The apartment is very big with good facilities. The balcony is also very big with beautiful view! The kitchen was fully equipped and the fact that there were two bathrooms was great! Breakfast was quite good, the same every day but nice.

The hotel is very complex. I was in big hotels before but here the signing and the numbering are really not good. From our room there was no good way to the dining room without stairs, and we were with a stroller. The bed weren't quite comfortable and the pillows were even worse! We got with sore neck because of those pillows. Dinner was not good. We went to dinner because we have two small kids and it was comfortable for us. It seems it is known that dinner is not good because it was quite empty, almost no one went to it. I do say that each day they made different dishes, which was nice.

This accommodation offers excellent value for money. Everything was clean and well-kept. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, and the food was surprisingly good — especially considering the pricing.

The layout of the place is confusing — it took us 15 minutes to find the restaurant on the first day. Clearer signage and better information would help, especially since there are two restaurants, and meals alternate between them without prior notice. Street parking is limited and a bit tricky, though we managed in the end. One night, a large group of young athletes arrived and were extremely loud well past midnight, with no staff intervention.

Actually it s a residential building, not a hotel, or a resort like in the description. The apartament was spacious, comfortable and clean, the only problem was with the noise coming from the common areas, that seems like nobody cares about . We stayed in the same time with a group of teenagers that were screaming, yelling, playing football on the lobbies all day, but especially at night till 3am. I understand that you can t control guests, some may be noisy, but at least after 10pm I think anybody should respect as a rule and you, as a hotel should take measures. Unfortunately the answer from the reception was that "they will leave tommorow", which I didn't find ok.

After reading some quite negative reviews I was sceptical about my stay but from the moment we arrived we were very happy! this place is underrated. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the welcome cleaning kit that we collected from the on site shop was very thoughtful. The place was spotless and was cleaned mid stay, there was ample space and storage and all of the facilities were great There was ample parking on the street outside and the views of the sunset from our balcony over the sea was incredible

the location is a bit far out from where we would have stayed (nearer to the harbour and old town) but still not too far away at all

I liked that I had a beautiful sunrise . I could walk to the golf course .

I didn’t realise 1.although marketed as a golf hotel - use if driving range was 10 per day 2. Although there is great morning views it’s too cold To sit outside in the evening 3. Needed extra blanket as the one given is too light 4. Kitchen has no spatula , oven dishes , coffee filters , 5. The shop is poorly stocked . No fresh milk , no coffee filters , aluminium foil, decent snacks like dips , houmous , sandwiches , ice cream , no zero sugar drinks .

We initially had difficulty locating the building, as the entire area is called Valle Romane. However, once I called the receptionist, she was able to guide us to the correct building. The resort was quite large, but thankfully, it wasn't very busy at this time of year. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that overlooked the sea and the golf course, which offered beautiful views in the morning and evening. The temperature inside the apartment remained at 20 degrees Celsius at all times, which was comfortable during the day, but at night, it felt slightly cooler. We couldn't find a way to adjust the temperature, but snuggling under the warm sheets in the bedroom made it manageable. The beds were comfortable, and there was ample closet space along with a full-length mirror for getting ready. The bathrooms were a good size and included all the essentials. The open kitchen was modern and equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and induction cookware. Unfortunately, only one restaurant was open during our stay, likely due to the low season. We had dinner there, and while the food was decent, the friendly staff made our experience enjoyable. The mini supermarket within the resort didn't impress us, as we found it challenging to locate smaller-sized items. Most of the products, like chips and drinks, were in large sizes. It might have been due to the season that there wasn't much stock of useful items.

There were no cleaning scrubs or cleaning liquid provided to wash the dishes. We had to buy a packet of scrubs from the supermarket. Again, you can't buy one scrub because they don't sell small single items so I had to buy a packet of 2 scrubs. And I had no use of it after my two days stay so I left it there. Felt a bit of a tactic to let guests buy their own cleaning supplies. Maybe makes sense if you stay in apartment long enough but we were only there for 2 days so we were not expecting we will have to buy our own cleaning supplies.

Primarily for golfers. Very nice club house/restaurant/bar/pro shop. There are a couple of other restaurants on resort, but for self catering the store has very little, so it's necessary to drive to supermarket for supplies. Apartment very spacious. Very large terrace with table, chairs and loungers. Nice views. Short drive off resort to supermarkets, cafes etc.

Not huge problem, but as weather wasn't great, would have been nice to watch TV, but only news available in English.

Location is awesome with giant views of the valley. Help staff always patient and kind. Victorio, the male waiter in main restaurant is the King! Great personality!

Hot water was an issue. First couple days, it pretty much didn't work. After calling twice, it worked better, but would run out after about 7 minutes. Then, have to wait about 15 minutes before the next family member. The telephone line in the room did not work. The front desk is not rapid in answering. Had to call them about 8 times to reach a human.

a good apartment for me to spend 4 weeks to escape the British winter. The apartment was a good size and had basic equipment and the balcony faced east so it got a partial sea view (3KM) and the sun from 9am - 2pm each day. It also had a view of the 12th hole of the Valle Romano Golf Course. I visited in January/February and thge heating was excellent. The same system will provide AC in summer.

Please Note: This development is 3km outside Estepona and the ONLY way to visit the town is by car or taxi. There is No public transport. YOU NEED TO HAVE A CAR! Also the buildings are of the 1970's brutalist design but forgive them for that and they are good. Finally the Bocalilla Restaurant on site is cheep Eur 17 for dinner but the quality of the food is poor but there is plenty of it from the buffet. Taxi to Estepona is around Eur12 each way.

The appartment was big with all the things you need( washing machine, dishwasher,microwave, iron). They change towels and linens at 5 days. Breakfast was good. The view is beautiful. The bed was confortable.

The room was not very clean, they were some stains on the headboard of the bed which could be cleaned. It was a heavy smell when entering the room. You have to trash your own carbage. They only came once in 7 days and took it.. What was extremelly annoyng was that at all 3 pools you have only few sunbeds and they were unavailable all the time. The pull was always full. The tourists sit on the towels on the floor. I think the dinner was made from the products left from the breakfast( the lettuce was wilted) and the other products available were the same from the breakfast.
