From the moment we walked inside the hotel to check in we were wow'd. Sounds silly to say, but the smell when you walk in in amazing, it just smells like "holiday" reception staff were extremely friendly and check in was no trouble at all over and done with in 5 mins. We stayed in a superior room overlooking the sea and OMG it was amazing. The best hotel room/hotel I have ever stayed in, in Ibiza. The superior rooms have large floor to celling corner patio bringing in plenty of light. With an amazing view to wake up to every morning. Room was spacious, very modern, spotlessly clean! The double bed was really comfortable. The bathroom shower was great with the option of a drench head and hand held. They also provide free local body wash/soap lotion shower caps etc. There was a coffee machine in the room which was great! Large TV with English channels, and a mix of other language channels. There is a Mini fridge in the room that was re stocked DAILY with soft drinks. 2 cans of coke, 2 cans of orange Fanta, 2 cans of lemon fanta & choice of sparkling and still waters. Maid service EVREY DAY The hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing. Beautifully lit up of a night also. We were breakfast included, which is from 8am -11am. Huge choice of options, continental, cereal, warm breakfast such as bacon (not English, thin kind) eggs, sausages, bread/toast, fruit yoghurt, pancakes/waffles/donuts. I have a gluten intolerance, and they did have "some" gluten free options like packets of 2 slices of breads & croissants, but they didn't have a separate toaster for the gluten free bread, so I mainly ate bacon and eggs for the week. They have a choice of juice drinks teas and coffee, also. The pool/beach bar is amazing. Food is UNREAL. Cocktails are the best I had all holiday. The staff at the beach bar are the best! Shout out to ALEX! They really made our holiday!

Separate toaster for gluten free bread, to avoid cross contamination would be great, and maybe some more gluten free options. Didn't manage to get a bed at the pool the whole trip. No problem though as beach next door.

Superior room no 320 was lovely big and spacious, great views of the sea. The hotel was always clean and spacious with lots of areas to sit and relax if it gets too hot outside!! Love the fact that if you have a later flight they have lockers and showers for you to use if you want to. You can also store your suitcase. The ladies on reception were so so lovely and welcoming!

The buffet breakfast felt so limited, the healthy options were limited...no whole fruit or greek yogurt, for a four star hotel I would expect chia pudding options, maybe oats....it got boring after day 3 and we were there for 8 days! The older male staff in the Chill Restaurant absolutely rude, grumpy, kept sighing when taking our orders and when asked about the gluten in the chicken meal option was extremely unhelpful. We didn't eat there again. Bright pink fluorescent lights all around the hotel looks so tacky!! Maybe one area but all over is too much.

The people at the reception were really nice, the hotel looked really good, and the rooms were also sooo nice and really clean!!! Everything was really good and as we expected! The breakfast was also amazing and full of choice.

There is one thing I did not like, it was the restaurant in front of the sea (don't know if it's part of your hotel or not) but the staff was not well trained. Even though I came up to them, they never asked me if I needed anything or if I was served. Overall, there is a huge lack of proactivity. One time I even left because I've been waiting for 15 minutes in the table and then I went to the bar and still nothing happened...

The location and the room and the hotel (all areas) were amazing! The staff were really helpful and I loved the bear with the DJ too. Also loved the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was amazing ! Lived my daily omelette. Also loved the yoga and wish I had done more. The check out was great and having somewhere to leave my suitcase was wonderful too. Thank you so much will def be back to stay at the Garbi again !

Great location with a bus stop outside and two euros into Ibiza town no.14 bus and ten minutes. It's also a lovely walk too and Ibiza town is great. We went after the last clubs had finished and had a very relaxing break.There are trips organised if you want to explore further, we did an island tour which was very informative and covered lots of locations. The solarium is included in the price and is very good with a warm swimming area, jacuzzi, sauna, solarium and lots of different showers. The ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower was good with very good supply of quality shower gel, soap and shampoo. The food was very comprehensive with lots of vegetarian options,food cooked to order and the staff were very friendly in serving drinks. A special mention for the lovely man who greets guests morning and night at the restaurant. Our view from the room was amazing and I loved the music by the pool, some good djs. A great weeks stay.

A kettle in the room would have been great and the TV should be on a swivel stand so it could be viewed in bed and would make more table space as there is a stool at the table but no room to sit there as the large TV takes up all the room but these are minor problems.

Can’t fault it l! From the moment we arrived we were greated with a smile check in was smooth and fast , up to the room which was impeccably clean and spacious with a lovely little balcony so we could have a cigarette. Pool area and staff in the bar area were amazing , friendly and bloody good at their job! Food wise again spoilt for choice in both breakfast and dinner everything was on point well done guys you’ve smashed it there 🙏👏

No little kettle in the room would of been nice to be able to make a coffee in the morning although room service is available

The location is very good , close to anything you need it is like center to reach places, also good location of less drunk people, only one club next door . A lot of super market and shops next door, some restaurants. It was very good noise control from outside, but inside the corridor it was loud after drunks were coming back. Also a nice surprise and what makes the pleasure to enter the hotel -everywhere smelling very nice, it seems in the beggining too much , but you get used to that fast:) the swimming pool is pretty big , clean

It could be included in the price only breakfast but dinner also. Prices in the bar could be more convenient.

Comfortable and clean rooms with a nice balcony in a beachside resort that is very close to the center of Playa d'Embossa and less than a 10-minute walk to the famous EDM mecca of Ushuaia. Reasonable prices for the area. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of foods and drinks, albeit, somewhat bland in taste.

They definitely need to improve the quality of their espresso coffees: the automatic coffee machines at the breakfast buffet spurted out probably the worst coffee I had in our two weeks in Spain and their espresso machine at the bar did not make a better coffee. Fortunately, the gelato place right at the corner of the hotel had amazing coffee for half the price so I ended up skipping the breakfast buffet every morning to go eat and drink at the gelato place.

The pool area and pool bar were fantastic. Also being right beside the beach and so close to everything in Playa d'en Bossa. The staff were kind enough to move us to a new room on the first floor as we didn't like being on the ground floor initially.

The shower was a bit difficult to operate and the lifts in the hotel were tiny. Everything else was great though.

Clean and friendly staff. They always made you feel welcome and spoke English if you are not Spanish speaking. However, we are learning so we did try. They also called cabs for us to get around and the breakfast was phenomenal. I went with my daughter and she loved it too. We could even join onto our Amazon Prime and Netflix accounts.

Only thing we had no ironing board or kettle in the room as advertised. But I’m sure they would have brought it if we asked.
