champagne/vodka for table in these places.

Sunloungers start getting reserved at 5.30am with towels... Pool closing at 7pm

Everything! Nicolas the director/manager is an amazing host and made us both feel welcome and special throughout our stay He smells good, looks good, has sexy voice and dresses smart, plus he's cool with everyone

The Japanese restaurants all over Magaluf Most are fake and the chiefs are fake, they cant cook rice correctly, its hard and not fresh and the sushi tastes like it was yesterdays... They also like charging you 10% on top of your food and expect you to have a nice dinner?? However, in the town centre there is a place called (dragon sushi) its on the corner and the food there is fresh but no one speaks Japanese lol

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.. our only gripe ( mine and the couple I came with) Was the Iron situation!!! The hotel was full & you could only locate 3 irons!!! There obviously needs to be more purchased as it was Virtually impossible to get one. We were travelling for business so didn’t have the luxury of a suitcase ( our trip was very short) so our belongings were crammed into hand luggage. ( not your problem, I understand) but we really Needed an iron 😊

Great selection of breakfast and everyday was different. Staffs are super pleasant and helpful. They all spoke some level of English. Hotel was beautifully decorated inside and outside. Room was big, shower was great and balcony was a plus. The newly opened rooftop bar was amazing. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset one night.

Like most of the hotels, the walls were paper thin and you heard everything from your neighbour.
